   You all know how much I love baking! LOL! NOT! Well, I’ve been baking today…for the Webkinz Challenge. I now have 116 BFF cupcakes. I wonder how much they sell for in the W-shop? Anyway….that’s my contribution. Some accounts only contributed 1 or 2. But my highest contributing account was 41. I’m not doing it for the prize. I’m just a bit obsessive compulsive on these types of things.

   There are times when I just can’t be as helpful! And to be honest, I wish it was something bigger than a poster. Like a new piece of furniture or and new tree or plant!

   Next step is to start inputting those codes! I thought that I had done May, but NOPE! Still need to do it!

   Good Morning !
   Sheba .. Thanks for doing all the baking ! Almost as time consuming as home baking ! Didn’t realize that Memorial Weekend was next week !
   My brother arrived here safely last evening.. Waited till he arrived and had a bit of dinner with him before heading home.
   Has anyone done any research on the new Tanuki pet ? Quite interesting.
   moms.. hope the kitties are doing well and your ds’s are enjoying the new members of your family. Ribs sound really good.. Have not made them is quite a while .. maybe next weekend.
   Hope you all have a great Saturday ! Still need to get my flowers but will wait till Monday.. avoid the crowd who will probably be shopping today !

    yes gaga – kittens are doing great

    they are getting a little more freedom, and they are so very sweet – even the more playful one is snuggly & likes to be petted – they’re both sleeping cuddled up against my leg as i type ♥ they’re worth the litter box so far LOL

    i am definitely worried about them tearing up our house – chewing, shredding, etc., but i’m counting on continued solid advice from dee ♥

    usually spray bottle is only twice with kittens……..
    they need thins to scratch. we have a couple of the cardboard things (dollar tree)
    a sisal doormat and some sisal door hanger things…….big kitten goes out and works the trees and logs……….baby is good………
    keeping their nails trimmed is good too, as far as them not doing too much damage to your stuff. if you do not want to do it, you can do the caps or just take them to the vet for a mani pedi……….we usually get nails done at their annuals………..altho baby boy has not had his annual yet.

    i love that his eyes are green…………..

    watch ribbons or yarns or plastics or rubber bands. they are FUN and can seriously mess up their tummies……………sheesh………i sound like a cat expert or something……ha ha ha
    all the experts say do not let them outside………..pffft
    altho, we did fence the yard for them………….I mean originally, our first house, we had fenced for the cat………..LOL
    then dd showed up 11 months later,……….but hey it was about the kid right??

    but we fenced this one too…………

    Got into a car accident today. Got rear ended stopping at a yield for the on coming traffic. First ever accident so I was pretty shook up. Nobody was injured thankfully, but most of the damaged was to my car. Since it’s a long weekend it’s pretty hard to get everything figured out with repairs, insurance until Tuesday. It’s unsettling knowing that I can’t do anything till then. I’m hoping my car won’t get written off, but it is older and the damage could be more than it’s worth. It’s my first and only ever car I’ve owed.

    ll.. So sorry to hear about your accident ! As you had mentioned.. thankfully there were no injuries.. but what an inconvenience for you not to mention having to have your car repaired or replaced. I would think it would be the driver whose fault it was should pay the damages. You didn’t mention if a police report was made. Hope you can get it all straighten out in the next couple of days.
    dee.. sounds like you have a lot of great advice for moms and her new kittens

    moms.. thanks for posting all of the upcoming expiring codes.. Will have to figure out which ones I need to log in.. Family gathering today… Grilling some steaks baked potatoes and fresh green beans with mushrooms… and corn on the cob for himself who doesn’t eat green beans ! My younger brother was here yesterday and we had lunch with my mom… Had a short to do list for him of things I am unable to do… Arrived home to find my deck being power washed by my handyman who has been staining my deck for years… Trying to get list done in case I decide I am done working !

    LL – i’m so sorry you were in an accident – i hope the other person has good insurance so they cover it without any hassles for you ♥

    i am glad you were not injured – it would have to be pretty serious damage for them to total it probably – are you able to drive it?

    I tried filing a police report, but since I was able to drive off the scene and nobody was hurt I was told to call the traffic accident report line during business hours (which isn’t till Tuesday). The guy on the phone told me it was okay to be reporting the accident 3 days later, but it seems a little odd to me. The car still runs fine, but the bumper got smashed and is now pressing up against the back tire causing it to make awful noises. In hindsight maybe shouldn’t have driven off the scene, but I was shaken up and not thinking straight and honestly the lady that rear ended me wasn’t very helpful either. She was cooperative with giving me her insurance, but didn’t really seem to know what to do beyond that.

    LL – as long as you have her insurance information & tag number – you should contact her insurance company & yours & see what they say – they may want a report – if she rear ended you, she should be at fault & probably didn’t want to call the police because they might have ticketed her

    the other day, my oldest ds & some guy bumped into each other in a parking lot – they were both at fault – they backed into each other – but no damage & on private property, no need to waste police time. i told them both to take photos of the back of both cars & forget about it

    Here where I live it is legally required to report a traffic accident if more than $2,000 of damaged is caused. I will need a police report incident number to give to the insurance company if that is the case. I’m still planning on doing the report and hopefully can then make some progress with the insurance company. It will be interesting to see what the repair shop quotes me for estimate cost to repair. God forbid this happens to me again I feel like I will be more knowledgeable in what to do.

    R 13 – LL – I’m so sorry that you were in an accident. It always seems that when inconvenient things happen it’s always right before the weekend or a long weekend. Hopefully you’ll be able to get it all sorted out.

    LL – I listed my other Webkinz accounts with this post because I’m looking for stuff on your list. If you get a friend request from any of them it’s because I have something for you. I’m sure I have multiples of the food from Christmas, Halloween, and Webkinz Day, I just have to find them.
