Getting ready to head out for early derm appointment.

moms.. hope you had a nice time at lunch with your mom and your son yesterday ! It was a little change of pace for you to get out of the house and have a little fun ! There will be plenty of time to unpack boxes.
My financial brother called last night…wants to know what it would take for me to buy my mom’s condo !! He wouldn’t discuss it 5 weeks ago but there have been no offers on my mom’s … Much to think about as it needs complete reno and I’m just not sure I am up for that kind of challenge !

Just complaining and not asking for anything. I have only gotten one seed on one account and none on the other account. It has been 4 days! One of the few things I still enjoy about Webkinz is the seeds. I hate that they are being so stingy.

Good Morning All !
dee.. good advice.. it has been all consuming my thoughts this week.. effecting my sleep… so I am going to do as you suggested.. Step back and see what happens .. Apparently under contract till December so I would need to pay their commission even though I am family and was not in need of agent… I had deducted their fee when I figured my budget… labor force issue with reno.. materials.. potential problems once reno started ect. overwhelming..
SO… am going to see what unfolds and try to enjoy each day… Himself coming home for a week…celebrating his 21st birthday …
moms.. Your timing was perfect… All of hard work packing … selling .. moving and now unpacking and getting settled in your new home… well worth your efforts ! On to your next hurrdle… becoming an empty nester !
I am sure dee can offer some good advice with that next chapter of your life !

I have a couple of NEXT questions.
Where is the recipe for the Painted Guitar ? Not found in any of the tables !
I have previously sent my Next baby to Day Care and brought it back ( previous challenge ) I don’t seem to have access to resend them ? Have looked through Webkinz Newz Next questions… Any ideas ?
One more… Have tried buying the needed “tokens ” from the Arcade but not getting credit for them on the Season Challenge… Do you have to use the Jewels in order to buy… Tickets don’t seem to work !!

1)The tokens didn’t count for me either. I bought six! (3 at a time).
2) If your baby is ready to be an adult but you choose to keep it a baby, you can no longer send it to daycare.
3) I am not sure about the painted guitar recipe…..
As far as your mom’s condo….I don’t think you should be pressured to buy it. Funny how all of a sudden your financial brother wants to talk to you now! Hmmm…..

Just popping in to say hello between packing boxes.
My arcade tokens did not count either, so hopefully they will fix that. And looks like all of the questions were answered other than that. The baby not being able to go to daycare thing is annoying. I remember that from the last challenge. I have one I am keeping a baby, but can no longer send it.
Have barely had time for wacky, but did manage to get 2 packets of seeds.
Hope everyone has a good Friday. My living room has random items all over, so better go pack some of that up.

Well….I just spent about three hours in the garage arranging things, throwing out things, etc. just to make room for one box of vases that were on my dining room table. Lil’ girl got into the cabinet that has vases so I decided to put them somewhere else. It is a cabinet that has one door missing so no use putting child locks on the one door. LOL! She is helping me declutter! Ha ha!
I am SO HOT that now I’m going to take a break to cool down! Wacky ER Zingoz here I come!

dee.. Can’t imagine being on standby for a whole month.. that is quite a commitment from the jurors… Our requirement is five days… unless we are put on a case.. then who knows how long that may be ! Just stopped at local stand and picked up some tomatoes and corn… Nothing better than homegrown !
Sheba..That would be very frustrating to reach level five and not get to the next level ! It is a very time consuming game to begin with !

Hello, everyone!
I’ve had a different kind of a day! I met with a friend for an early lunch (which was brunch for both of us). We ate Mediterranean food and it was delicious!
The salad looks delicious, too, Dee!

Last night I had more trouble reaching the goal, but I think it was because I was trying to multi-task. So I finally just focused on the game. Got one wig.

moms.. Really sorry that you are still struggling with your symptoms.. Hopefully second round of antibiotics will help.. I love the picture of Humphrey in his robe.. He looks adorable ! It always amazes me that pets tolerate being dress up… He looks so calm and ready to lounge ! My previous dog Kirby ( Dalmatian) was like a bucking bronco whenever I attempted to dress her in anything… She wanted no part of looking cute in attire !

Sheba.. Nice that you were able to take some time to have lunch with your friend ! I was also able to get the Game Tokens this morning ! I don’t think I will be able to get the Day Care Points… not sure I want to spark a baby..
I received a call from the Toyota salesman yesterday… Offered a car similar to what I wanted that was to be built and delivered the end of September… I compulsively jumped at the chance… However… after a couple of hours and thinking things through I called him back ( got his voicemail ) and told him that I had made a hasty decision and that I would continue to wait !
This car was coming with a Black leather interior… and I want the tan.. I revisited the website and really studied the interiors and decided that I wasn’t going to compromise … That was one of the non negotiable items when I first decided to buy a new car…. I have always kept my car 10 years… and I want to love it ! Will try again Monday to speak to him in person.

moms.. feel bad for you.. I know how close you are to your sons.. Summer went much too quickly ! It will be an adjustment for all of you. Fortunately or unfortunately you have lots to do with settling into your new home.. Will help to be busy. Himself arrived home yesterday for a week.. He tells me that he was given the opportunity to be head TA for chemistry.. He is happy to have been asked… but OSU doesn’t offer an increase is pay… Wish they offered to subtract it from his tuition… Every little bit helps !

Yeah, I had seen that link. That is how I knew there were twelve items. I was just hoping for the names of the items. But I guess I will eventually figure it out. I’m not really going to go for it yet, although I think I have bought a couple of items, just because I’m trying to collect all of the Aztec theme! I figured it is going to cost over $100,000 to complete it!

dee… I hope you have no jury duty today ! Thanks for all the updates.. Love the Art Nouveau theme… I have a few pieces but don’t have a ton of Kinz Cash… especially since this is Wacky Week and I am concentrating on getting those items first.
moms… Safe travels to your ds who is heading back to school.. I know it is an additional worry to have family on the road. I hope the second round of medication helps and you begin to feel better.. Heading to my doctor for yearly chat.. I am sure he will attempt to persuade me to get all of the screenings but probably won’t happen… Usually ok with yearly labs…
How is your mom doing ? Is she all moved into her new home and happy with it ? I can’t wait for football season to start… Love Sunday games but will be totally different this year…
Sheba.. I am sure you will enjoy spending the extra day with your granddaughter ! She will keep you busy ! Will check in with my car salesman today to be certain he got my message from the weekend… I will wait until they get the car I want…. in it for the long hall…maybe Christmas.. or longer.

dee… he did not pass the first time… due to a “critical error” He apparently pulled out of the testing area into a turning lane with traffic pulling into the testing center… ( thankfully lane was empty ! ) soured him for a while and he was required to take a four hour on line course … temporary had expired in the meantime… renewed … Scheduled to take driver’s test two weeks ago however he came home on a Friday thinking the test was on Saturday… it wasn’t… it was on Friday the day he came home.. temporary expired on the 28th of July.. sooo
needs to renew it again.. WHEW ! make sense ? He will get the temp again and hopefully schedule a retest in a timely fashion. Appointments are pretty booked and will have to been when he comes home. Stay tuned !!

He’ll be ok… Just needs a bit more practice and a boost of confidence.. He really is very cautious and needs to drive. Practice has always been when he was home on break… and sporadic .
