   Good Morning All !

   Had a very good day in Amish ! We thought that the weather would have been a deterrent for the crowds… but was not the case. We both commented that is was the worst crowds we’d have seen ! It happened to be the Christmas Open House weekend for all of the shops… so serious shoppers don’t care about getting drenched ! My sister had an anxiety episode in the restaurant due to the crowd and seated next to a wall… we ate quickly and left…
   All in all we had a fun day and each came home with a couple of trinkets !

   cmpets.. I ended up buying the Northern Trails Lynx so I will be happy to send you some harvest.. ( Will adopt it today and get the seeds growing ! )

   moms.. happy you did not get the icy conditions that were predicted !
   Games of the weekend for you ?

   Sheba.. I have learned not to harvest crops right before the Season challenges changes on Monday.. Seems like one of the challenges ask for some kind of food…Last week it was the cucumbers… seem to take longer to grow when you need them !

   dee… I hope you and your dh had a good Veterans Day !

   April… I think this family had chosen a ” doodle ” because of an allergy to ? pet dander… She has three little girls and needed to narrow down their search of breeds… I think she was also considering Wheaton terriers… but think they made a perfect choice !

   Few commitments this morning and then I am planning on settling in for the day to watch OSU at noon…Our forecasters are using the ” s ” word here too and am so dreading all of that mess !

   hey all
   checkin in
   just stir fried up some chicken lo mein with red peppers, carrots, broccoli, onions and water chestnuts
   gonna be my dinner later

   my dh left this morning for a fall manly (but not just for men!) event and will be back in a week or so………
   AND i finally got permission from dd to pitch a whole bunch of stuff from her bathroom………..still waiting on permission for the bedroom AKA storage unit

   gaga – i’ll imagine the christmas open house there is crazy crowded – glad you had a good day

   osu is having the game i predicted so far – counting on them to win big

   hopefully my team wins, but will be more interested in keeping eyes on scores for the later games – i’m not expecting our rival team to take an L today, but it sure would be sweet for Mississippi State to beat them – highly unlikely though

   should be some good football today, but dh & i were invited to a concert this evening, so we will be doing that although i expect some tvs at the venue will be showing football & not just the concert???

    Good Morning All !

    moms.. hope you enjoyed the concert.. Not a good day for football yesterday for you… You were right OSU won pretty handily but the highlight of the game was Kamryn Babb’s touchdown ! Did not realize why there was so much hype until
    I read about his story… The whole team rallying around him brought tears to my eyes…So happy for that kid.. Talk about motivation and perseverance !

    dee.. sounds like you will have a busy week doing things that you wouldn’t normally have time to do. Hope you enjoy your time alone and doing some things you want to do !

    Sheba.. Nice to see you… Hopefully your day goes smoothly tomorrow.
    Enjoy today and relax and have some fun.

    cmpets… planted the seeds this morning and not sure how long they will take until harvest… will let you know and send you some… No need to send anything back ! Do you collect rare PSF ?

    April.. Hope the Lions are able to pull off a victory today… based on Chicago’s record.. they should be able to win !
    Have heard coyotes the past couple nights in the field behind my townhome.
    Sounded like they were on my deck ! Would have loved to see them but pitch dark in the field .. worried about some stray cats in the neighborhood.

    If anyone is interested.. the bench from yesterday’s Deluxe giveaway is animated… When your pet sits on it the leaves swirl around.. pretty cute !

    the concert was great – much better than the football i missed 🙂 they didn’t have the tvs on there, but of course we followed on our phones & didn’t have to worry about missing much
