   hey oh

   been reading and catching cookies…….they are so cute

   made waldorf salad this morning…..just had a hankering
   dh grilled salmon for lunch with some kind of box potato
   so he had a good lunch!!!
   gonna be cooooooooooooooooold here tonite………..just had to get my glasses to read the thermostat thingy so it comes on later. set at 63
   we have a fire right now in fireplace…….hope all are well and everyone has figured out the juice box/feeding thing

   i got all three of my accts done and debating on whether to send it to my free acct that i am too lazy to adopt a pet on (katkinzz)
   but knew it would be lost forever unless i finally open open up my bag of codes…………ha ha ha ha ha ha

   i had cooked up & chopped a bunch of chicken breasts, and dh just knocked the container out of the fridge & dumped it all over the floor – idk how much pup got to eat before we got him out of the way, but he thought that was pretty good fortune for him

   i don’t think i agree with that

   if we find an inexpensive item in the curio shop, buy a bunch of it, & resell it in the wshop for more without using any computer automation or anything – just go for it manually, especially since it’s all virtual – not like it’s something that costs real money like estore points . . . hmmmmmm

    Hi everyone…anyone miss me?lol
    Dh and the roommate both had their weight loss surgery. Roomie was out next day..dh spent a whole week because he couldn’t keep any water down..they finally tried giving him a protein drink…and it stayed down..he still can’t drink just plain water. It’s weird. Anywho.he off the rare U 500 R insulin looks like hell never need it again! Dr said this sadie switch it duodenal switch operation would cure his diabetes by 85 oercent..and it’s truly working and it’s a miracle!! Plus they both eat very small portions of food..over indulging makes them sick. Lol..yes I’m laughing. Because they have no choice but to eat right..and its teaching them a hard lesson..
    Both have dropped weight pretty fast..Its so amazing..I now live with two men who beat death more then once over the past 4 years to having two very active men who can now take care of themselves..its so wonderful..and now I have some time to finally get back to working on my house projects while they clean out that nasty over packed garage so we can put a new roof on next year and renovate the inside to make a huge entertainment area so I can finally start entertaining again..we started all this in 2015..and because of what happened to my dh…nothing was finished. I feel less stress now, and I’m no longer feeling like they are gonna die on me now..these surgeries literally saved their luves….oh and roomie only had the sleeve done..my dh operation was more complicated..but if you want to know more just Google it..lol
    So that being said..we shall be joining a gym after we finish getting ready for winter..I honestly can’t wait..now I can take time to work on my health issues..
    Sorry for long story..just thought I’d update those of you interested..

    I also would like to ask for some help… I can’t get the webkinz next to work on my laptop..it worked before windows 10 did a major update..and when I tried to reload the app..it wouldn’t let me! Ugh..so I have no way to get any of the glampire items, or the juice boxes for the challenges..I’d appreciate any help anyone can give. I feel bad asking since I haven’t been here commenting consistantly, but I will gift something back to whoever sends me anything.. thanks.

    dee.. Waldorf salad sounds delicious ! One of my favorites growing up and having it for Thanksgiving Dinner… Ashamed to say that I have never attempted it… My moms was so good !

    So I’m not as upset as I was yesterday about the Next money grab. Still think it was a really cruddy thing to do. And wondering why I was only left 50 I mean they could’ve at least left me 5000 or something.. sheesh

    Hello everyone!

    So happy about the Braves win! ♥

    Monday was a terrible day! At least with my first class. I need to be creative and change some things up. I have some talkative students. Also, it was Fire Drill day. (3 of them).

    Oh, my back is somewhat better, but I’m not feeling good. No fever or anything like that. I’m just really tired and I don’t have an appetite. I’ve been going to bed before my dh which is extremely unusual for anyone that knows me!

    Election day – check!

    Halloween – check! (We had 104 trick-or-treaters and had to shut down early due to running out of candy). Oh, btw, we set-up tables at the end of the drive. We started that custom last year due to Covid and it was a real hit with the neighborhood.

    Loved the pet costumes – Humphrey was awesome in his flying pig costume!
    Stella’s costume was udderly great! 😉 Thanks for sharing pics! ♥

    Nick Metz – Welcome! I’m not sure that I’ve met you. Did you get the scorpio sign? I might have an extra.

    Chant – How nice to hear from you! Glad everyone is on the mend!

    And I don’t understand about missing KC on next! I am not sure that I’m missing any because I was practically down to 0 after I transferred all the Glampire stuff. Now I need to go check to see if I have the Halloween costumes. I’m so paranoid now. Why would they remove things that people earned or bought???? I don’t play enough of Next so I haven’t noticed anything unusual.

    ENCHANTEDISLE have you checked your virus protection software? When I did the beta test of Webkinz Next, Trend Micro would protect me from the app and not allow it to open. I had to start it a few times before I got the message that allowed me to click that it was a trusted program.

    *NOTE FROM MOMSKINZ – make sure your pet is AWAKE & up – NOT SLEEPING! I try to feed it a couple of extra things to have it refuse before I feed it the juice box.

    Browns expecting to release OBJ today… have heard reports that the Saints want him Seems like we have a lot of turmoil on the team right now…Our expected great season seems to be falling apart right now ! Big game on Sunday… Battle of Ohio.. Cincinnati is really good this year . Will have to wait and see how things go ! Hope to catch up with himself later today.. I was told Friday is the best day to catch him.

    dee.. I think sometimes the less techy stuff the better ! Spoken from someone who is not very savvy in the tech world ! I have learned quite a bit but so much more to learn ! I am still trying to figure out how to dress my pet in Next !! Keeps asking me to dress him in a pair of red shoes…Impossible !

    goodness gracious i’ve been running around like a maniac – i need a couple of pajama days next week!

    everything is fine, just crazy – my mom messed up her computer, ds got sick (not “it” tested negative twice), you know, just RL unplanned events consuming time planned for real events

    Good Morning All !
    dee.. Seems like all of the Gymbonians were busy last evening ! Maybe catching up on Next…. not…. What cooking this weekend ? Will be making spaghetti tomorrow for family dinner. Debating about Thanksgiving dinner this year..
    Attempted a turkey last year and it was horrible… couldn’t get it into the trash fast enough… only made it because my mom had asked that I cook one…never again.

    moms… Hope you have a better day today that is not so hectic.. I hope your ds is feeling better ! Big football weekend… OSU today and Battle of Ohio tomorrow… Browns release OBJ yesterday… can’t say that I was sorry to see him go…

    Frosty morning here… should be a beautiful sunny day later with temp in the 60’s,, I went into a mall yesterday for the first time since Covid…trying to start some Christmas shopping…I was able to check my mom of the list !
