   Another new challenge… and new prizes !
   Trying to finish up Pinky’s Adventrue trophy… one and done !
   All is quiet here…. Miss my family’s Sunday get togethers…. I am so hoping to host a dinner next Sunday… just a few family members… himself said to “pencil ” him in…he will make the decision whether he fees comfortable getting together !! Really…. He doesn’t think twice about going to a large grocery store on a Saturday with his mom.. !!! (Rolling my eyes ) !!! I have to respect his sheltering at home … but really ?

   Ran my virtual 10k race today,didn’t even set out to do it today just wanted to round out my mileage for the week. Well, I felt amazing at mile 4 so I decided to do the 10k. I ended up beating my PR by 20 minutes.

    Lol gram1 and moms, my dh used to be an enabler, buying pets on sale, but then I got the codes and we donated the stuffed toys to hospitals for mentally challenged people and to police to give to children in bad situations. ..so he didn’t mind buying plushes.
    BUT, I really overdid it this time, so I’m just keeping quiet, lol, what he don’t know won’t hurt me! Lmbo

    And I was so bad MOMS, that I have a bunch of codes for that free scooter…which will be coming via email so you can do some kind of contest with! If you’d like? Plus a few other codes too.

    dee… did you get your hair done ?? Anxious to hear how everything was set up in your salon…Don’t think I can wait the 3 weeks for a highlight but they are closed today… will have to wait to call..however I am so looking forward to a cut on Saturday !

    Received an email from Ganz on Friday…Informed me that they are cancelling my Auto Renewal for membership with multiple accounts.. I am really upset..
    e mail went on to say that the multiple accounts promotional had been cancelled three years ago… However.. if I can remember.. those with those accounts would be grandfathered in… Does anyone have any thoughts… I do plan on contacting them and give them my opinion ! Unfortunately they can do whatever they want.. but I would think they would try to keep loyal customers happy !! We’ll see…
    New Ant Mania Challenge begins today….took a while but finished one account…I don’t mind this game but highest score I got was 7 points !!
    News from my mom’s assisted facility have gone silent.. The residents are back on complete lockdown..and no activities…I reviewed the website from our state which showed there are now 38 Covid cases in the skilled building…
    Had been 7 the week before last….I feel that the facility owes it to the families to keep them informed…I did do a drive by over the weekend and did a window visit… but a wave and blown kiss just is so hard… makes me so sad..It has been 2 months now since the lockdown began… and no end in site. I was told by my sister that my mom’s neighbor across the hall recently passed away as did the man next door…Sounds very worrisome…
    Plan on making a call today to see what the heck is going on over there !!!
    Have a short to do list … but as always will do things safely and as quickly as I can… tuck back in …. and worry !

    In the last week I’ve won Candy bash2, cash cow, googles, booger, and FINALLY goody gumdrop trophy. My new goals are polar plunge, and wackyer. Some of these games like candy bash and flutter just don’t work on my computer. I want to try Zackys but I don’t have the patience right now. Takes so long…

    Naki- You are on a role right now. I’m okay at flutterbugged, probably no where near wining the trophy though. I also started making my way through Goober atomic never really realized I hadn’t play that game before.

    I use to be pretty close to wining the trophy in polar plunge back in the day. Haven’t tried it lately. I also use to be able to win a trophy with Zacky’s Quest, now I can only get half way.

    I can get like halfway on flutterbug and then I just lose all control- I’ve been trying to win cash cow trophy for some time and finally tried on mobile app last night an won it on first try, same with booger- I’ve played that game and filled the report card dozens of times and then all of a sudden today win on my first try

    So remember how we were talking about how we’re lucky webkinz doesn’t tell us how long we’ve spent playing? Well I rediscovered how it does tell us how many times we’ve played a game…Wacky Zingoz for me was a scaary number!!

    The number of times played doesn’t look to be accurate. I know I’ve played some of those games more times than it’s telling me.

