   Good Morning !

   moms… So happy that you can spend some time with your ds ! I know you have been looking forward to your visit… Not sure but I think I heard the word snow in our forecast ! No significant changes with my mom… Has had only random ice chips for over a week.. I honestly don’t know how she is holding on or why…
   My brother texted this morning 3 45…Tested negative and hopes to be home from France at 5 pm… Hope all goes well for him and doesn’t have any glitches along the way… He is so anxious to be here. Enjoy your weekend !?

   dee.. You enjoy your getaway too ! Wished the weather were cooperating a little better for you but I am sure you will have some fun and always good to have a change of scenery !

   Sheba… You also have an upcoming trip ! So exciting for you too !
   Still trying to complete the Cake Game… impossible… need to get over it but I hate to give up !

   I hope you all are well and have a good day… The talk on local radio for the past two days has been of a mouse in the dj’s car… She has been freaking out about it.. Unfortunately I have so many mouse stories and I also had a mouse in my car years ago… that had actually built a nest in my glove box.. Tempted to call in and tell her to look there…. but don’t want to give it the time !

   Heyyyyy everyone!!

   So sorry for the absence! been super busy with the new job! liking it a lot but its quite exhausting. I live in NJ so i commute 2 hours each way to get to and from NYC. This means I have to get up at 5:30 am to catch my train in time. its take some getting used to but i am finally kind of falling into a schedule.

   Finally getting a break this weekend and have off both days. Going to my sisters Parents Weekend at Penn State which should be fun! not sure how i will fit in at the sororities and frats but I am going into it with an open mind lol.

   Also an update on the plushies! I am down to just TWO left if you can believe. The last two are stilll on my wishlist if anyone has them let me know!! I would definitely trade something for them since they are pretty rare and old.

   I hope everyone is doing well! Been missing yall and your kind words so much! you are always on my mind <3

   platynick – hopefully the fraternity & sorority people are welcoming & fun! That commute sounds like a big adjustment, but you sound happy, so that is wonderful!

   hotel was very nice rescheduling us til next week

   yeah with current weather, we both would have been parked in the room fighitng over the laptop………..could just be at home in front of the fire like we are now!

   bad thing is, i had nothing thawed nor planned for people kibble
   so……….gonna dee wing it tomorrow………but coming together mentally

   My mom’s life journey ended this morning. She is at peace and I am sure she is with my Dad and having a glass of wine !

    I am taking my dd’s Christmas present to Spain, so in a way I’m thinking of Christmas (but looking in the past rather than forward). We actually sent her $, but this gift will be a surprise.

    Creative room themes! I am amazed by the ideas that people have. Not sure which one I will choose, though.

    Good Morning !
    It is so amazing the love and support I am feeling from each of you here on the blog ?? All of the kindness and hugs have meant so much to me.. can’t begin to thank you all for being such special “imaginary friends” and helping me through a difficult time… My siblings and I are so happy for our mom that she is finally at rest and has found some peace. She truly had a great life and was very pampered throughout her life’s journey … It has taken a “village” to get to this point but we too are at peace….I can finally say that Nurse Crachett as I was not so affectionately called is retired !
