My girls like the Voyager show. 🙂 It is so neat being able to share something I liked when I was younger with them. I’ll have to look and see if any other of our favorite kid series are on DVD at a reasonable price. We only watched the first episode 19 more to go. It was from 1982.

Our mail carriers walk house to house. They park their trucks and then put mail from a certain number of houses in their bad deliver those than go back for more and move the truck. They do the bigger packages last and drive to the houses for those.

We have lights too but not as many as we usually do my husband had a cold when he put them up and started feeling too sick to finish. We have a tree with blue and white lights in the yard. We are putting up the indoor tree tomorrow.

yeah – that’s a great tip to know! for instance, if you know you want a certain potm, you can borrow potms that you don’t have from a friend, do your adoption, then send them back to your friend until eventually when you have them all, then you just send away the one you want again or if there is a new potm item you automatically get it!

Hi everyone! 😀 I had a big party at school yesterday cause it was the last day before winter break! Now it’s winter break and i get off 4 2 weeks! our teacher let us have the radio on and she let us dance and almost scream if we got too loud she would ask us to calm down but we were laughing and eating and dancing! it was so awesome!

alg~ we broke up actually more like i dumped him. It was working out. Rather be friends and it started to feel weird. yea cause who knows wat might happen when your alone. That’s why i dont go out so much in my neighbohood alone. There was this guy that shot a house and i think some people in a house and ran away. my mom and dad told me so if i do go outside i stay in my neighborhood and right outside my house most of the time unless im riding a bike

kgah – I’m the same way. If I have one or more people with me, I just have a better sense of security than if I’m alone. When I was younger, I worked at Walmart on the 2pm – 11pm shift and had to walk out in that dark parking lot alone at night. I always had the people greeters watch to make sure I made it okay to my car. Lots of creepers out there waiting to snatch up a young girl. Gotta be careful!

I have friends who are nurses at local hospitals, malls don’t publish the crimes that happen in their parking lots, afraid of losing business.

I live really close to a school. And there had been MANY cases where a student is walking home from school and this guy will drive up to them and make them go into his car. but they run away to safety. So yeah im not really aloud outside that much sometime because you never know….

One of my favorite Christmas memories is the year older daughter turned two. After she opened up the stuff she would look at it and then say “mine” every time. If was funny. I also remember the year I got my puppy my Dad brought it in the house hidden in his shirt. His shirt was lumpy and moving. I had just turned 7.

TMT – What great memories.
I remember getting my first two wheel bike, after I had opened my other gifts, it appeared out of nowhere. Magic…I couldn’t believe it.
Tonight both grandkids decorated the tree, singing and helping each other. It really is a beautiful memory. There are lots of decorates in the same place, I love it!

We saw a nativity decoration in Walmart last week and the little one was there’s God. Her sister looks over and tells her no. Poor kid was seriously confused. So I had to explain.
My younger one gets on the older ones nerves sometimes so she started telling her Santa wouldn’t bring her anything if she didn’t behave. I put a stop to it and told the little one she was too young Santa wouldn’t give her coal.

My boyfriend in high school’s dad snored really bad. He was involved in boy scouts and when they did camping him and another dad who snored really loud practically had to have their own camp site. I visited my boyfriend on the boyscout sailing ship he was working on one summer. His family took me with them. We slept on board one night in between voyages and it wasn’t the snoring that kept us awake it was his mom hollering at the dad to stop snoring every few minutes. His little brother was smart he slept on deck. I wondered why he wanted to sleep up there. lol
