Two more thoughts about that link.
1. Does anyone here live near there? Is it still as stocked as in those website pictures?
2. Although I don’t have the time/money/ability to do this, I think a group of you should make a pilgrimage there! Like a webkinz weekend getaway, centered around a trip to that store!

I’m afraid that I would need to be plopped down in that store from on high because I would not have funds for the travel, plus for all the things that I would want to buy there! Crazy prices, but OH SO TEMPTING! I would need to get a full-time job or two. And then I wouldn’t have time to play. What a dilemma1

dee-WHERE did you find that image? That’s even more than on the reddit thread I saw awhile back. I will be in San Antonio, but not until late August. I may have to call and see if they still have stuff when I go. Doubt it, but you never know. None of the stores here ever had that much stuff, even in it’s hey day.
Also moms- this image cracked me up. You guys know you can make the hammock on the carpenter’s table in Next and mail to classic right? I know it’s not free, but at least you can get it. I feel like we get a lot of tiles as prizes. I really need to place all of the extras sitting in my dock.

Dee’s got a point. Buying from that store would be RESEARCH! And NEEDED to keep the Webkinz informational pages accurate!
As for the Pillow Cases, it took a while for me to find those in the photos. I thought the pillow case photo was a Christmas stocking for some reason (no idea why I thought that.) The pillow cases have holes at one end for webkinz plushies to stick their heads out. (seems like that’s make sleeping pretty lumpy, but cute!)

So y’all just wander into people’s homes, whether or not they’re there and use their stuff – or play with their babies and stuff which I guess are left home alone when players are not there, KNOWING that EVERYONE can and does just come in when they’re not home?
NEXT doesn’t sound like a very safe place!
Or can you only visit if the player is online and says it’s ok? – Like the way it used to be in Classic?

I am trying to organize and decorate my rooms on there, but it takes forever on the ipad. I wish it would not burn up my computer, but it does. Must be a Mac thing, ipad gets hot too. I don’t think my iphone does, but it’s so small to play on there.
moms-I heard you all were in a heat wave. My sis is in MN and she said it’s HOT. And of course Florida will be crazy hot. I do not do well with humidity, nor does my hair. This is going to be an interesting experiment for a year. Thank goodness we aren’t there currently. I am hoping to be back here next Summer, I don’t think I can handle it there.

do NOT waste your tokens
on the left hand side of your screen should be challenges….some are difficult or cost a lot of kc
for example : adopt a pet!
or change home exterior (which is pricey)
you have to build up to certain challenges. I just finished the lake house ones (or will tomorrow)
they are all pretty simple…….go to material stand 3x, get 100 from cake it up and stuff like that……….only one did i have to buy stuff (a clock and something else)…………
none are super quick, but you win stuff, kc and recipe cards for future challenges

I kinda’ have two NEXT accounts, because I’m not sure my dear 14 year old granddaughter is interested in her account anymore. We will see when we she comes to visit me. But right now I’m maintaining her accounts (Next & Classic).
Moms – I forgot to check about the recipes or way to get that hammock in NEXT, which is surprising because I’ve been doing lots of Webkinz stuff (mostly in Classic) the past couple of days. Which means I really need to get some RL stuff checked off my list today. (Even though Webkinz is RL stuff for me I don’t think my dh views it the same way! LOL!)
PartTimer – I’m definitely glad that we can name our rooms in Classic and wish that we could in NEXT. It was one of the best improvements ever, plus I love the ability to move my room location, too!

Good Morning All !
Dental procedure went pretty well. ( two implants ) Today one side swollen and painful and other side good… Will continue to do what I am supposed to do and see how it goes. I am just glad it is behind me… Highlight of the day was a 500 dollar refund for being a ” senior citizen “… Still don’t view myself as a senior but I guess I am LOL !!
moms.. I did purchase some of the Mystery Seed boxes but haven’t gotten the one item I would like… figures… Have a few more to open so we’ll see.
I admire your motivation on purging an area a day… I am sure that gives you a sense of accomplishment…
I am sure your mom appreciated the visit to the hair salon to get a haircut.. always is a boost !
Heard from himself multiple times past couple of days.. Power not working in many areas of Columbus.. he was planning on sleeping in the basement with the centipedes….Not sure if he did but their basement is one of the worse I’ve seen..He is also fretting about all the food he had stocked up in the freezer when him mom took him shopping… that mostly likely will have to be thrown out… He has not taken is 4 hour online class for BMV to take driver’s test.. that will be rescheduled but he is still coming home for the weekend.

