Good Morning All !
The surprise was pulled off without a hitch ! My brother was told he needed to take me to a doctor’s appointment… We pulled into the truck dealer and he made a comment that it did not look like a doctor’s office… The young sales was waiting for us and he came over and handed my brother a set of keys and said
Congratulations !! I had come earlier and put balloons on his truck and had made a personalized license plate……..It was a really emotional moment when my brother realized that he had been given a new truck !! My mom was waiting at her home to see the truck and she too became emotional … What a memorable morning for me too… My brother called me three times throughout the day to say thank you…I think he was still in shock ….
Back to work today….
Totally missed all of the hype about Facebook and Tick Tock being unavailable as I don’t have those….
Need to catch up so I hope to check back later..

Yesterday was a LONG day and I’ve been taking it easier today! I just realized a few minutes ago that I missed the spree log in prize from 2015 (blue dress). Does anyone have an extra? I’m not sure what it is called so not sure what to say on my wish list. I can’t believe that I forgot!

moms.. sorry your new puppy is not behaving ! He may surprise you and turn his behavior around when he grows up a bit ! He has pretty big shoes to fill.. my most special dog didn’t “grow up” till she turned two…. and she was the best dog ever !
Gwenda.. my brother is so deserving and is always doing so much for our whole family… I will treasure the look on his face when salesman walked out and handed him a set of keys …. Priceless !!
Sheba… I love old Mash reruns too ! It was such a great show.. I guess my favorite character was Hawkeye !
Weather here remains beautiful… sunny and 80 today… All of the trees remain green… I guess because the nights are still pretty warm…

he’s cute . . . it’s a really good thing he’s so cute . . . he hasn’t done any “real” damage – i know it could be so much worse – but it isn’t worse because someone is always saying “NO HUMPHREY” during waking hours . . . and by someone i mean me, i’m always saying that – i probably say it in my sleep . . .
you are so right though, he has big shoes to fill, it’s really unfair to him in that sense, but he is getting spoiled and snuggled and attention as if he was a “good boy” 😉

She was the best dog and always faithful companion I ever had and I still miss her so much. ♥♥

gaga – i know how much you love her – i think that is part of the problem with this rascal, my heart is still broken missing Millie, and he and i just don’t know each other all that well yet – maybe it was too soon, but i thought it was better for the kittens to adjust while they are younger/newer, and dh really wanted a dog so really it is my sacrifice for him ♥

OMG moms !! He is adorable. and I love his name ! Maybe when you get really upset and want to get his attention you could call him Bogie ! One of my friends named his German Shepherd Bogart… Each pup in the litter was named after an actor/actress.

I feel so bad for all of you that have lost your furbabies. I am NOT going to take it well when the time comes. My Smokey is getting up there. I think he’s the last original pet left of us gymbos old timers. 🙁 I remember us sharing pics yeeaaars ago of our furbabies. Back when the kids were still little kids…..and i didn’t have a white hair….

Gaga- I wasn’t one of the originals on the blog. I think I came on in maybe 2009 I lurked for a while before i posted. So it’s hard to rememember. He is a kitty. A 28lb(ish) Smoke Maine Coon.He is a big cuddler & lets me hug him like teddy bear.But in the last year he can’t jump like he used to. As well as some other issues. so…….. yeah he’s almost 14…..

Moms- I am sorry….The new boy is adorable but he can’t ever replace your girl. .Sometimes a new pet especially the same type can make the lost even more painful for a while. And it’s harder to let your guard down & love again. But I bet he already loves you, and in time you’ll be able to see him with joy and not as a reminder of what you’ve lost or feel guilty about loving him. (((((((hugs)))))))

I couldn’t quite remember when I first joined gymbo’s, so I looked it up and it was way back in 2009.This was really the first webkinz community I was apart of. I was so young then and now I’m all grown up with adult responsibilities. Gwenda bringing back all those names, brings back some memories. Part of me wonders if those people are still around in other webkinz communities but now go by different names. I also remember trying to get someone to come to the blog through chatting in the trade room. I can’t quite remember who is was, but I think it actually worked! I’m so glad to see webkinz and this community still thriving <3.

Hello all!
moms and dee—I am sorry to hear about Millie and the kitty passing. It’s so hard and there is no easy way through it. I didn’t cope well when my boy Diesel passed, it was 3 years ago yesterday. Dh would come home from work and I would be sitting in the dark all alone. I didn’t want to be happy. Then miss Stella fell into our lives 2 months later. I really wasn’t ready and puppies are soooo much work I remember crying because I didn’t feel a bond with her like I did Diesel. I promise it will pass. Now my heart overflows with love every time I look at her sweet face. It just takes time. You have to allow yourself to grieve and it’s okay to be sad still.
moms—Humphrey is adorable!!!!! He’s so freaking cute! And I love his name. Thanks for sharing a pic. I got Stella a cow halloween costume, even though she already looks like one. I probably will only need to put the hat on her. I’ll try and get some good pics when it arrives.
dee—I’m glad you have a new kitten to love too. Your comment about Bulter! LOL
gaga—What an amazing gift for your brother! I loving giving great gifts and you are such a sweet and loving person I know you were just as excited as he was. Kirby sounds like a wonderful dog. Those soul dogs loves us so deeply we will never forget them. The Browns are doing pretty good! We actually got the see the game here as they played the Vikings. Coach Stefanski look good as always! haha

April – we definitely need pictures of Stella in the cow costume.
It’s always sad when our furry friends have to go to the rainbow bridge. I was a mess when I lost my Gypsy. I grew up with her and I think that makes it harder in some ways because it’s hard to think of a time when she wasn’t there. I thought I was gonna get another Siamese after that, even found one that looked just like her, but that was before I was able to get another cat. Once I was able to start seriously looking, I still had my eye on the Siamese kitties, but then I found a sweet orange kitty on petfinder. He is the best cat, even if he does like playing on the tv stand.
Still haven’t found a tv solution. I do have it anchored to the stand, but he is interested in playing with the anchors.
