   I love being Deluxe! And yes, I try to get the membership deals.

   I don’t mind the Hungry Hog games, but generally don’t choose to play them unless there is a challenge. Not a fan of pet buddies, but I am a fan of collecting everything. LOL!

   Continuing to have rough Mondays. But that will change! I wrote to the parents today.

   Thanks for info on curtains, LL & Dee! I feel so out of the loop since I haven’t been feeling well. Speaking of which, I feel much better today! Yay!

    dee – i saw that Freddy’s Steakburgers is offering a card for a free meal that veterans or active service members can pick up Thursday & use any time for the rest of the month

    we are gonna get the freddys thing as they actually have something i can eat!
    told dh to get his lil ceasers pizza…………man them things were soooo stinking good! and cheap
    tried to get dd to pick out something from bed bath and beyond (25 percent off) or target (ten percent)
    but she said no thanks

    plus i have food here………my house reeks of roast chicken!
    humphrey would love me (and also all your other boys)

    just started pulling out some turkey day recipes to ensure i have my stuff
    i need cranberries and apples for the crisp and that is about it. I marked teh calendar to thaw our turkey lady part……..might try cooking in roaster oven versus oven oven………..will have to see what dd is cooking…….

    and the crisp recipe is on here in the recipe pile……..it is really really really stinking good………..i made it last turkey day and we all loved it, so i doubled it for christmas…………..shhhhhhhh – it is healthy – shhhhhhh

    i mean sheesh……there are only 12 or so houses in whole subdivision
    and was asking dh about the wifi router…….he says we will need a different one

    so no laptop for me til he figures that out……….which stinks, as he claims the desktop………….i need to get him one of them elf on a shelf things!

    fiber guys are in my yard
    told dh they would run to the house
    then someone else would be back to run into the house
    then someone else would make it go in a few weeks

    yah………….see why i am so pessimistic!

    granted it is happening
    but how many years am i behind all of you?
    not talking age wise as i am soooooo young

    but ya know………….tell the truth! we do not know, it depends on yada yada, might take a while longer…………instead of telling us last week that it would be last friday!
    yeah yeah just ranting on customer service in general lately

    Yeah…I can see why you are pessimistic, Dee!

    We have had trouble getting contractors to do work for us at our house. One guy kept saying he was coming but we never saw him. My dh and one of my sons worked on it themselves, but finally my dh found someone to come to work on it, which started this week. (Re-doing a ceiling on our screened-in porch).

    dee – i live in the burbs but a big metro area & big metro burb, so you’re behind us in technology, but my sister is building in a rural area in another state & still doesn’t have that available . . .