Sheba…Hopefully you were able get your porch issue resolved so you can enjoy it for the summer. Expecting one more very hot day here today and going to cool off for the weekend. Planning on fixing dinner on Sunday at my mom’s place .. for whoever wants to come… Trying to enjoy her grill and screened in porch before it goes up for sale !
New season challenge started this morning… Just wondering why despite having a baby that has not grown up can’t get it to swing in the park !

gaga-for the baby in the swing task, take the baby in the stroller to the park. Double click on the blue swings (near the ball pit). Your baby should swing. I took dd’s ugly baby this morning. lol Glad your dental work went well, now hopefully swelling and pain subsides quickly. Bummer about himself and the power situation. When you have to throw out the food, it’s so hard.
moms-you inspired me-project a day-so this morning I started going through my closet to separate out clothes we are taking, leaving here for when we are back in December, and those we are putting in storage for the year. So now I have piles and piles of laundry, washing everything we are storing and leaving here, some are dusty from sitting in the closet. We get a crazy amount of dust here even though I live in a very populated area. It is so strange, I have to dust constantly.
And yes, thank you to all who update the picture guide, I use it frequently. Bought one planter box, got the Dragon Hero Cottage, which I was happy with. Those are definitely hit or miss, and I have ended up with some interesting prizes. I should go through my dock and start giving away all of the stuff I don’t use.

moms… sorry the Celtics didn’t win but it sure was a good series. I am a dispenser collector… among other things.. Surprisingly enough I opened my last Mystery Seed box and was able to get the Pretzel cart.. It is really cute ! Is there anything that you wanted and weren’t able to get ?
My mouth is feeling so much better this morning.. I think I have turned the corner… Will wait 8-10 weeks for posts to heal and then last step of having the crowns put on. Hopefully my dentist will still be practicing as he is eighty years old and I have been with him almost his entire career !
dee.. Sounds like your garden is growing very well. I am sure you are looking forward to harvesting … and of coarse cooking what you have harvested.
Have never been to Cabela’s but I am looking for battery powered lamp for himself to have on hand when power goes out… He was ill prepared this week and resorted to candles that his buddies dropped off so he would have something . Not the safest either.

moms-I needed that laugh yesterday as well, and dee definitely provided it. The game was good. I am not really into basketball, but Warriors are a home team, so we watched the series. I realized last night how different it will be for the first time in my life to have sports on so late. We are spoiled here in the West, they are always on at a decent hour.
gaga-the competition crops are random and few and far between as far as I can tell. I only have a handful and I collect as soon as my crops are ready. I would think they have it programmed to be easier now that it’s part of the challenge. So hopefully we get one soon.
We used to have to drive to another state to go to Cabela’s when I was growing up. My family is big on camping, hunting, fishing, etc. We don’t have them out here, we have REI, which we frequent a lot considering we don’t do any of those things, but we do hike and bike, so it’s good for that.
We have the hand crank radio/light/phone charger as well. We also have a solar powered and battery operated, which we keep the correct sized batteries with. We also keep flashlights everywhere, including in our nightstands or under the bed. It only takes that first time of not being prepared before you realize how important it is.

Good morning! We are off to see my oldest dd, her hubby & my step-granddaughter! We haven’t seen them since Christmas! I am looking forward to it. I’d love to be spending the weekend with my father, too, since it is father’s day. But it is hard to be two places at once. My parents will be hosting my 2nd oldest son & family (including baby girl) and my oldest niece and her family (three littles). They invited us, too, but I feel it would be too much!
Gaga- Amazing about your dentist still working! My dad is also still working and he is 85. My mom retired from in-home daycare at the age of 82 (3 years ago). My NP recently retired and I felt betrayed. LOL! Now I’m getting acquainted with a new young NP and unfortunately I’m getting to know her quite well as I’ve had several visits in the past two months. But I can sense that my trust level in her is increasing, so that is good. Anyway, I hope your dentist is able to complete any work you need done!

cmpets – i’m a big warriors fan, and the west coast team kills me with the schedule – most games don’t start until like 10 pm my time, so i have many late nights watching basketball π so happy last night & still today!
