The Webkinz that got away…
What pet did you want to get, but didn’t? Or one that you just wish you had because now you have a dog that is also a Webkinz? Both the plush & the virtual. It can be two different pets, or 10… Doesn’t matter, just comment. 😉 I just realized they made a baby bunny! I’m so out of the loop!

i would sell my whole soul and also body to get the strawberry cloud leopard. i remember when they were selling it at justice, i put up a fuss to get it and my mom said no and now i can’t find it anywhere with the code. sadge

CWC… SO nice to see you ! Hope all is well with you. Cannot believe it is Thanksgiving week ! So many Webkinz over the years.. Looked back on Webkinz Picture Guide ….I guess the one Webkinz I wished I would have gotten was the Sleepy Woodland Dragon. I think it was a Promo Webkinz released in 2012.. but how many Webkinz can one have ??
ll.. after looking through just the Pets on the Guide I can’t imagine how much time energy and effort it has taken you and others to put that all together.

Hi cwc, and everyone on here.
There are quite a few pets for me that I wish I had collected. Who knew I would still be doing webkinz after all of these years, would never have predicted that when my daughter got her first pet in 2008.
The Moonlight Wolf is definitely one I wish I had, as I have stated before. But I could not bring myself to spend that on one pet. And the Signature Timber Wolf. I saw one for sale a couple of years back online for $60, and I almost bought it, but it’s still a lot for one pet, so I passed on it. Plus the website it was listed on was questionable, so did not want to risk losing my money.
And lastly, the Pretty Panda, for my dd, because I finally have collected every other panda on her account. It’s her favorite animal.
Speaking of pandas, I saw the new one on the picture guide, and ugh, going to need that one.
I concur with gaga, the amount of time that guide must have taken is astounding, so thank you ll and to those who help with it, I use it frequently and am truly grateful for all of your hard work! LOVE the mascot on there, and great name for it.
dee- our high is in the 80’s today, and warm week ahead. Weird when we have Thanksgiving and it’s 80 degrees .Even stranger when that happens on Christmas, but it has.

after looking back theres a lot I wish I was able to get! The Flutterpig, Holidoodle, The Splash Dragon, The dodo, Okapi, and Mallard Duck would be at the top of the list!
Unrelated but I was wondering 2 things:
1) Does anyone know what happens when you collect all the figures in Woodland Wonders? I am nearing the end of the collection of 48 figures and was wondering if theres even a prize? as far as I can tell the only prizes are achieved through the forest keys.
2) I have maxed out my zum currency and was thinking of using it on one of the two fountains. Any advice which is better? The Zum Fountain or the Ponder Pond??

I probably wish I would have gotten either the zebra or giraffe when I was younger. I was always more of a fan of the realist pets.

Yeah, I definitely have regrets, yet at the time that certain plushies came out my money was limited. With three of us in the family maintaining our own accounts it was just one plush a year….maybe two. Eventually, it helped that we could find bargains!
My first regret…..and the reason that I didn’t get this plush is that the Hallmark had an over abundance of them and I thought I’d be able to go back and purchase it eventually. I forget what I chose instead, but I really wish that I had gotten the brown chocolate lab (from 2007). Some other plushies that I wish that I had are: Giraffe- the first regular one (2009); the donkey (2010); the patchwork cat (2017). Even though I really wanted the plushies of those, the virtual pet would make me happy now. But I don’t even know if they are available. (Note: I was so against the idea of virtual pets at the start, but now I’m fine with it. There are only so many stuffed animals that one can collect and I have way too many already! LOL!
The (original) raccoon was always a favorite (I never got one for myself), yet my daughter had one and I can use her plushie when I need it for my classes. We searched for the raccoon for the longest time. Finally we found one at a specialty toy shop in our area. The proprietor had it in the back room because it needed sewing help. We bought it anyway and I fixed it for my daughter. A more current wish is for the virtual White Highland Calf. I know that I have others but those are the ones that come to the top of my head. The list that I used to have at my desk is missing! Probably in a pile somewhere!

