moms.. Lots of deals today at the e store… Wasn’t really impressed with the door busters yesterday… Just debating whether to brave the crowds today… may go out for a couple hours early…
April.. Hope you are enjoying your family… Sorry the Lions weren’t able to pull off a victory… We’ll see what happens on Saturday… I do really like Michigan’s quarterback… but have to stay loyal to the Buckeyes !

this will sound horrid, but we are looking forward to dd going to her home, so we can recuperate………….are we bad parents?
did not shopping today. laundry tomorrow. thinking of cooking!
just a pot roast or maybe chinese or mexican………….ha ha ha
but at least i have ideas and wants
and so very grateful that i write down to do lists! we would have been lost. had to pay property taxes and get plates for something and all would have been forgotten if i did not put a chicken scratch note out there!
i am sure you guys do it on your phones
and the bear is dramatic………….what i have seen i liked. i just hate to get involved in a show and then they cancel it. i guess they renewed for season three

hey everyone – i didn’t want to get out of bed this morning, so i dozed late. then we got the live trees today, so we have been getting those set up & cleaning up since then. we got some decorations done, but we have a long way to go . . . i made the 2nd pumpkin pie today too since the 1st one was eaten

dee- You get used to your own space. Plus not feeling 100%, not bad parents, just recovering like moms said.
moms- Yes, was nice to be with MIL. And dd had a good time with the family she was with. Her Birthday will be rough for me. Tomorrow is their big rivalry game, and the last one, so sending all good vibes. I also did not want to get out of bed today, but yours is more understandable. How was yesterday for you?
Trying to shop for Christmas gifts, so not in the mood. I think part of it is that we got rid of a lot of “extra” stuff last year and I really don’t want to gather stuff again.

We WON! So stressful, but so happy. She didn’t come home because she was going to this game, so this makes it worth it. Great birthday weekend for my girl.
Now I can just relax and enjoy watching her former classmate play.

Farmer’s Market today!
Was disappointed that the estore was not offering any previous stocking during their weekend sale ! Lots to look at but didn’t see too much to spend my points on.
Wondering what Cyber Monday will bring… New pet being released as are the new stockings I think !
Sure has been quiet around the blog the past few days.. Hope you all are well or at least getting better ! I am sure you are all pretty worn out from holiday preparations and travel.
Disappointed with outcome of game yesterday ( Sorry April..congrats ! though )
I felt badly for OSU’s quarterback who messed up on a few key plays.. but have to understand he was under so much pressure… and he is just a kid !

i have a couple i like only variation is tomato paste and tomato juice
and i think i am a big cause of lack of gymbo chat………just the funk and not being able to read up………..but right now, i feel like my usual nonsensical me!

both of the boys are traveling back rn, trying not to be too sad
we have started christmas decorating- got to see some of the kiddos we know & love which made my heart happy but also nostalgic – lots of emotions the past week – thankful & grateful & sad & just kind of a roller coaster

dee – i do roast, sometimes broth sometimes water with extra seasoning, seasoning, potatoes, onion, & a lot of carrots
i don’t usually do anything tomato unless i use the leftovers to make beef stew, then i add stewed tomatoes, green beans, & maybe a little corn . . .

Happy Belated Thanksgiving!
The family has left and it is quiet around here again! I’m busy prepping for my classes. I really need to do Webkinz, but I’m tempted to skip.
No Black Friday sales for me. Too busy with fam here, although some of the kiddos went out shopping! I watched baby granddaughter (my oldest dd’s first lil’ one). She is almost 6 months old. She is adorable! My teen granddaughter was here, also, and she is turning into a lovely young lady! (Too grown up for Webkinz, now!) My other lil’ girl came by on Friday to play with her cousins and to see Grandma (me). My heart is full! ♥ My parents came and I treasure the moments with them. Hard to say good-byes. I can identify with the emotional roller-coaster.
This is the week where I need to renew my Deluxe (bought earlier in the year). I think I have two or three days leeway from today. It was on my list to do today, but I’m thinking of going to bed soon and read the book (6 chapters) for our class book discussion tomorrow.
I enjoyed catching up on all the news! And I’m sure I’m part of the blame for the quietness here over the holidays. Oh…I am supposed to be putting up a family Christmas wish list….should have been done by now. Just remembered that. Sigh. Maybe another thing to put off for tomorrow. 😉
