   Good Morning !

   Farmers Day !

   moms.. the picture of the plushies sitting on their chairs made me laugh ! They look really cute ! I should have learned from the last USPS scam attempt … I did receive my new vacuum yesterday ( decided on a Shark ) I have made the spinach dip and will stop to get the bread before heading over to my sister’s home.
   Trying to finish a book on my Kindle before it disappears some time today…I really should pay more attention to it but totally got wrapped up in the Tea Party click to win.

   dee…Saw you in NEXT this morning ! I had already invited someone earlier for the challenge.. Thankfully you don’t have to wait for them to answer !

   Sheba.. Hopefully you are doing well with your recent cataract surgery !

   Hello all!

   gaga—Thanks so much! Will be cheering loud today for the Lions…in my house! Watching by myself today, Dh is in UT skiing this weekend. Just hoping he doesn’t injure himself! I’ve got stuff to make nachos without too much fuss, so that’s my game time snack. I’ll be texting/snapchating with my family in MI during the game, so it will be fun. I had heard Harbaugh was interviewing for the Chargers job. Was pretty sure that was going to work out. I’m so happy for Justin Herbert. He’s so talented and hasn’t had good leadership around him. Now I think he will. That’s fun the kid down the road calls and talks about football! OH MAN…I got the same scam text from USPS on my phone yesterday! I knew it was a scam. Nobody has my cell number but my family. (and scammers apparently.) All my shipping notifications go to a specific email. I must be getting old. I tried to buy a pair of socks at Kohl’s yesterday and the check out lady wanted my email address…no thanks. Then she wanted my cell number…again, no thanks. She got really rude with me because I refused to give out my info. I finally said to her, I just want to buy these socks, why are you making this so difficult. She checked me out but wasn’t nice about it. Why is everything like this now? Anyway, rant over. I also have a Shark vacuum. Love it!

   moms—LOL I’m my dh’s football ‘source’ too! Will be collecting tea cups will watching the games on all side accts. to share. The only good thing about the classic app, you can catch floaties. Still need both the tea sets. That plushie photo is soooo cute!!! LOL

   one time i was there a lady kept following me to get a credit card. i said no thank you.
   she followed me more and kept asking. i said no

   then she kept buggin me and i told her if she did not leave me alone, i would leave the store and shop somewhere else.
   sheesh………….and the whole what is your phone number email thing
   nope, never……….i will give a fake phone number and email if i have to.
   i show my cash and ask if they want it…….

   okay, dee – i was trying to decide who to sit with the fat chick when i realized we have a zangoz plush & a giant zangoz plush, so i put them at the table for comparison 😆
   
   i also realized you can sit any “object” on the chair – a balloon, cookie jar, a vehicle, etc

   So far today, I have been napping! But my son, d-i-l, and lil’ girl will be here soon! TV on and dh watching the football action.

   Funny story….well, not so funny at the time. When we were newly married (before kids) we had several friends over. One of them was pregnant and when she sat down in one of our kitchen chairs….it broke! It was SO embarrassing! She really wasn’t heavy at all (but tall). In truth, the chair wasn’t sturdy! But seeing those fat plushies around the tea table made me think of that story!

    I have a spinach artichoke dip that we like. I would like to find a good one with just spinach. I can’t take artichoke anymore.

    Does anyone have a spare polar bear cub plushie or two they can spare? I have tons of the black and brown ones and want the white one to even out my tea parties. I am DAR2001 on webkinz.

    Still no tea sets. I have a few days so fingers crossed.

    April.. What a heartbreaking game… So sorry that the Lions lost. I guess there is always next year… but was so sure that they were to be the Cinderella story of the Season…

    Topazz.. sent a couple of polar bear cubs.. Check the Knorr website.. The recipe is located there.. It was delicious… Good with Pumpernickel bread, crackers or raw vegetables.

    dee… Yay on the mushroom tea set !

    moms… I guess it’s on to the Super Bowl… Most likely will cheer for the Chiefs but not committing just yet … Just hoping the commercials are better this year than they have been in the past couple years. Budweiser and Pepsi commercials used to be so good..

    Sheba.. Sorry for you that the Ravens lost … Hope you have a good day at school today ! Always fun to hear what you have planned for the girls..

    Having lunch with a friend today but she says it is snowing in her community which is where the restaurant is… but not worried yet. Not snowing here..

    dee – glad you finally got yours, i think i have 1 extra of each tea set, but i have a couple of tables & several chairs for each . . . have you never tried spinach dip or do you not like it???

    gaga – hope you didn’t get too much snow

    topazz, etc. – this is the knorr recipe https://www.knorr.com/us/en/r/knorr-spinach-dip-recipe.html/68467 – but my recipe (handed down from my mom) is slightly different – no green onions, & add 1 Tablespoon Parmesan cheese

    i never realized her recipe was different, but this makes more sense now because people have often liked ours better 😆 i just thought maybe i use a different mayo (Dukes) or because i use light or fat free sour cream . . .

    i have tasted the spinach artichoke dip hot. it was okay. would eat it if that is all there was. i will eat artichokes if they are in something and i can not pick around. but i do not go out of my way. that being said, we have three or four jars here. dh and dd like them.

    i like spinach & artichoke dip too – i think i’ve only had it hot – this spinach dip is cold (no artichoke)

    Oh my broken heart! Heartbroken over the Lions loss. But on the bright side, I can watch the Super Bowl without stress this year. LOL

    dee—Kohl’s seems particularly insistent about the phone and email. I usually do the fake email and old phone number too. Why can’t they just leave us alone? Hope today is less frustrating. BAHAHAHAHA I am laughing so hard right now! Comment 22.

    gaga—Thank so much! Yes, they still had an amazing season. I was hoping for the Cinderella story to continue as well. Hopefully next year!

    moms—Thank you! I definitely had some angry moments last night. One of my nieces kept sending me angry face pics when things were going poorly. So I got a lot of them in the second half! LOL At least we made a fun game out of it. Still bummed out, but hopefully next season will be good too.
