   moms.. so happy you had a nice visit with your ds ! Sent a standee your way but no need to send anything in return ! Hope you are feeling better and can enjoy the day ! WOW what an exciting game yesterday.. I can’t believe the Browns pulled out a victory ! That was a really big win for us…. on to Pittsburg next week… another big rival. Looks like your alma mater did fare so well on Saturday.

   dee.. How are you feeling today ? Hope you are improving as well !

   April.. Looks like the Lions had a very good game yesterday ! Happy for you that the also pulled off a victory ! Hope your kitchen project goes well today !

   Sheba.. Hope you had a restful retreat.. and a good day at school today…
   Let us know if you had trouble with wacky !
   New challenge today in WW but I don’t think the prize and trophy are new !

   Early day for me.. Oil change at 8 so will need to be organized and out of here by 715… Medicare meeting after .. not too impressed with my coverage this year.. Hopefully she will provide some good suggestions and information.

   Hi all!! Just popping in. I see people were lucky with Wackyer Zingoz this weekend.
   I’m still trying to help younger sister move in with me and Youngest sister (life takes an interesting turn, here) she’s due to get a quadruple bypass and I’m to be her caregiver post surgery. I’ve left my partner and moved in with younger sister who’s opened her home to us both as we heal. My Mom is also in hospital recovering from Covid pneumonia and has been diagnosed with Congestive Heart Failure. She’s now recovered to the point where she’s in transitional care to rehabilitate so she can go home to her little bungalow, but that’s a long trek back. She has really bad cataracts that they have to address (sneaky lil ol’ lady never let on her eyesight was so bad) and she’s a far cry from ambulatory because of the three weeks she’s been stuck in her Bed with a PAC . But … she’s my Momma and I get my feisty from her &hearts
   I hope you all have a great day and I’ll be back, but I’m pretty busy right now.

   dixiecup – wow! i sure hope things take a turn for the better for you!
   & i hope leaving your partner was a good thing 😕 yikes – that’s a lot! you sisters are lucky to have each other & how wonderful that you can all be together – your mother does sound fiesty – hopefully rehab will get her able to go back to her place, we had great success with my mom’s cataracts years ago, so hopefully it will be that smooth for her too

   dh is better, still a little coughy and can not smell anything
   he says he can taste
   neither of us have any appetite whatsoever.
   yesterday we ate frozen french fries
   ha ha ha ha ha ha ha
   today i had an apple (my last one!) and peanut butter
   not sure when he will let me go out to a store

   difficult to even think of thanksgiving, nothing sounds good, so hard to make a list…………..dd arrives friday nite………..late

   my smell is still not fully back to normal, but i didn’t lose taste – it is kind of weird

   i put in a walmart delivery order & ate pb&j uncrustables for a few days to take meds

   maybe when you feel up to it, you can start a list at least with the usual stuff . . .

   Good afternoon!

   Had a nice time at the retreat. I actually went by myself, but I reconnected with some old friends and met some new ones. Since it was in the area that my youngest son lives, I met up with him for lunch on my way home on Sunday. We ate outside since he was not feeling well.

   Classes went well. Started a new unit. Went out with my friends and tried a new dish at our typical meeting place. Usually I get the same old thing…but I was happy with my choice.

   I got up early today because I went to be early, but I have felt tired all morning.

   Dee – Sorry to hear about the “C” illness. Hope you are feeling better today! It is so hard to plan for holidays when recovering from illness. That happened to me last Christmas. But it all worked out, so hopefully it will for you, too!

   Moms – Glad you had a nice visit with your son!

   Dixie – You sure have a lot on your plate! Lots of transitions! Hugs to you as you sort it all out….My thoughts & prayers are with you!

   Gaga – I’m sure you are having a good day! I did not have success getting the new item with the Wacky ERZingoz game even though I tried several times. I figure it will probably be around next year. LOL! I suspect the new challenge items are repeats, but I could not find the pumpkin patch trophy in my house so I was glad to get it!

