I can’t imagine how much time,effort, and energy it took to put up and decorate all the trees !! I love the the stockings hung by the chimney with care ! I hope Santa fills them with lots of goodies ! Thanks for sharing tour of all of your Christmas cheer !
I had purchases a step platform for my mom to get into my car… it had very wide base and was about a 3 inch step up… Found it at a medical supply store.. thought it would be perfect…. she did not like it… So there it sits unused… also bought one for my brother whose dog had trouble getting into the car…but she too had trouble… he now picks her up and puts her into the car when they go out for a drive !
I need a step stool for work … loved the pink … will check it out for myself !

Things here are so scary right now… not mandated but telling everyone to stay home…the place where I get my toes done has voluntarily closed for now.! The hospital where I work continues to have many covid admissions and my department is still going week to week as to whether they will shut down elective procedures….Planning on taking two weeks off around Christmas as I always do but have used most of my vacation time during the first shutdown in March…

i can’t imagine having to work in healthcare rn at all – thinking about you
so far everything is going well with your mom’s caregivers, so that is a big bit of good news

Pretty quiet day on the blog yesterday… hope all is well with everyone and just busy with their RL !
New challenge due out tomorrow in WW… difficult to keep up !
Planning on making spaghetti today for our weekly small family gathering !
Four people and three tables !! We all wear our masks while there except my mom… trying to be so careful…. trying to keep her healthy as well as ourselves.. discussing Christmas Eve.. not sure it will happen this year…so sad….
moms… love logging in here and seeing all of your beautiful trees !!

Hey everyone, thought I’d check back in. I haven’t played webkinz in quite a while, I still log in for holidays to get the gifts (when I remember) but that’s about it. Decided not to buy a deluxe membership during the black friday sales but when I feel like playing regularly again I’ll probably get the month to month one.
I’ve been working from home the past few weeks but we’re supposed to go back on Wednesday. Really hoping that isn’t going to happen since we’ll only have 8 school days until Christmas break and I don’t think it’s a good time to go back. I’ve been getting frustrated with the district because they don’t seem to be acting in the best interest of the staff. The governor’s orders expire on Tuesday, so maybe something will happen before them.
I’ve begun the process of applying to grad school again. Hopefully things will be more normal by fall because zoom university doesn’t appeal to me, especially with the price tag.

hope you won’t have to go back before the break – it seems like an unnecessary risk imo, but none of the school systems seem to be prioritizing the staff 🙁

it’s craisins, pistachios, pretzels, & sesame sticks, but the original recipe was only craisins or cherries & pistachios then my bff started making it and added the other stuff, so honestly you can throw in whatever you want – i make it her way

moms.. thanks for posting the link … still working this morning . Our family dinner yesterday was really fun. So nice to see himself and watch a portion of the Browns game. Our team is doing really well this year. . First time in many years that we may be participating in the playoffs..By the way… loved your GT tree !

Can’t believe Christmas is right around the corner.. however things sound like they will be very different this year…doesn’t seem like our Christmas Eve gathering is going to happen….Priority is safety and continued health for all of us..

Quick Question: I wasn’t sure if this was just happening to me, but I’ve noticed that every so often when I type my user and password for WW, I keep getting a message saying it is incorrect. This persists for about five to ten minutes and then it miraculously accepts it again? Has this happened to anyone else? I checked caps lock and everything lol so I’m not sure if I should be concerned about this
