Good Morning !
Happy Friday !
Wish they would come up with a new Wacky Prize !
I was able to get out and about yesterday… lunch in the cafeteria with friends and got all caught up on everyone’s life… Light snow all day but did not add up thankfully…Few inches overnight but shouldn’t be too difficult for travel…
Expecting a clipper over the weekend…going to stock up today and try and stay warm.
dee… meatloaf sounds really good ! It is even better the next day on a sandwich… Going to try a beef brisket in the crockpot this weekend…Will see if I can find a recipe and what is the best temperature setting for cooking all day. Ghost in the mine today… one jewel… didn’t realize that ghost is available 3 times a day…
moms… Recently Ohio passed legal betting… So many commercials for different betting ? apps ? sites…. Really annoying ! Bernie K was fired for playing a bet all of which he was going to donate… He was so upset as he stated he he ” bleeds orange and brown”.. He is a really good guy and an avid Browns/Cleveland supporter..
Looking forward to the games but would have been nice to put one on Saturday and one on Sunday !
April.. Hope you are able to finish up your work project today so you can relax and enjoy the weekend ! I watched the Pirate video but find it still a bit confusing… I don’t think I noticed the extra items on the right that can be used to help with the game… Think my account is on the Tues.Thurs.Sunday schedule so will see if I can figure it out..

I admire people who can detox from sugar but unfortunately I am not one of them… Ghost is random… Has appeared all over the mines…Have gotten two jewels each time except this morning he gave out only one… but they are adding up ! ( not the other word !! ) LOL

late night call from ds & a roommate – love these kids & love the times when they decide they should call me to be a part of the conversation even if they wake me up in the “middle” of the night LOL
dee – it is friday – i’m struggling with the days this week – everything has been a little off kilter because my plans got shifted by a day at the beginning of the week, so what was supposed to happen monday happened tuesday, so how in the world can my brain process that LOL
all i know is TGIF – i might sleep all day tomorrow

Dee – your meatloaf sounds yummy! I haven’t made meatloaf in a while.
The ghost has been elusive. Wasted another 1 1/2 hours last night. At least I had another device up and was playing on my classic accounts while “waiting’ for the ghost. I made sure my sound was on, plus I had a friend or two working with me as look-outs for the ghost (we were stationed at various places in the mine). But no luck for any of us. Every once in a while I would scope out another section of the mine.
As far as the pirate’s bounty, I was unsuccessful again. All the tips in the world do not seem to help me. LOL!
The snow blower is cute! I put it in my raceway room, because the tracks need to stay clear for the races, right?
A bit disappointed in the PAN prizes for February. Not sure if I can put my finger on why….

Personally, I wouldn’t mind some of the old stuff from the first several years of Webkinz when I either didn’t know about Webkinz or was Kinzcash poor! The idea of collecting themes and items caught on late with me!
But new items work, too! 😉

moms.. you are such a good sport about during the night phone call ! I think I would feel the same if himself wanted to chat during the night… Hope you at least able to get a nap today ! Thank you for posting the codes… need to work on that. Going all out tomorrow… Making some spinach dip for the game… haven’t made it in so long that when I looked on the Knorr package… there was not recipe ! Didn’t know what ingredients I needed and had to ask one of the store stockers how to access it ! LOL… on my phone…learned something new yesterday…
dee… didn’t realize you were doing WKN peek to find the elusive food item for me ! Thank your for taking the time to do that… makes the food even more special… Despite having a list for my groceries to make soup today I forgot the carrots… need to go back today to get them… Making barley soup.

Sheba… I agree with you about the Pirate instructions ! I think I should have access to it tomorrow… The ghost is pretty accessible to me… I do all my “dailies ” .. do the mines last…. There he is !! Received two jewels this morning.. I also want to mention for the first time ever… Got a score of 82 in Cake it Up !! It will probably the first and only time I can achieve it.
April… Hopefully you finished up your work project ! Hope you can enjoy the weekend and some good football ! Looks like your area of the country received some pretty bad weather ! Lots of snow ? We are hearing fast moving clipper headed this way today… we’ll see.

Good evening!
I had lil’ girl today for several hours so the men could play disc golf. We all ate lunch together then I took a nap with the lil’ girl. Behind with RL to-do list, but she is my priority. Anyway, started taking down Christmas decorations today. My dh took down all the outside stuff and I took the ornaments off of the tree. I’m sorting them all out into the appropriate boxes. I used the ornaments of child 3 and 5 this year. Child 4 took hers with her last year, so next year I will use Child 1 & child 2 ornaments. And then there is the “my” ornament category.

