Hi everyone and sorry to interupt!!
This is tobybunny’s older sister. tobybunny just logged into webkinz after the weekend, and saw that her account was hacked, and the hacker took out ALL OF HER PET ITEMS, EXCLUSIVES, RETIRED and anything worth alot of money. Esther has spent the past two years in and out of the hospital, working to amass a collection. Now, she has 28 empty rooms with no items whatsoever – forget about her expensive items like bunny ears, Sherbert Bunny PSI, 3 Unicorn PSI’s, blue and white grandfather clock, etc….
 Is there anything she can do?
She is sitting and crying and is very depressed.

oh my gosh!
is this a glitch? because when i logged into my account, all my lava lamps, a few valuable PSIs and some other things were gone! vanished! but only a few, so i think it is a glitch.
tell her these things from KInzlover88:
1. are we still continuing with the trade?
2. i hope she feels better and this is just a glitch and her items will be back ASAP! 😀
this has happened to me before! and i was so sad!

This is not a glitch! Esther’s dock colors where changed, as well as whatever coudnt be sent is in her dock. Her rooms are completey empty. So i guess all trades are off, because she doesnt have a single item to trade.

the dock colors don’t change unless you go deluxe
called a supervisor ONLY on Monday and see if they can trace the IP
if she has gotten a code from someone and adopted that is most likely the cause, she can have the supervisor remove that pet and then change the password…
if her password was not changed have to consider someone who has used the same computer at some time to get the password
it is very very hard to remove so many items from one account so fast… you have to have a LOT of accounts to move the items too, the max is 6 per day using kinzpost and trading room.. look in her friends list.. see who is new there, can trace things that way too…
ONLY talk to a supervisor, the regular people can not do any thing at all to help with this

I’m sorry to hear Esther hasn’t been well and it sound like Krafty has given some wonderful advice. I hope things work out for the best on Monday. I will keep my fingers crossed…. 🙂

How CAN you even DO that…I mean, my friend gave me his old account with lots of stuff on it and said I could take it all and I just sent 3 items a day to my regular account, because that’s all you can do…over a few months!!! So how is this even possible…?…

I’m so sorry. I think you should change the password right away and then use Krafty’s advice. I wish I could send you a few items but if nthe hacker is still lurking it would be no use.

Well, obviously change your password. Now, you might be unable to get your valuables back(But with nice people around here, you probably can ;)) but call Ganz. What has happened to a few people I know that this has happened to their account is they change the username….I don’t know what will happen but good luck, feel better, hope my advice helps, and I am so sorry this happened!!!

You see, one of my very good friends gives me codes, which I use for contests on my blog. She may have done it… but if she did, I would feel so sad 🙁

kinzlover – if you think you have anything at all to do with this, i suggest you find a way to resolve it . . . this would be a really quick way to totally ruin your reputation.
bri – DO NOT add any items back to that account! Tobybunny might want to make a new account just for now until you see if a Ganz supervisor can help you. No one should start sending gifts to that account because even with changing the password the hacker could come back!

Tobybunny~ I am very sorry to hear that your account has been hacked. Like Momz said, dont add anything to the account, the hacker could still get in. If i were you i would make a new account. If you would like you can have my spare account, it has 2 webbies on it, the Lilkinz Pig and full size Black Bear. I dont use the account very much, it is mainly for getting extra holiday items.

when she gets it changed i can help her get some items back. i have a bunch of extras and feel like i need to help. i hope she can save her remaining items. i hope whoever did this gets their webkinz account hacked. best of luck in changing the user…
