Congealed Salad
This is a wonderfully simi-sweet southern style table salad. Its very yummy and easy to make!
6 ounce box cherry jello
21 ounce can cherry pie filling
20 ounce can crushed pineapple
8 ounce box cream cheese
¾ cup sugar
24 ounces sour cream |

Mix Jello with 1 ½ cup boiling water in a mixing bowl
Add cherry pie filling and pineapple, include the juice, and mix well.
Pour the mixture in 10.5 " x14.75" glass baking dish like Pyrex, then put in fridge and allow to the Jello to set.
Mix the cream cheese, sour cream and sugar in a mixing bowl until you get a creamy consistency then spread this toping over the salad.
