   Good evening friends, I know some have been looking for pieces of the Mod Raspberry furniture. For the 7 o’clock hour we can get a mystery prize. I just got Mod Raspberry Loungers for 2 out of 3 prizes.

    Good Morning Everyone !
    moms … really cute Monarch room ! The doctor’s visit for Mohs went very well!
    I met my brother and mom at the office at 730.. We spent five hours together and by the time we left things between us seemed to have been worked out.
    She thanked us for bringing her…It had been since March 18th since I had actually been able to spend some time together and except for a rude MA visit went great ! Was able to sit and hold her hand as the doctor worked on removing the skin cancer from her nose.. She left with a rather large divot from her nose but she was a great patient ! Follow up appointment will be virtual and I have scheduled an outdoor visit at the facility on Monday !
    dee… So happy for you that you were able to get your hair done !!
    now it is April’s turn !

    gaga—I’m so happy Stella’s pic brightened your day. Whoo hoo, that is so wonderful you got to spend time with your mom and work everything out. Just to hold her hand must have been the best. Hope the skin cancer is all gone for your mom. Yes! I am so looking forward to getting my hair done. Mine is also curly and wild, along with needing the grey covered. It’s 90 degrees here today and my hair is piled on top of my head, it gets so hot.

    dee—Congrats on getting your hair done. We will be making more Whirley Pop this weekend.

    moms—Your Monarch room is beautiful! Those monarch items are really pretty.

    I’m liking not having a floaty or collection event right now. Nice to have a break and just work on challenges. But I’ll be ready for Berry Fest! Although, I agree with you all, wish the seeds were the ones we could put in the jars.

    Gaga – It’s great that you were able to spend some time with your Mom. When you start having regular visits maybe things will be better. Hope her follow up appointment goes well. DH is scheduled for skin cancer removal on his nose next week but he has to go alone.

    it is good!
    we tried the quinoa and NO one was impressed
    bleah bleah bleah
    tasted like dirt and i have even a lot of dirt, so i know by comparison

    but the bulgur is mighty fine………….

    doing red beans and turkey sausage tonite
    vegans can just up the beans

    green peppers, onions, hot sauce…………chick broth (can be swapped with veg broth)

    could even add some of that fried tofu in there

    i am so running out of food ideas…………….can not count on finding an ingredient………………i know………..first world problems

    My school announced that they’re switching to some drive in graduation thing instead of having an actual ceremony in august. Not sure if I’ll be taking part. Completely understand the need for this but I’m still disappointed.
    Most things are reopening here, although hair salons are not. I’ve been bugging my mom for a month to trim my hair and she won’t do it. My hair is all the way down my back and I need a few inches off to get rid of dead ends. Can easily be done in under 15 minutes but she keeps saying I can wait until the salons open.
    I was finally able to get an appointment with the orthodontist next week to have a new wire put in. Haven’t had anything done to my braces since I got them on in February so it’s nice to be making progress again.

    Good Morning All !
    Gramma01.. Hope all goes well with your dh’s upcoming appointment.. Is he having Mohs ?
    moms.. all is good with my mom… We had 5 hours to catch up and I have signed up for visitation Monday…They still need to offer weekends for those who have to work…I talked to someone at facility yesterday but seems they don’t have enough staff for weekend outside visitation !
    dee… been meaning to ask… did dh finish dental implant ? Still have one more visit which was pushed back till June…

    he had an appt in april that never happened and on monday he went and they put in the base……….tooth is ordered and will be here in next two weeks and then he will be done!
    choco, i would cut it for you if you were closer………i know that does not help.
    kind of weird to look in the mirror now………i was so used to looking scruffy
