Hey Everyone !
Not sure what I said this morning but went to the trash bin !!
So happy I have this safe place to share with and support each other….life is really a challenge and there is so much uncertainty… am hearing that we may need to shut down again… there are some updates coming on Thursday..
Office visits are again virtual only … and we were told to cut the number of daily procedures…and space schedule further apart..
One of Himself’s best friends parents have both tested positive and are symptomatic… He made them a dinner of homemade ziti and cheese cake and placed on their porch… and then called his friend to surprise them with dinner..Another buddy bought a 1000 piece puzzle as a gesture of support..
This is the sweet thoughtful young man that I know and love ♥♥

went to hobby lobby………..was waaaaaaaaaaaay cheaper than i thought it would be……….took some pics with my poopy phone and sent to dd…………she liked the frame kind of, but none of the mattes (mats?)
michaels has an easy frame and pick and choose type thing, so i directed her there. I get my mistake. I was thinking frame for her home so i was looking at “her” colors…………..duh!
will be hanging in her office
and michaels wants almost four times as much as HL!

I am bored too, but not for lack of things to do. Currently stressing a bit over a written task for a course I am taking, as well planning to get my state required background and fingerprinting done, and I have to plan for my basic skills exam too. There is stuff I want to do on the WPG, which of course I have been putting off, but it is still a thing in the back of my head somewhere. I would very much like to have the house all to myself for once, but I can’t really expect that any time soon. It exhausts me in particular to have people around all the time with no break, regardless of whether or not I am being left alone.
I am pretty sure parts of my brain fights with each other over what I should be thinking, considering the fact that I can’t decide whether I am frustrated or actually quite chilled out, which I know sounds ridiculous given my prior “rant”. First I complain, and then I realize I don’t care that much about what I complained about. Grand schemes and all, lol.

Bepsy – I can relate to having others around. Today has been absolutely the type of day for tiptoeing around the volcano. Understandable frustrations, but I’m not used to having someone here 24/7. Plus, our internet is SLOW today, which is what is causing much of the stress.
Well, back to my life job of uncluttering my basement. LOL!

just finished the bfast burritos……..made dh help me as i intensely dislike saran wrap……..chopped up some bfast sausage he made this morning with some jalapenoes from my garden……….tada!
so he has bfast for a while
and he promised to help me with the shred thing on food processor tomorrow, so i can do the zukes

Dee – my mom was talking about getting my degrees framed soon. Did hobby lobby have a decent selection? Does Joanne’s do frames? Wonder if they would be cheaper than Michaels.
It looks like the district I work in is offering an in person option, online only option, and a hybrid option. Haven’t heard anything from them regarding my position but I’m hoping they’ll still need me.

Maybe someone else remembers better than I do, but I believe there was a Fiona post or a podkinz where they answered that, and I thought they said after a certain amount of time (maybe a month?) the items would go back to the gifter. I could be wrong though.
It is a really old post but back in the day people said firefox worked when chrome and such didn’t for kinzpost. *shrugs*

dee.. you are quite an early bird this morning !
Finally Friday ! Another hot and steamy day here with no rain…must have missed this area yesterday too…despite weather advisory for severe storms..
Bepsy.. I do remember something about a box called Mistle Toe Mouse which was appearing on some people’s dock… Apparently did have “do anything or have any contents” just a box… At the time I think ganz suggested that they be notified and it would be removed from the dock… but I don’t remember any reference to gifts sent by another person…. Yes… I am old !! but I am what I am.. and can’t turn back the hands of time… as much as I would like to..
I have decided to shorten my work schedule and am taking every other Friday off… goal will be to work three days a week once I reach optimum SS age..
which isn’t far away !
Contacted Administrator and Assisted Living to inquire loosening of visitation restrictions which were to have started Monday… Due to level of risk in the county………..On hold until further notice.
Oh well… I am going to find something fun to do today and snap out of my mind set..

Schools in this area have delayed opening. Some are doing a combo of in-person/online, but with option to do all online. Some are still processing how it will be done. One of my teacher friends is thinking of quitting. Lack of concern towards teacher’s safety is one of the reasons and even though she is young she has some vulnerabilities. The stress is high for everyone! Still not sure how (or if) I will be teaching this fall. Not bothering to plan until I know because online planning is so different from in-person planning.
Well….time to check my pets in WW. 😉

volcano is much more under control today
so oldest & i went to get haircuts. i felt like they were distancing, they all had on masks (us too), etc. as she finished my hair, she told me how she & her kids had just flown on vacation to visit family – that made me wonder . . .
i didn’t see them sterilizing – not sure if they were doing it between customers as no one was with my stylist when we arrived & no one else had arrived when we left, but i was a little uncomfortable after hearing she had traveled

lol, the post I was referring to was a player post on insider and it was about a decade old, which is only old in internet, electronic, or other media years, ha. I would have to go searching for the one I think I saw about kp time limits, but that post would have definitely be more recent than that.
I remember the mistletoe mouse incident, that was quite a while ago too. I don’t remember much about the specifics of it though.

Yep, 30 days it is. I did find an webkinz kinzpost xml file with this: “There is no way to get items back after you’ve given them away. We are not able to do this for you either; when you’ve given something away, it becomes property of the person you gave it to.
