Getting together today for dinner.. I am fixing a strip roast mashed potatoes and a green bean casserole… corn on the cob for himself… and will make a batch of chocolate mousse… ( Not Mouse !! ) for dessert… One of my brothers will be joining us and I know he is anxious to show himself his new truck !

gorgeous fall day here……….i have not left the house since friday….you would think it would be spotless
nah………books are read and i watch the movie Nobody with bob odenkirk. dh and dd liked better call saul and dh got the dvd from library………not too bad
lots of f bombs and gorey type action stuff………but not too bad

not seeing the soup recipe, so i will retype when i am in the mood
basically, broth, garlic, carrots, beans, etc
ha ha ha ha ha
i do know that it freezes well and is easily white meat swappable (ground chicken or turkey and chick broth)
and veganable ( more beans instead of meat and veg broth)
can be crockpot or stove top
but ya really gotta bake the bread!

All the food mentioned here sounds delicious! I’m glad that Gaga clarified her dessert! LOL! I’m not sure if I have a light chicken & rice recipe, Moms. Does that mean low-calorie?
My cats (when they were around) never seemed to be interested in mice.
I hope tomorrow is better, too! I’m doing last minute prep now. As soon as I get home from classes I will be entertaining company. My parents are coming for a short visit. I made a casserole tonight that I can stick easily into the oven when I get home tomorrow. I made a chocolate cake the other day per hubby’s request so we will serve that, too. Oh…and a veggie and a salad depending on my energy level.
I have a different room AGAIN tomorrow. Different from the original and different from the one that I had last week. Sigh! It is smaller so I’m not quite sure how it will work out.. But at least we will be in the same room all day.

Good Morning All !
Sure was a quiet day here yesterday… but kind of a busy one here..
Having issues with newly filled tooth… dentist is on vacation and noone covering… Discovered my mom has shingles… has been complaining about her back for a week and blossomed into a rash yesterday…
moms… Browns are falling apart.. so many injuries to key players…I guess that’s what happens when they predict a great season for CLE… Kind of hex….we play again on Thursday…

so they sell this Glampire theme – that matches the bed on the post – in the Wshop on Webkinz Next & say that they are adding a Moving Truck feature to Webkinz Next where we can send items to WW . . .
