   Good Morning All !

   Farmers Day

   moms.. This year it’s all about memories.. I went to so many places looking for just the right frames…spent 3 sessions at Walgreens printing some special pictures and will wrap and include a personal note with each gift… and for a few ” green ‘ is always appreciated ! Have a couple of sports guys and local shop has CLE sport teams merchandise… One of my favorite gifts that I receive is a handmade give from older sister… usually has a ” mouse ” theme ” ( LOL ) but they are thoughtful and hold special meaning…
   Head to her home today for lunch before the game.. think I mentioned that one of my dn is here from CT…should be fun !

   dee.. always love your links with new stuff ! Looked for you this morning in NEXT but must have been a bit before you. Looked like your state had some pretty severe weather yesterday… hope all is well your way.

   Sheba.. You are right about the Wish ” lock” .. Not sure if it was cmpets or Miracle who had mentioned a few posts back… helps so you don’t buy a second one .. so appreciate that feature..

   Need to run to the stupid store again ! I couldn’t find what I wanted yesterday so ordered it and am going back shortly.

   moms.. forgot to ask.. Did you watch the Heisman Award last night ? All so talented ! Of coarse I was pulling for Harrison Jr… but was happy for all those who were honored with being nominated.

   My boys are at the age where they want games or legos. We are planing a trip to the second hand lego store. They like to get specific pieces to complete sets.

   ah – love the lego gifts! my younger ds still likes to assemble sets & might have a couple sets under the tree with his name on them 😉 i have a friend that builds projects when it’s too cold to garden

   gaga – the memories are great! i didn’t watch the awards

   dh & i went out to dinner & saw a production of a christmas carol tonight

   i did get my visit in to the farmer, too

   Topazz .. seems like Legos have been so popular not only years ago but remains on many little kids and big kids lists too ! My favorite waiter at OG who is no kid showed me pictures of what he is looking for this year !

   moms.. Sounds like a nice evening out ! I had a really fun day yesterday watching the game with the ” boys” and my ds and her dh… Grilled burgers which was such a treat for me… Has been such a long time that I had anything grilled…. My ds always does such a great job with Christmas decorating… she has the knack ! So festive ! We were all so happy the Browns held on to win ! QB did a great job !
   Partial family gathering there for Christmas Eve…

   dee.. Do you want me to ” make ” some of those yard ornaments for your NEXT outdoor yards.. They are so cute ! Let me know…and we can meet up to trade !

   April… Hopefully you are back home and had a great time ! I am sure Stella was so happy to see you ! as well as your dh !

   Peeking in! Big day ahead!

   I came across some legos in the garage today. I’m wondering when the boys are going to fight over them! LOL! The girls had some sets, too….

   Finally visited the farmer yesterday. My gardens are going to be pitiful since I missed the last two times. They were already starting to look low (on the items we can only get at the market.

   Gaga – The gifts you made will be so special! ♥

   Moms – We make lists in our family so I try to get one item off of the list. Many times we give games that are on their lists. I’m about at the point of giving cash.

   Some of the games that our family (or a portion of) like are:

    Good morning! Happy Tuesday!

    We had a dusting of snow yesterday, and I woke up to everything beautiful! School teachers everywhere were disappointed that it wasn’t enough to call school. 🙂

    My kids loved Legos and always wanted the Lego Death Star (4,000 pieces), which was just too much money to spend on one item. But a few years ago, we decided to go for it, and we spent 4 days putting it together as a family. It was the most fun we’d had in a long time, and ended up being worth every penny. Of course now, it collects dust in the basement, but it’s a cool conversation piece and every time I see it, the great memories come flooding back.

    I finally figured out what everyone meant by the glowing door in the curio shop, which is great, because now when I am in there I know when there is a rare or not. Can’t believe it took me so long to figure that out.

    Thanks for the codes! And thanks for the picture guide! And I’m not sure I ever thanked Boper for fixing the error codes when I logged in, but they have disappeared, so thank you!

    And thanks to Momz for keeping this place running. You are still in my prayers, as well.

    Miracle.. Loved your Lego story ! I’m sure it is a great memory to share when you all get together at Christmas ! So many Lego pieces… wonder how long it took to put it together ? Sorry you didn’t get enough snow to call off school for the day… but you are right… a dusting always looks so pretty.. and makes driving still good.

    dee.. So happy your freezer is fixed… Yes Virginia there is a Santa Claus !! ( LOL

    moms… We used to love and play Apples to Apples on Sunday for family get together.. so much fun… We had a ” trophy ” which was a Webkinz If pigs could fly plushy… and the person who won was in possession of the plushy until the following week ! ( things we remember ) are so funny…I am sure I still have that plushy tucked away somewhere.

    Sheba… don’t forget Farmers Day today !! I am sorry to say that I don’t really know most of the games you mentioned but I am sure it was great fun when you all got together !

    Starting to wrap some gifts.. listening to some Christmas tunes and realized I need to run out to pharmacy… Errands are so much easier before the chaos of the day starts and traffic gets aggravating.. My kitchen looks like a disaster with all paper, tissue paper ect… but will leave it and hope nobody stops by.

    i’m hoping they create lego sets for the new Inside Out 2 movie – combining Disney & Lego is the ultimate for me . . . you’re making me think the Cinderella castle just might be worth it 🙂

    gaga – i’ve been wrapping at the kitchen table this year – so much more pleasant for my back as i have aged 🙂 i remember sitting on the floor wrapping all day, just the thought makes my back hurt LOL