    Dee – they did an update with the puppy and her owner on Saturday night’s episode. Puppy is doing well but she’s an old pup so I wonder how it’s gonna affect her health.
    I’m not good at flutterbugged. The trophy for it is cute though.

    oh yeah, this is what i do when i go out

    mask/gloves and a sandwich bag in left pocket (with list)
    in right pocket i have id, credit card and keys

    before entering store, i put mask on, then gloves on and get list out
    shop shop shop

    go to checkout……….peel off right hand glove (as i am right handed) and throw in trash.
    pull out credit card/shopper card on key fob and pay
    put sandwich bag on right hand to push cart out to car

    if i have coupons, i put those in the right hand pocket also

    Dee – I have purchased egg replacer and it seems to work ok. The one I have been using most recently is called Neat Egg. Ingredients are chia seeds and garbanzo beans. A friend of my daughters uses garbanzo bean flour and chai seeds (ground in a coffee grinder). Half flour, half chia seeds. I’ve already purchased a bag of the flour and plan to do my own when I finish the prepared stuff. I’ve also used the flax seed. I’m still learning.

    Dee-according to vegans…Starches work really well as veggie burger binders. They’re able to soak up any extra moisture and firm up the patties. A favorite binder was Ener-G Egg Replacer.The main ingredient of the egg replacer is potato flour.

    Potato flour has the special ability to turn a bit gluey when activated with hot water, so makes for a perfect binder for these burgers! They remain nice and juicy, but hold together well and shouldn’t crumble apart as you eat them! whoop!

    Whisk the potato flour/egg replacer in hot water, then mix it into the mashed veggie burger mixture.
    it also says to cook the chickpeas seperately for a bit first to dry them out. 😉

    Gaga, as to your accounts..I do think they said they would honor that, It’s terrible, and if I were you I’d probably give them a piece of my mind.
    I never used the auto renew so I lost out. I only buy deluxe when I get it 50 percent off, that way I can get 2 for price of one

    They really do a great job these days, and the work they have to do isn’t easy, and we are getting way more then we did in the earlier years! And they need money to keep going, I try to always remember that. Helps me justify my estore binges…lol

    Gwenda.. glad to see you back … hope you are feeling better !
    Chants…Ganz told me that I had until the accounts were due to expire which is
    March of 2022… I do intend to send off an email… but my guess is that it will not be helpful…Did call the facility yesterday…Assure me that there are no Covid cases in my moms building and that the two people who had passed away did not die from Covid…Having a family meeting next weekend but don’t think it is possible to bring her back home …We all still have jobs..and home care is not only more expensive but many times not reliable… We’ll see what my siblings are willing to do.
    To those struggling with Ant Mania… I found that if you chose the most difficult level…you can get more points despite getting kicked out quickly !

    Chant – Re 24 – wasn’t me. My big splurge was buying 2 extra deluxe memberships. But on Sunday night my daughter discovered her deluxe had expired that day and she didn’t have a code so now I’m down to one extra. I haven’t even spent the 25,000 to get me a scooter yet. But I plan to before that offer goes away.

    Gaga – I can’t even imagine being in that position regarding a parent. Are there any grandchildren not yet working that might be able to help?

    Tomorrow might be my last day of substantial work, last day is officially friday and then we are on “summer break”. Just got word today that camp is tentatively starting week of 6/29 but who knows if that will be pushed back more?

    We were lucky to get masks made by a friend, our state is pretty much open and now our city is too…lots of people now ditching masks so I’m glad restaurants and stores are able to make their own guidelines…we’ll still be avoiding places and slowly will start seeing some extended family and close friends.

    I thought the plar plunge trophy colors were determined by the slope type but I won on the easy and medium slopes and they’re both silver, just plaed again on easy slope and won a 3rd silver trophy. Am I doing something wrong? How do you win bronze and gold?

    Yesterday our governor lifted the order to shelter at home…but still strongly encourages citizens to stay home…Drive home yesterday from work..so much traffic… looks like everyone is out and about !

    but before i forget – grandma001 – i don’t recommend using explorer – they had a bunch of security issues in the past & just aren’t usually one of the recommended best browsers – all the IT people seem to mostly recommend chrome or firefox

    zingy kept us up to date on that stuff, sure do miss her (not only for her great advice) – hope she’s doing well ♥

    I wish someone would have heard from TLL too. I wish I had some way to find her, but we all know she was very private with her online presence. ♥
