bottom row: Dizzy Roundabout, Blooming Garden Shed, Taurus Symbol Wall Decoration, and Springtime Tire Swing.
Both, the greenhouse and the shed, hold 12 items.

The Closet holds 12 items. The Trapdoor doesn’t hold anything, it just opens periodically and some eyes peek out.

The Jasmine Tea Serving Station makes 1 Jasmine Tea per day.
The Tea is not sendable which is probably a glitch as most food items are sendable.

Also, they changed the new Webkinz Touring Van and made it sendable as expected.
