Apple Cranberry Crumble Recipe

1 1/2 ounces quick cooking oats
1/2 c light brown sugar
1 tbs plus 1 tsp all purpose flour
1 tbs plus 1 tsp margarine
4 small apples thinkly sliced (or chopped)
1 c fresh or frozen cranberries
1/ tsp cinnamon
1/3 tsp ground nutmeg

375 for 35-40 min
spray 8 inch baking pan

combine oats, 2 tbs sugar and flour.
use fingers or forks to squish together until crumbly
in large bowl, combine apples, cranberries and remaining brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg & toss
spoon into pan and top with oat mixture

Note from dee:
this does not make a lot. i used a little 4×6 pyrex dish. i am gonna double it for christmas. and i just chop the apples. i use vegan butter and my oat mix has never turned out crumbly….i just portion it out over the top.
