moms.. nice that you were able to sleep in yesterday !
Kind of quiet around here… Finally heard from himself yesterday ! It was so nice to hear from him and catch up on his move.. He is really excited to be on his own. My sister and brother were there on Saturday and yesterday… Most everything is moved.. He has lots to do but is looking forward to getting settled. My sister and I are planning on going down on Friday for the day to help.
Himself has given me list of things he needs so I will work on the list this week.
dee.. Have you checked out the NEXT challenges yet ? Seems do able but hate the Music class ! Finally getting my second key fob today… Heading to the dealer and was told to plan on an hour and a half appointment !
I guess I should be happy to get the key fob but seems like a long wait just to have them program it. Bringing my book … so all is good.
Sheba… Hope you are enjoying your reunion… Sounds like you had to travel quite a distance to get there ! Waves to you as you return home !
April… Hope you and Stella are getting settled back in to a routine after your family reunion ! Air quality here is rated unhealthy again… hazy and smells like smoke ! I guess I won’t be able to do my walks today but hopefully better tomorrow… Have not seen my Golden buddy for about a week… Maybe we are just on a different walking schedule… Hope he is doing ok..
Not really a golf fan but saw Steph C get his hole in one on Saturday and win the tournament yesterday ! His celebration was really fun to watch as he was so animated … his little boy was there too ! Scenery was breathtaking !

The girl never called me for my interview. Sent her a follow up email. Hopefully I will hear back. I used to have her position at a different company, it’s not that difficult to manage your schedule, especially when you are conducting interviews. SOOOOOOO annoyed.

Air quality remains unhealthy …. CLE was one of the cities mentioned on National news last night… Alert extended through today and hopefully will be better tomorrow.
Supposed to have my deck repairs done this week ! I had to leave one bench on the deck as it was too heavy to move myself… Hopefully the contractor can deal with it.

April… Anxious for football season to start ! Browns are getting a new helmet color.. Really like it… I guess they will be wearing them for certain games… Fan Favorite Joe Thomas being inducted into the Hall of Fame … showed him opening the box for new sports coat for the ceremony..had his kids watching although they did not seem to excited as their dad !!
Now if Clay Mathews Jr can get in next time … I would be thrilled !

Dee – I’m trying to look for ways to cook with lower sodium. 2 family members are on low sodium diets. I’ll have to see if we have that seasoning in our area.

Hello all!
Stella had her chest x-rays today and we are all clear!!! Whoo hoo! Now don’t have to do anything but a 6 month check up. So relieved. I didn’t really sleep last night and I am dragging now. They had to sedated her for the x-rays so she is passed out.
gaga—Thanks for the extra goodies! I’m ready for some football too. I saw the new Browns special white helmet for certain games. I think it looks really cool. DH and I have been watching Quarterback on Netflix. They followed Mahomes, Cousins and Mariota all last season. Really good show.

took my mom to get her hair done – she was SO happy & relieved but didn’t get any compliments when she walked into her place, so she was bummed 😆 miss attention seeking might have just proven my point that is she is literally the only person in the world that notices her hair that much & thinks “it is hideous” 🙄

The man finished my deck today and did a great job… He literally replaced the whole floor and two steps ! When I came home the furniture was placed back on the deck as were my flower baskets. Totally unexpected !
Unfortunately for me my TV just went SNAP ! So bummed as I enjoy watching the news while I have dinner… Tried everything from unplugging .. restarting cable and changing the batteries in the remote… I think it may need to be replaced..

Interview went well. She was nice. She did not address either in her email, or today about missing the Monday one.
And yes, with her interviewing “skills” I am overqualified for her job. Already wondering if I start with this company how I can apply higher up the chain, clearly minimal is required.
Anyway, it would be fine, it’s only part time apparently, and I need full time, so will continue to apply while I wait to hear about a second interview.
gaga-So glad your deck is done. Sorry about your tv, always annoying when things like that stop working. No one wwants to have to replace that type of stuff.
moms-Your story made me laugh about your Mom, but it is nice when someone notices, I will give her that.
dee-I hate when stores say it’s in stock, but then not as well. Especially if I drive out for it. Sorry your base trip was not as successful as you had hoped.
