   Good Morning All !

   Happy Friday !
   dee.. checked out the link from 1.. wondering of the Dr. Quack’s table is new
   Ice and snow overnight.. Need to venture out soon and hoping the roads are OK

   moms… next family meeting is on Sunday.. Will be attended by all 6 of us.. My brother returned to Georgia last night to he will be virtual.. Mom scheduled to be discharge on Thursday… highly doubt at this point they are willing to extend her time in skilled. Lots of decisions to be made and I have a feeling based on yesterday that things will unfortunately will become heated… Hung up on financial brother yesterday ! ( smoke coming out my ears ) Today is a new day and I am really trying to get a grip and carry on.

   Hats to all of you who are teachers !! So many challenges for you over past couple of years and I am sure very stressful…

    busy day, but nothing bad

    a little practical advice:

    dh & i had a meeting to sign new advanced directives etc. – if you haven’t checked on the current legality of legal documents, do that! a lot of laws have changed – here it’s healthcare poa/advanced directives that have newer requirements

    also, older wills might not have the witness statement that you need – our attorney told us about old wills that were thrown out & basically treated as someone without a will because the witnesses had passed & the person with the will didn’t have updated documentation to verify

    ran some errands, had to go quite a ways away to find the pets food, but they are all stocked up now for a good while & all of their transitions to adult foods – what timing LOL

    i had to get gas, too, & the line at sams was about half a dozen cars for each line of pumps, other stations weren’t like that, so idk if it was just Friday at Sams or the war stuff

    then i had to go get humphrey after his little procedure, bless his sweet heart – he’s pitiful in the cone of shame

    Gas prices are suppose to go up a dollar in the next month.

    I will Never work for a badge again. It didn’t work, never got it.
    Tried to the Mega Badge completing 10 recipes and Sally says:

    Yeah, badges are pretty hit or miss at this point. They don’t always work

    Good Morning All !

    moms.. Set up my will and Advance Directives a couple of years ago.. Should check to be sure everything is in order. The comment about your mom having her shirt on backwards made me laugh… made my day ! Facility has extended my mom’s stay a week.. It gives a little more time to find another facility.. There is really so much to learn about long term placement but I am certain she will never be able to go back to her home. I talked to her about it yesterday and she seems to understand and so far in agreement. I would love to see a picture of Humphrey in his new ” collar ” poor little pup !

    If anyone is interested the March calendar of upcoming pets and items is posted in the e store… Having a points promotion until the 28th

    Kinzgram.. I have contacted ganz several times and they have been pretty good about fixing any issues in a timely manner.

    dee… cookies sound really good ! Have never made peanut butter cookies but I took a peanut butter sandwich to work each and everyday for most of my 47 years.. I was forever getting teased about it but easy to fix and out the door at 6 am !

    Sheba.. I need to start using the Clothing Machine… but I really just collected the boxes !

    Next is very glitchy this morning.. Won’t allow access to the arcade and I am right in the middle of a challenge… I have logged off and back in a couple of times with no luck.

    Remains very cold here.. in the 20’s and am so ready for Spring’s arrival and some warmer weather.

    They were a gift from a friend I haven’t seen or talked to in 10 years.
    Problems occurred when Webkinz was hacked.

    Poor Humphrey!

    We also updated our wills about three years ago. They were over 30 years old. Lots of outdated stuff, so it was a good feeling to update. We will adjust them again at some point.

    NEXT – very glitchy last night, but I think majority of stuff has been fixed. Still dealing with me being logged off randomly which is very frustrating.

    I’ve been putting my tie-dye clothing in my boutique closets.

    Also, once I clear out all of my wacky snack packs from my dock, I’m going to try to do better about opening them as I get them. I’ve been trying to open 20 a day and I sell the food which is helping to offset the cost of all the DIY clothing. I’m saying that, but I’m truly okay with KC. I also tend to let the Spree shopping bags build up.

    Gaga – glad to hear that your mom’s stay was extended a week! Also, good that she is at the place of recognizing that she needs help.

    As far as peanut butter cookies, I like them, but my dh doesn’t. One of my favorite cookies are oatmeal chocolate chip. I tend to like anything with oatmeal.

    bil leaves tomorrow, which he is nice, but kitten has been hiding since he got here. weird as they played together on his last visit????

    moms.. Hope Humphrey is feeling a bit better today ! How long does he need to wear the lampshade ? I bet he looks so cute ! Are you all set for your kids to arrive ? Hope you are rested up ! Sounds like you will be very busy but I know you will be happy to see your ds if only for a short visit !

    dee… pizza sounds really good ! Never tried pineapple either but usually order double cheese and pepperoni and sausage…. pretty boring….

    Sheba… that a great idea to open wacky packs… Have hundreds ! Maybe there will be a food item I don’t have 100 of already ! Hope to start making the tie dye clothes soon… Still collecting the bottles…

    Family texting has gone silent since early yesterday… a few bumps in the road as well as some fireworks ! We will see what the day brings and hope we can hold it together for my mom ! I am practicing biting my tongue !
