Did any of you get the owls? I know I love the goblin pets that I adopted. I just wish I had put them on my main account instead of an extra account. Dumb!
I’ve been trying to avoid politics/news in order to be at peace within myself. Glad to know that I can still vote on election day. LOL! If more people are voting early that means less of a wait in line on the actual day.
I’ll try to log in tomorrow. Planning an outing with my dh, though, so it will be more challenging tomorrow. Especially since I will need to use desktop for player appreciation gift.

she has worms……………….she sleeps in my bed

no clue how she got them other than catching and eating wild things
thankfully it is just a back of the neck droplet thing
and we got an extra for the big boy kitten……………man that cat is all muscle!

Hi Gymbo’s friends!
I just wanted to stop by and give a quick update. My mom is doing fantastic 3 months post-surgery! There are certain things she may never be able to do again so as to avoid having to go back and getting more surgery in the future, but I think she is accepting of that at this point. She needs help with things now that she didn’t use to need help with, but my brother and I are more than happy to lend a hand and aid her in her daily routine.
I haven’t been doing so great lately, on the other hand… It has absolutely nothing to do with my mom, though. I am barely scraping by on Webkinz activities and challenges which have been causing me a great deal of stress lately, and I’ve just felt really withdrawn in general. I honestly haven’t engaged much with any kind of social platform (Gymbo’s, WI, social media, etc.) for months now. It’s not that I don’t want to (I think of you all often, even when I’m not posting), but I just haven’t had the energy for much of anything. But I really do miss this place and I hope to try to pop in a little bit more frequently than I have lately!

i caught a giant sunfish today!
i mean just lovely!
went to a new to us lake………..flush potties, but ladies room was locked up, so i used the mens room………….
hey. gotta do whatcha gotta do
anyways…………we caught so MANY fish………….dh even caught a turtle
we did not have a chance to eat lunch, it was crazy
dark clouds started rolling in and wind picked up, so we called it a very good day and had our lunches at home………..only thing different was i wore earrings today!
so i need to wear them in the future

reviewing dental plans……………we had to pick a plan that was available in boston
dd has aged out, so just need one for us now…………….i know how to read all the charts/graphs sadly…………..so we decided to just print our choices and take it to our dentist and let them pick!

I was able to get the player appreciation gift on all accounts. How I handle WW and the disappointments (about not being KP) is that I lower my expectations and just view the fence as an ornament for the room.
I have two accounts left for home before dark challenge…and couldn’t believe it when another challenge was in WW today. Ahh…fairly certain that I will only do one or two accounts. (Just cause I want to….)
Nice to see everyone. Long time no see, Otter! Glad things are going smoothly for your mom and even though I’m not in your shoes and don’t exactly know how you feel, I’ve been dragging myself. I think the isolation in RL is getting to me.
Sounds like earrings are the trick to a great fishing day, DEE! I would have trouble on that one as I have never had pierced ears.
Had a lovely day with hubby yesterday. I think that everyone had the same idea we had because everywhere we went on the scenic drive was crowded with people. We thought we were being smart by going on a weekday. LOL!

sorry – i was doing chores & stuff then have been watching baseball, realized i needed to jump on and do my wishing wells for some of the home before dark challenges – doing several accounts to try to get myself plenty of the windows for decorating 🙂
QoS – that is how i usually treat the prizes – as an ornamental decoration – i just wanted a few more of the hats bc i think they are especially cute 🙂

Good Morning Everyone !
Must have said something yesterday morning !! Sure was a quiet day here on the blog !
moms.. you deserve to be spoiled ! You do so many nice things for so many people.. and you are appreciated !♥
Sheba.. Nice to get for a drive ! However.. crowds and traffic can be very frustrating…In many ways I am lucky I can get out each day and go to work..
change of scenery helps and being with my co workers to share a bit of my day helps too !
Getting organized for the day…My mom went to or al surgeon Thursday to have 2 broken teeth pulled… ( grinding her teeth ) Waited a month for the appointment despite a call from her dentist to give referral !!
She had 3 teeth pulled and on check out… receptionist said the bill was taken care of !! My brother asked by whom and she replied the or al surgeon !!
After some thought…being somewhat cynical… I wonder if he pulled the wrong tooth !! It is what it is………….probably never know.
Looking forward to CLE football tomorrow !! Big rivalry with Steelers…
Will watch the game with my mom… making spaghetti.
Hoping for some new prizes with Ghost in the Clubhouse… daily prizes all repeats !
Many counties here back in the “red”…State is surging right now as are many others ! Hard not to let it get to all of us ! Visit here with all of you for support and love !
