gaga—I’m glad thie pics of Stella made you smile. 🙂 She’s not always cooperative. Depends if she’s tired or wired and if I have good treats. Sometimes it can take 10-15 pics to get a good one. I’ll post some of the outtakes! I looked up the kid from little big shots. What an amazing kid!! Rainy here today too. Glad you are safe at home. Looking forward to the eggs tomorrow too!
sheba—That has to be exhausting writing out every word of a lesson plan. I too am just now getting tax stuff together. I hate doing it, so I procrastinate every year.

April – Scalloped potatoes for Easter? What a great idea!
I went shopping for the first time in 3 1/2 weeks with my husband and our new masks that a friend made for us. Talk about being motivated to go quickly through the store…..those masks are just not our thing!
Anyway, all that to say that we picked up a ham for Easter, plus a bag of potatoes. My dh is on low carb diet which means that I will probably be stuck eating all the potatoes. Sigh ….and I’m kinda’ watching my carbs, too. However,….if I make scalloped potatoes he might cave it! LOL!
Well….I’m plugging away little by little on my tax project. (Hope you are making better progress than I am, April). If I would record things as I go along throughout the year it would be a breeze But here it is almost 3:40 p.m. and I haven’t touched it yet today. Nor have I checked on my Webbies! I know granddaughter wants to play today…..
I absolutely love the spring vine crown, gown & shoes! So many cute outfits!

Good morning!
Been a weird 24 hours… Was bored yesterday morning and wanted to get on Webkinz, but to my disappointment it was down for maintenance. Then I got a migraine pretty suddenly, followed by intense nauseous. Long story short – I ended up throwing up and crawled into bed for the afternoon. I think (hope) it was food poisoning and not anything more serious. I’m feeling much better now, but I’m still being cautious just in case. I wore a face mask to feed all of my pets their dinner last night on the off chance that it is more serious. Afterward, I tried to log into the eStore to claim the Deluxe Wednesday freebies and got a “user is disabled” message. I looked it up, and basically I’m locked out until I contact someone at the eStore to unlock it… Until then, does anyone have extras of the freebies they’d be willing to share? Anyway, after that I called my friend who’s Webkinz account I am taking of care and she told me a friend of her’s passed yesterday morning of heart complications, which is kind of scary because another friend’s father passed away from heart complications about two weeks ago… So, yeah, that was my day yesterday… Glad I could come here and see gerbils running around in a mini art museum and the silly out takes of Stella to cheer me up, though!!
Well, I hope everyone is doing well and staying safe! Including those who haven’t checked in in a while! And moms, I hope you enjoyed your movie because you totally did deserve it!!

I stopped at my mom’s facility after work yesterday….she knew I was dropping off some things…. Up until now… she has not wanted us to stop at her window because it made her cry… BUT.. I just needed to see HER ! So I parked my car.. her blind was open… and lo and behold she was standing in her window ( no walker.. holding onto a table…waving a little American flag !! ♥♥♥ .. She could not answer her phone because she had to hold onto the table but I was so happy to be able to see her ! made me cry….
Hoping by her 94th birthday in May… we will be able to celebrate in person !

otterkinz – i am so sorry for your really yucky day yesterday! i used to get migraines so bad that they would make me vomit. i still get bad headaches, but i’m better at managing them and i think they’ve gotten better as i got older. maybe hormone changes are different because my migraines used to happen on day 25 of my cycle like clockwork