Platynick – Not sure about the Zum fountains as I don’t usually play with the Zums. I don’t think there is a prize once all of the 48 figures in Woodland Wonders are collected. I finished my collection last year and I don’t remember a prize.

I guess many of my wishes aren’t really connected to animals that I would want to have in RL. But the patchwork cat reminds me of a tortoise shell cat that I had for many years. And the brown “chocolate” lab would make a nice RL pet, although I have never owned a dog in RL. I don’t really desire a pet giraffe, donkey, raccoon, or white highland calf. And speaking of plushies, my favorite plushies have been the elephant and the velvety elephant, some of my first Webkinz pets!
And even though I am not really an avid Webkinz Next player, I am being tempted by the elephant and giraffe plushies. I just wish they weren’t $30 each.

apparently the canned cranberry sauce is very hard to find this year – i ended up with a dead car battery, so i put in a drive up order at a store after not finding it at 3 other stores . . . hopefully they really do have it, but i can’t go check yet

Wow! I still need to get some groceries (tomorrow). I think I still may have some canned cranberry sauce, though, that I bought earlier this year.
By the way, I heard that Ganz isn’t doing automatic renewal anymore for Deluxe, so I went ahead and canceled it. But how do I enter the deluxe code that I bought back in May?

Sheba…It was fun to read your post about your Webkinz pets.. I have noticed that the plushies are very hard to find anymore on Amazon.. I really wish Ganz would start making the Classic plushies ! Those were the days of running all over the place in search of them !

i am sooo excited! i have a special package being deliverd tonite at 1130!
so nice to see all the peeps back together on here!
dh decided he wanted a pumpkin pie, so on our errand yesterday, we looked for vegan pie crust (basically no lard)………totally wiped out at the store in frozen and in the whack a bread in a can section………….they had turkeys tho! big ones, so glad we got our lady part one a while back. I did a survey last nite of whats cooking…………..going to kroger today to get some fresh stuff and then home for the rest of the week……….
anyways, we will just make a crust…..not difficult

Anyway, I’m rather dreading the grocery shopping that I need to do today. Shopping is not my favorite thing to do (unless it is at the Ganz e-store or office supplies, aka paper; or craft/education stores).
Working on making a bedroom out of my junk room and it is shaping up. Two or three more beds to make once the sheets come out of the dryer. (My sis and her dh are passing through later this week).

Moms – Sounds crazy! When it rains it pours! That is how I felt when I had a flat tire on my errand day last week. I have a van and the spare is impossible for me to get to! Anyway, Triple A to the rescue. We actually needed a new valve on one of the tires, which my husband took care of later…..
That’s nice that your son likes to decorate! He probably gets it from you! Aren’t you the one that has Christmas trees all over your house?
My oldest dd loves to decorate and we sometimes get our tree when they are here. But this week will have too much going on for that to happen, I think.
Gaga – I actually came across a bunch of un-adopted plushies in my junk room as I was cleaning out. I have a few for my main account, but many of them are for my extra accounts. I checked to see if I had any of the plushies I mentioned here earlier, but I don’t! ;( Boo hoo! I was hoping that I was forgetting! Ha ha! I am also hoping that I have the llama in my stash in bedroom closet, but on second thought I think it is the alpaca.

moms- Sorry to hear about the dead battery problems. I have quite a bit of experience with car battery problems. It seems every winter it gets too cold for my battery to stay charged and I have to charge it at least once to keep it working.

moms.. So happy that your ds has arrived home ! Let the celebration begin.. I am sure the new puppy will eventually realize ds is part of the family and he will settle down… Love that you decorate all of those trees… but so much time and energy to put it all together… but so worth it ! Himself texted me last night that he too arrived home safely !

there are so many of the older pets that i have loved – i automatically thought about how magical the unicorn always has been to me – one of my all time favorite webkinz & PSIs – i think another favorite that i could never have too many of the PSIs are the charcoal cat . . .
i do wish i had a lil black & white cat & a small signature grey tabby cat to name after my kittens ♥ and maybe the brown dog for the pup since he’s a chocolate & there isn’t a chocolate labradoodle . . .
