   i googled for a bit and saw a weight watchers one, but it wanted more sugar and less oats! say what???

   Never noticed a coin in Smoothie’s Moves before despite finishing a few of the Challenges… will have to go back and see what that is all about !
   dee… thanks for the recipe ! Sounds really good..Will share it with himself since he is the baker !
   Have a few more Winterfest cookies to feed my pets but still no grand prize !
   For anyone who is interested. The e store has posted February’s pets and items for the month ! Looks like some new bags coming out at the end of the month.
   Webkinz News has also posted the February prizes .. Looks like a new theme is being released to replace the “gray” furniture.

    told dh i wanted a grilled hot dog
    so of course, me being that mouse
    needed cole slaw to go with it
    and needed to make home made baked beans in crockpot
    so need all of that
    needed buns of course

    will let ya know how the beans turn out
    last time, i soaked them overnite and cooked them in oven
    they were not squishy, but dh loved them
    this time, i am soaking and putting them in crockpot as my last dried bean foray (split pea soup) turned out wonderful

    easy peasy recipe………..time intensive obviously, but no standing and stirring type stuff

    Ok, explanation on why I’ve been mia…again.
    1. Wore myself out making food gifts for family and friends at xms time…laid me out flat…then my stupid mind decided to go and get depressed…again..sigh…just dug myself out of my hole, and dh decides to have a pancreatic attack, first bad one in years..which came on top of him starting to swell again which made it hard for him to move around again. ..basically dr said..it’s his weight…and because he’s insulin resistant, he takes massive amounts of insulin, which causes weight gain!!! Other then that dr. Said all his tests are good! But I’m watching him deteriorate before my eyes!!
    So yeah..I’m stressed out again..
    So dr. Told me about GOLO. Said he talked to our endocrinologist, and dh heart dr. Both said it won’t hurt to try it, but won’t get behind it…BUT our dr. Told us this..he has 3 patients on it all insulin resistant diabetics, and ALL are losing their weight around the tummy with it!!!! One guy is down 80 pounds in like 5 months!
    So he told us, give it a try, because dh HAS to lose weight…the weight is slowly killing him..
    Guess who just got a BIG box or GOLO in the mail??? Me!
    As soon as dh can eat solids again we are doing this together!!! Pray warriors, please please pray for us…because if I can’t get this weight off dh…he’s going to die young on me! Dang it I did too much to get him walking again as it is to give up on him now..he’s over 300 the goal is to get him back to190 to 200.

    I’m presently cleaning out any and all crappy foods left in house, replacing with lots of veggies and fruit..I found his candy stash and threw it out.. omg when he realizes he’s gonna flip out. .but I can deal with that…Im only one shopping now..as he can barely walk..so if he wants candy…well then he’s gonna have to get well enough to go to the store! Yup, I know, sounds mean. But if it isn’t in the house…then he can’t eat it. Plus roomate is going for weight loss, surgery soon..and he won’t be able to eat bad stuff either…they can cry about it to each other!!
    Anyway, looks like I’ll be losing that last 25 lbs I can’t seem to get rid of..all in tummy! Well at least I have high hopes for that.
    And doing the Golo together will be easier then one person doing it alone…and it will be nice to lose my tummy..it’s the only place I have fat now. I am thinking of doing a daily diary about it to keep us on track. And so that the dr. Can see what we are doing too.
    Who knows, maybe if we do well on it, Golo will use my writing to help others, and maybe give us free golo for life, or at least a huge discount! Lol. But once we start, I’ll try to give you all here a weekly update, and let you all know if it really works.

    Dee, speaking of pea soup, have you ever tried yellow split peas instead? I fell in love with the taste!!! Not sure I’ll ever go back to green ones. I made it last week and it was sooo good!

    I have been keeping up with webkinz pretty well, and yesterday I did the scrambled game for my 3 deluxe challenges and got it done much faster because it was game of day.!

    I finished 3 of the smooth moves challenges too..

    As to the adventure scout challenge.. I did 1 all the way, and two to the second part for the bunk beds..

    And out of 7 accounts I got 21 cookies, out of those cookies I got ONE snowmobile.! And I actually hadn’t gotten that prize yet, so that was nice!

    And I think I’m all caught up entering codes too, though I’ll be checking out community codes on here to make sure! Lol

    Plus I even found time to decorate a few more rooms..shocker!! Lol

    So…I started reading some other things on here, and saw the house mouse!!!

    I almost pmsl. I don’t know if anyone on here knows what that means in biker talk…but I can’t write it on here! My DH was one of those bad boy bikers years back..and when he told me what it meant to the bikers…I was shocked. And a little disgusted…cause as DH says…Im a prude…lol

    So you can probably guess at this, but if not and you truly want to know…send me an email..if you don’t have it, I think it’s on my wish list, or you can ask moms..

    Btw, I got the mermazing theme, and pet. After more then I shoukd have bought boxes, I’ve got lots of everything..BUT NOT ONE BED!!! So frustrating! So if anyone has an extra bed I’d live one…I can give in return any of the other items..

    chant – what is it about those mystery boxes? sometimes i wish they were like the superbed or potm boxes so we could choose! i didn’t get a bed with the tender hearts ?? theme & refuse to buy another box

    good luck with your new journey to health! depression makes it so hard to practice self care at all – sounds like you are on the right track & have a mission!

    i just signed up to try noom (if anyone is considering it – definitely get a referral link bc it dropped my price by half – i’ll be happy to refer you bc i think i get like $20 if you actually sign up after the trial 😉 )

    anyway, they offer a 2 week trial to test it – we will see if it helps my psychological situation 🙄