   I have a thousand things to do today…..so I think I should make another cup of coffee!

    dee – my dr said isolate for 10 days, but if i had to leave the house after 5 days, wear a good mask (kn95 type) for the full 10 days

    One of my dn’s pups just had his third seizure yesterday.. he apparently witnessed from start to finish… so distressing… Vet may be considering medication after this seizure…Will have to touch base with him today …

    New crackers out today ! Some really cute items… Thanks to ll for updating the Webkinz Picture Guide will what items are available !!

    Can’t believe that I have been banned from Code Shop after attempting to log in the crackers too many times !! Some numbers and letters are so difficult to decipher .. S looks like a five and 8 looks like a B…. So frustrating…guess I will have to try again tomorrow ! ( eyes rolling up ) with smoke coming out my ears !! LOL !

    Real Life has been busy, some good, some not.

    dee-UGH, sorry you are stuck. We quarantined for 10 days as well, but wore masks for awhile when out just in case. We were stuck in a hotel room together, so definitely had cabin fever. I think they say 5 days from last new symptom is the general rule now.

    moms-Glad you are at least feeling better.

    gaga-So annoying when that happens. I have to blow the codes up in preview on my screen, and even then I get them wrong sometimes.

    qos-Sounds like you have been busy, but fun busy.

    Hello all!

    Oh no sorry everyone, that’s not my sunroom on WKN. I even confused myself. I had to go and look and see if I had submitted a room I didn’t remember. LOL

    gaga—I totally forgot it was cracker day! I got so excited when I realized. Made up for the fact that I again forgot farmers day in next yesterday. Kitchen is moving along…well, was moving along. I set aside this whole week for the tile guy to get the backsplash done, but he didn’t realize how much tear out and wall repair he would have. So now he’s gone on his other job and won’t be back until Friday. He will be here all weekend now getting it finished. I would normally be kinda mad, but he’s such a nice kid (probably mid 20s) he was so apologetic. Plus he does amazing work, very reasonably priced and loves Stella…so I just can’t be mad at him! 🙂 We have to pull our stove out so he can get into the corner with the tile. I won’t have a working kitchen the weekend before Thanksgiving. Trying to figure out how I will be able to get at least some things made on Monday. Tuesday I’m busy most of the day and we leave Wed. morning. Oh well! I’m so sorry to hear about your neighbors pup having seizures. I hope the vet can help him. That sounds just awful. Congrats on the Browns win too! Them and the Lions had down to the last play wins! I just didn’t have time to try for the standee. I’m with Sheba, hopefully it will be available again. Oh no, I’m always so scared to get locked out of my acct. because I put in the wrong letter or number. That really stinks!!! But, I have a tartan bow with your name on it if you don’t get one! 🙂

    dee—I’m so sorry you and dh have been so sick. I hope you both are on the mend and get to feeling better. That’s so hard to plan for a holiday when you don’t feel well and nothing sounds good.

    Dixiecup—Goodness, you have a lot going on right now! Sending good thoughts and prayers for healing and recovery. It sounds like you have a wonderful close family with your mom and sisters.

    Sheba—How fun you got to reconnect with some old friends and get to see your ds! I hope he is feeling better. I didn’t have time to try for the standee this weekend either. I too, figure it will be available again next round.

    moms—I did the same thing yesterday! Mainlined 2 cups of coffee and got so much done! LOL About 3-4pm it wore off and I lost all my steam. I hope the covid fog brain lifts soon. It took me forever to get back to 100 percent after.

    cmpets—RL has been busy for me too. Hoping the good outweighs the bad for you!

    gaga – sounds like amish was a great day, ugh the seizure thing with the dog would stress me out so much – hope they figure out something to make it better

    i cooked for dh’s thanksgiving lunch tomorrow at work – april, makes me wonder if you could make up stuff ahead of time – i’ve baked my cornbread & assembled the dry ingredients for dressing in advance, but some things like that you can also make & freeze but i guess you would have to be able to do it tomorrow . . .
