   Good Morning All !

   ll… Thank you very much for posting the cracker images ! Looks like they don’t have any new bows ! Just as well….

   Miracle.. I will have to check out Michael W Smith’s Christmas songs…
   If there are any John Denver fans… He made an album for Christmas called
   Rocky Mountain Christmas… also one of my favorites…

   moms.. Saw that the Bulldogs won… as did Michigan… hearing that OSU may still make the playoffs based on TCU and USC losses… I guess I will have to stay tuned… Finally heard from himself last night… It seems like forever since I have heard a peep from him…Has last week of classes this week and finals the following week…

   Sheba… I finally was able to complete Whacky Batter in NEXT Season challenge ! So happy…. still trying to A+’s in Pop Quiz.
   New week of challenges tomorrow..

   dee… what’s cooking ? Cooking a pot roast and potatoes today..

   Trying to get my domestics done before the game at 1… would be much easier if I didn’t have a phone !

   Hello all!

   Just kinda skimmed back…been a busy weekend. Trying to get all the Christmas decorating done and things set for the week as dh is out of town.

   gaga—So exciting your HS won the championship!! Your bros sounds like they are over the moon. Will be curious to see how the thug does today with having been out of the game for so long. Enjoy having your niece home for the week. One of my nieces has started getting tattoos as well. They are small and personal for her, but her mom is not too happy. lol Stella is doing great, although she probably sick of me trying to take her picture for the Christmas card. lol Haven’t got the right pic yet. I’m usually sending in the draft by now and have them ordered. Why do I think I have so much time to get this all done at the end of Nov. Need to get myself in gear! Still have to figure out what to get my college/HS aged nieces for Christmas and get that ordered. The boys are so much easier for gifts. Chipotle gift cards and Carhartt sweatshirts.

   cmpets—Hopefully will have a good pic of her soon. 🙂 Enjoy the rest of your trip and safe travels home. I love that feeling of coming home after a trip and sleeping in my own bed. Excited for the gingerbread pup in next too. I’m terrible at coming up with names, everyone here is so good at it. I was super original and named my gingerbread pup in classic ‘ginger.’

   Thank you Boper and LL for letting us know about Webkinz Guide. I miss it, but so happy we can at least use the previous site. Are there any plans to restart it someplace else and keep it going? I’m trying to screen shot any info I might want to reference back to for myself.

   dee—I love those cookie names! marzipan is awesome. Might do a ‘sable’ name too.

   Dh just agreed to help me with the outside lights today. His grumpy self will be fun today. moms—At least your dh secretly loves it…pretty sure mine does not. LOL

   Not really a fan of these prizes, except the Christmas tree. They look too similar to a previous candy cane collection theme and the Home for the Holidays theme. Also generally not a fan of red and green Christmas We need a classy Christmas theme.

   April- we are waiting for the chance of our data being recovered by some very smart computer nerds 😀 If it’s unsuccessful then we will remake the site! It will require some patience from everyone until we hear back though

   i did pull some sweet italian sausage tho……..not sure if it will be soup or a one pan casserole (with red peppers and spinach etc)

   i hear ya boper on classy christmas…….like gold and black with jazzy music!
   velvet settees with gold trim………….etc, dark gpld trimmed windows showing only a dark sky and full moon……….massive roaring fireplace with chestnuts in it that you can eat…….

   i am sure you can come with something!!!

    Good Morning All !

    moms.. I guess OSU will be playing Georgia on New Year’s Eve.. Should be an interesting game I hope. I bet you are so happy to be done with all of your decorating and just enjoy watching everyone else scurry to finish…. or get started !

    April .. anxious to see Stella’s picture once you have made your decision…I watched the entire game yesterday… Very happy they we won… although Houston did not come in with a great record…next couple games will be tough.
    My niece arrived safely from Seattle… she and my sister are figuring out their plans for the week and let me know when we can get together.

    dee.. I found a name for the mouse on the computer and thought of you..
    Kit E.Snack ! Made me laugh… I still haven’t adopted mine yet.

    Boper… Thanks for the updates on Webkinz Picture Guide.. It would be terrible if it had to be rebuilt from the ground up !

