DIY Tie-Dye Event! Feb. 19-27
Beginning Saturday, February 19-27, look for floating bottles of DIY Rainbow Tie-Dye and click on them to add them to your Dock (limited to 3 a day for free players, 4 for full and 5 for Deluxe players).
We willl also be able to collect a bonus bottle of tie-dye by clicking on the Valentine Fawn in the Boutique room at the Clubhouse during this event.
Use DIY Rainbow Tie-Dye to dye the DIY Dress, T-Shirt, & Wig.
Buy the DIY Dress, T-Shirt, Wig, & Design Tickets from the FUN STUFF > DIY Section of the W-Shop.
Combine a bottle of DIY Tie-Dye, a piece of DIY clothing, & a Design Ticket on the clothing machine to make a special DIY Gift Box. When you drag the DIY Gift Box into your pet’s room, you’ll win a common, uncommon or rare piece of DIY clothing:
Remember, bottles of DIY Rainbow Tie-Dye will only work when you combine them with DIY clothing and a Design Ticket on the Clothing Machine. They do not work with the DIY furniture pieces.
The Designs tickets and pieces of DIY clothing will remain in the W-Shop following this event, so there’s no rush to use your bottles of DIY Rainbow Tie-Dye, but be sure to collect your bottles!!!

Good Morning All !
moms.. pasta bar sounds really good but clean up a bit more challenging.
Care conference yesterday for my mom… over the phone.. All disciples there and thankfully younger brother with me for call…Concerned that PT says she is not progressing as she should… not surprising to me with blood clot complication hindering her progress… She needs to show progress or they will discharge her…Need to get future plan in place…Can’t see how she can go home
Heading down to OSU this morning .. Weather sure not cooperating…Freezing rain during the night followed by a few inches of snow…A bit nervous but
will most likely wait a couple of hours to give road crews a chance to salt and plow..
Love the new tie dye theme…
Named my new shepherd… Lady Dogiva…. she is really cute !

gaga – congrats on the adoption, but sorry about your mom – of course the blood clot would slow or delay her progress, i hope the doctor be able to treat that & get her going but also justify the situation so she can continue receiving care

Good Morning All !
Happy Saturday ! Flying Tie Dye Starts today ! New Room at the Clubhouse is handing out a free bottle too !
Trip to OSU thankfully uneventful… Himself and I had a nice visit and got caught up on all of his classes and what is happening at his home… He is planning on visiting his grandmother as well.. We were able to FaceTime with him during one of my visits which she very much enjoyed ! They are very close and I am so glad he has made time to visit her this weekend. My brother is flying up on Tuesday for Georgia for two days as well… Family lunch today so we can put a plan in place in case my mom is not approved to extend her rehab…just can’t see how we can manage her at home. .. with the resources we have.

Sheba… I hope you have some time this weekend to do things that you enjoy and can relax a bit ! You deserve some down time !
moms… Medicare is very strict apparently on resident showing percentage of improvement… I am sure there are ways to word the progress and be able to extend her stay. I get the sense that OT and PT are key in Medicare’s decision. She still has this week so maybe she can make some progress or maybe she just has no motivation left.. She has been such a trooper over the past couple of weeks and she has been looking more frail each day.. eats almost nothing but she remains very sharp mentally..
dee.. what’s cooking this weekend ? I am hearing on the radio that the host of Drive Ins and Dives is here in Cleveland shooting an episode… Lots of celebrities here for the weekend for All Star Game tomorrow night…
Hoping to fix my brother a home cooked dinner while he is here…thinking about grilling steak and asparagus and baked potato for dinner…

Good morning and Happy Saturday!
I feel like I need to apologize for moving into permanent lurker status, but RL threw us a life-changing curve this past month, and we are all reeling with the new normal. Thankfully, our family is strong, and we are dealing with it. Will post more as I feel able to talk about it, but would appreciate any prayers offered! 🙂
But WW has been a nice diversion. I’ve been sending Platynick my extra plushies … always fun helping someone like you all helped me when I first found this blog. And going through my dailies … and I really like the new tie-dye event.
I’m still trying to figure out Next. It is glitchy for me. I think I finally got it to open in a window on my Mac instead of filling the whole giant screen, but not sure how I did it. I can’t shrink it, but I can move it to one side and read through email, etc. Anyone figured it out?
I want your betty-spaghetti recipe, Momz. Praying for your mom, gaga. Love the name Lady Dogiva … that’s brilliant! 🙂
So glad to see spring coming on WW and in RL! It’s cold, but super sunny today and that always starts the day off right! 🙂

Dee – Looks like another good biscotti recipe. That is something I’ve never tried making, but I did print out the blueberry-lemon one that you posted a while back.

I have this annoying cold (primarily congestion) and hope that I’m better by Monday. Meanwhile, I will probably plan for a sub in case I’m not. Sigh!
AS far as the tie dye event….I didn’t realize that the items would be random. I guess I was assuming different tie dye bottles for each of the three patterns. Hmmm. I guess it is better than my first assumption of the clothing/wigs matching the furniture/curtains/carpets. LOL!

gaga – so glad your drive was uneventful – i was worried as much about traffic with the all stars weekend
i want to hear more about drive in & dives – that’s a fun show! my ds round-tripped to CLE Sunday before last to see a friend perform at Baldwin Wallace – he wasn’t there long – i was teasing that i couldn’t make that trip on a Sunday or that quickly without trying your bakery ?
i hope as your mom starts feeling better from the blood clot & anesthesia & everything that she shows more physical improvement – home care doesn’t seem like the safest approach for her or healthiest approach for you . . .

Betty’s Spaghetti
Ingredients:
1 chopped onion
1 chopped green pepper
2 lb. ground beef
celery salt & black pepper
1 28oz. can diced tomatoes
1 sm. can diced tomatoes
16 oz. elbow macaroni
1 sm. can green peas (drained)
Grated Parmesan Cheese
Directions:
Brown onion & green pepper
Add in ground beef & brown
Drain off grease
Season with celery salt & black pepper to taste
Add diced tomatoes, let simmer
Cook macaroni separately per al dente instructions, drain
Gently stir macaroni & drained peas into beef & tomato mixture
Serve topped with parmesan cheese
