The hunt is on for Milk Chocolate Eggs in Webkinz World! There are several ways to find them:
- Get 1 Chocolate Egg daily as soon as you log in to Webkinz World.
- Look for the floating Chocolate Eggs in Webkinz World and click on it to have it added to your account (limited to 4 eggs a day, 5 for full players and 6 for Deluxe Members).
- Spin the Wheel of Yum daily at Today’s Activities for the chance to get up to 3 more Chocolate Eggs a day (web only – not available on the mobile app)
- Find the floating Chocolate Egg on Webkinz Newz and click on it to send back to your Webkinz account (limited to 1 per day).

i have to figure out a mask solution as well – i know several people sewing them for hospitals – they are in communication with the hospitals – making them to their specifications to go over the other masks or to hold a filter

dee – cdc recommends use of a bandana type face mask if nothing else is available, but they recommend a shield over it extending below the chin.

Trying to remain focused on all that is good and positive… Someone at work is
making a version of a mask…She was not working yesterday but I will find out where the pattern was obtained from… and let you know…Bought the last of them … one for me and one for my sister…Not medical grade of coarse but will suffice when it is necessary to go out… She is still required to go into work everyday and has significant respiratory issue…

LOVING the Spring Celebration! Prizes are so cute! I’ve gotten tulips, chairs, a fog, a few new river tiles and a mushroom so far.
gaga—So glad to hear you were able to get a mask for yourself and your sister. Also glad to hear most patient visits are virtual. Prayers for you and all our medical people out there. Hope your mom is doing okay. I’ve been making calls to my elderly aunt more often. She had a doc appt. she couldn’t miss and her doc gave her a mask because she didn’t have one. Was so relieved!
dee—I managed to order a couple of masks from etsy. There are a lot out there, tried to find a quality one. Triple layer cotton with a metal piece you can pinch around your nose for a better fit. Not medical grade but better than nothing.

KGH—Thank you for the link about the blue shop towels, checked dh’s supply in the garage and we are good! Will be adding a folded over towel to the inside of my mask! Not that I leave the house, but just in case. Dh does the grocery shopping and then I mace him and the groceries with Lysol. What items are you missing from the end of the month/April 1st? The codes that ended in March?? If so I can send you those.
moms—What a cool picture of Venus! totally agree about the pollen. Dh gets frustrated because we really can’t have windows open when it gets nice out.
There is going to be a Super Pink Moon the night of April 7th.

I adopted a pet today and got no extra KC.
I rushed to Webkinznewz last night to get the chocolate eggs on all my accounts. But to my sad surprise, that didn’t help me because today I can’t get anymore eggs or anything. “Expired”
I thought things reset after 12 midnight.

oh!
i had started a list of things to do that i had been putting off
one was simple (i thought)…….replace our bathroom switchplate
got all them little screws out, put up new plate
and it is smaller than old one………..wondered if dh wanted to repaint bathroom and decided he did not………so he is now repainting old plate and those metal things that hold it in place
do not want to tempt the filters
so an overall fail on my project

I love all of the new prizes! I think they’re so cute. I know that chair looks like it matches a dresser we got a while back.
I hope everyone is doing alright with everything going on. I don’t like being stuck at home with nothing to do and nowhere to go. I really hope this doesn’t last as long as they think it might, but it probably will and might go on even longer.

Hi everyone, I hope all of you are coping with the situation well. I myself am doing alright still, and I was able to move on to my next course in college on time. School remains mostly uninterrupted since I was online to begin with. I also grabbed a oculus quest while they were in stock and that will be here probably in a month or less. The only thing that really changed for me was having my part time job suspended for the time being.
While stores around me are out of some of the typical things, they still have a majority of the things I need, so I’m good there too. And hey, if your stores are out of anti-bacterial/microbial sanitizers/wipes at least in my experience some places still have isopropyl alcohol that can kinda do the same things. Just be careful with your solution strength. My town isn’t too big, so of course most availability varies. Wal-mart’s website, for instance, is only distributing certain items to healthcare places and such.
I have been seeing a lot of businesses and government places taking up making face shields and ventilators when they have the tools to do so. My dad’s workplace does both and is considering how to do UV sterilizers as well. Also, I may be able to dig around in my parents garage and find some good masks from my dad’s wood cane making days from forever ago, but the garage looks like a hoarders den, so we shall have to see. I might also have one from pottery class, but I don’t plan on leaving the house anytime soon unless I have to.

i was surprised to find a bottle of the alcohol went we went to walgreens for a script the other day………..
and you can make your bleach sprat at home……….you need a clean 2qt spray bottle…………clean meaning brand new as you do not want the chemicals to mix with anything else…………..i keep forgetting to look for them in stores.
but i did see gobs of dishwashing gloves! obviously no one has thought of that yet……..
no masks for us still…………..no one has been anywhere, so no real reason to get our rears moving…………..how sad is that?
we have pretty much become vegetables………..other than walking around the neighborhood or yard……………but then i think, how lucky we are

dee—We are doing an egg hunt! I found some old plastic eggs from when the nieces and nephew were younger and I’ll put treats in them (she LOVES cooked chicken) and she can find them in the house and yard. So glad I planned ahead and have some cute stuffy toys for her Easter basket.

Good Morning All !
dee… Have been wracking my brain to think of something you can do remotely to help those who are on the front lines….I guess the plea that I hear most often is to stay sheltered at home to halt getting/spreading the virus…once the virus is contained and our country begins to get back some normalcy…then you can reach out and deliver thank you notes and some treats… In addition to those on the front lines…my heart is breaking for all of the elderly in nursing homes who are struggling with no visitation from loved ones… If you have a nursing home close to your home… write notes to the residents and those who have no one to call them/send cards to would love to know that they are being thought about !
April… Stella is absolutely adorable in her Easter flowers ! It always amazes that they don’t attempt to get it off their heads… She looks as if it is her normal attire !!! So cute !!! I think I can speak for all of us here at Gymbos..

Gaga – You are right about dh. It is a bit challenging to fit the Webkinz stuff in when he is around all the time. Classes going okay. I just gave up trying to do virtual stuff (youTube, zoom, etc) for now because it was stressing me out. It is still stressful to teach via e-mail. I have very rarely written my lessons out in words (usually go by an outline) and now I am writing every word.
Now I’m trying to gear up for tax stuff. Yep! For some reason I always wait until April. 🙁