    New Week in NEXT… Although it seems like it may be time consuming… looks possible to complete… So much to do in WW.. hard to find the time for NEXT !

    moms.. Have not adopted my Sugar Cookie pets except the Pup which I chose famous pastry chefs… as I am hooked on the Baking Championship Shows !

    April. .Hope your photo sessions are going well ! I did adopt a Gingerbread Pup in NEXT… Named her Gretel… I also have trouble coming up with names for all these pets…

    cmpets… I know you live somewhere out west… mentioned LAX… and saw on the news the other night a coyote roaming residential neighborhood in LA and grabbed a little two year old and attempted to drag her away ! So scary.
    The dad was unloading the car in the driveway and heard her scream…
    thankfully he was able to grab her and according to report she sustained minor injuries… Can’t believe it happened in the middle of the day and in a residential neighborhood.

    i got up & did some paperwork for my mom – i think she might be seeing her new NP today – love having someone that goes to her, the only problem is that idk when they will show up but i guess if they need me, they will call

    i also need to go vote – all i can say is yuck . . .

    i need to wrap gifts, get the candy for stockings, and finalize a couple of gifts – once i got the house finished, i just kind of quit doing Christmas prep LOL – just realized if i am going to bake, etc. i need to get my act together . . .

    gaga- I saw that story. We have always lived near a canyon, so we see coyotes often. They have gotten several of neighbors small pets over the years, but that video was crazy, and thank goodness the father was able to get it to release fairly quick. We are in Orange county, but that attack happened near where I grew up,

    Love all of the Sugar Cookie names. Named my puppy Sucre, and now have to think of one for my mouse. May steal one off of the list. Doughboy and Kit E Snack are hilarious, but I won’t copy those. :))) I like the baker name idea too.

    dee-Did you make the soup? I may have to try a vegetarian version of that.

    moms-The boxes are a love/hate relationship. I usually end up with several duplicates, which is what happened this time. Bought 4 boxes, 3 are the toybox. I did get the fireplace, which was nice. I think I will buy a few more tomorrow, if I get the rug, it’s yours.

    moms—rug on the way to you. I also thought the items were a much better mix of getting each item. I was able to get at least one of everything which has never happened before.

    gaga—I wasn’t able to watch the browns game sunday, but caught the highlights. Happy for their win. They diffidently have some tough games coming up. Had the Lions game on my phone while we were doing the outside lights. Fun to see them win too. Glad to hear your niece made it safely into town. I think I’m done with the photo sessions..LOL Got a decent picture that can work. Hoping to get the cards done today or tomorrow…pic coming soon!

    That story about the two year old and the coyote is so scary!

    gaga—Duff Goldman is a pastry chef. I like him on the kids baking show. He’s funny and kind to all the kiddos. I only know if two other pastry chefs:

    Dominique Ansel (inventor of the cronut)
    François Payard (famous for his macarons)

    why are chocolate chip cookies on all of these christmas cookie lists? those aren’t “christmas cookies” for us – i think some of that is all about what is traditional in a family, so i am curious

    who bakes good wedding cookies or tea cookies or snowball cookies whatever you call them – the round powdered sugar balls??? am i supposed to use pecans or walnuts?

    dee-Glad the soup was good, I saved the recipe to try. I stopped eating meat in High School because I did not like the taste, so I don’t really eat “alternative” meats. And dd has been vegetarian her whole life. She gagged everytime she tried any type of meat, so veggie girl she is. DH has tried a few of those, but they aren’t great for you, so better for him to just eat the actual meat. None of us are sausage peeps though.

    moms-I think those cookies usually have pecans, at least the kind I have had. And we bake chocolate chip cookies every Christmas Eve, tradition. Mainly because Santa likes them and I like the dough. lol MIL makes sugar cookies and the jam filled kind every year. What are some traditional type? I never really thought about it. Just figured everyone makes what they want to leave for Santa. He usually gets Alternative milk too, usually Almond.

    I like cronut for a name. I named my Sugar & Spice Fawn Snickerdoodle, and we have a pet named cookie from when dd was little. Baker is my Space Monkey, so will probably borrow one already mentioned here.

    april-Thank you for the offer on the rug, and so happy you had one to send to moms. I will definitely take you up on that if I don’t get one in my next set of boxes. At the rate I am going, they will probably all be the rug or more toyboxes.

    Need to go login to Next and do daily activities. So much to do.

    And now I am craving cookies…