Gaga – Congrats on Cake It Up Score! Way to go! I still haven’t achieved the goal yet. I did get a pirates bounty today of 100 KC. I found the ghost once before logging off. (2nd time in one week….after hours and hours wasted in the mine).
I have two trips planned for February which will make my life more hectic. One is a visit to my parents to celebrate 86 years of life for both of them. The next one is a vacation get-a-way for one week. In the process of lining up subs for my classes that week (Monday).
I heard from my oldest son today who lives overseas which was nice. They may be coming for a visit and it may affect our vacation get-a-way, but at least we will have off.
Moms – how nice to hear from your son! I will take a call anytime…..it is harder to reach me during the night, though, because we have our phones on silent. Our house (landline) rings, but not in the bedroom. So, they would have to try multiple times. I should probably figure out how to set up for emergency calls.

dee – i watched that one, i like to watch as close to real time as possible – have you heard how old was that “toddler”?! in a diaper, but looked much older than a toddler
and actually, ds doesn’t have your number but probably should have it as an emergency contact 😀
with his performance life, he has rehearsals or performances often until midnight/late so that’s what his hours are like – i’m used to it, but i also have custom ring tones, so if it’s his, it doesn’t scare me – if it’s my mom or a generic number, then my blood pressure hits the roof
in college he has classes during normal hours, but all of his shows are “extra curricular”, so they rehearse and perform at night
did i tell you about the chris stapleton concert dh & i went to recently? his voice live is JUST like his releases – he’s so talented & fun to listen to, loved his concert
gaga – love my bond with my family, especially the warthogs – he was going out for a friend’s birthday somewhere not too far from himself tonight! i assume himself doesn’t go to clubs though considering his aversion to covid, though . . . obviously my ds is counting on his antibodies 🙄

on patrol live is a show where they follow live police who are on patrol live 😆 there used to be a show called live pd, but they canceled it a few years ago in the midst of the murder of george floyd & the protests again police. some of the people on the show banded together and created on patrol live that is now shown on the REELZ channel on Friday & Saturday nights
vacation sounds fun! dh & i had a little getaway recently, but i could use another one – tried to convince him for a little vacation but he keeps reminding me that i’m taking older ds to nyc in march 😳

Well, moms! You know I’m not really a football fan. And the teams I would probably favor aren’t playing. My dh feels the same way, but he is rooting for SF 49’s & Cincinnati Bengals. He likes Joe Burrow.

Crockpot is cooking with beef brisket… will see how it goes ! Chose the smallest one I could find and almost fell on the floor when I looked at how much it was ! Thirty dollars ! Hope it’s worth it. Stay tuned.
moms… Was talking to my GA brother this morning… He told me something that I hadn’t heard before… The last person picked in the draft is called Mr.
Irrelevant… who happens to be the quarterback for the 49’s ! Impressed that a rookie is leading the team in NFC game… I will be pulling for them !
Himself does not venture out to clubs for several reasons one of which is Covid and I guess he is just a nerdy kid ! ( LOL ) Didn’t realize school’s close proximity…
dee.. caught some of On Patrol Live last night in which there was a 15-20 minute high speed car chase.. the police officer did an amazing job of sticking with the driver going at speeds of 105 miles per hour … the law won!
The kid was driving a souped up BMW…
I also thought the gun toting toddler looked older… and wanted the camera
person to take the gun away from the kid…
Sheba.. WOW both of your parents celebrating their birthdays in the same month… amazing that they care share the day with friends and family.
I so far have only gotten ONE score over 75 points for Cake it Up.. but it was a first for me..
No luck with the Treasure Chest… but did see the Ghost !

Happy Sunday all!
gaga—Unfortunately, this is a long project that comes up every year and it won’t be completed until mid Feb. But that’s okay, keeps me busy. We did get maybe a foot of snow. We’ve been pretty lucky with an easy winter so far, so back to more normal winter. The cold temps roll in soon too. I’m also on the Tues. Thurs. Sun. schedule for the treasure chest. Makes it easy as it’s the same for the farmer’s market. Was actually able to open it today!! I got 100kc I didn’t know you could get kc instead of a pirate piece. Oh well, it’s hard for me to earn kc so it was okay. Today’s was easy. One lock was already unlocked when I opened it and I only had to place two mirrors from the side to open the other one. (Thank you to dee who suggested looking at the videos, they helped.) Looking forward to the games today! I like all the teams today so will be happy for the winners either way. Hope your brisket is yummy. Stella is having fun running through the snow and kicking up snow clouds. If there aren’t any deer to scare off she realizes how cold it is and comes running back inside. 🙂

gaga – that chase was intense! the officer did a great job keeping up with him, but it looked so dangerous
that video was from someone’s doorbell camera, so they didn’t catch the kid with the firearm live but thankfully & luckily did recover the gun & make sure everyone was safe before anything worse happened – supposedly the kiddo is 4 years old . . .

I would not consider a 4 year old a toddler. A toddler is 2-3 years old in my opinion….I know you all thought the kid looked older than a toddler, too.
Anyway….happy Sunday! I napped my afternoon away. The games aren’t going the way my dh was hoping, but the bottom line is that he is really okay with whatever the outcome is, as he is not truly a fan of any of the teams.
Talked with family & friends today and now I need to get back to wrapping up my classroom prep! Oh…and I have one more NEXT account. Both of my Next accounts have different schedules with the chests. I need to write it down. I wish they were on the same day.
I got 100 KC, too, instead of a prize. A bit disappointed, yet I really need KC.
