   gaga—That flower shop in the clubhouse has the Wanderer Flooring and Wallpaper. Both are available in the estore. They went with the Wanderer ?? Box. That design in the center of the floor is part of the flooring and then they put the love frog's psi over it. It looks awesome!

   So sorry to hear your mom is ill!!! After just getting moved in to her new place too. I hope they can deal with it quickly and get her better soon. I cannot believe (well, after my experience, I guess I can believe) that male NP isn't listening to you about your moms care. YOU know her better than anyone and he shouldn't be sticking his nose in and trying to making changes without your and your doctors okay. My bad experience was also with a male nurse. Yes, the freezing weather has left us. It was -20 wind chill Friday morning. I still remember Dixie saying 'negative stupid' LOL Whatever happened to Dixie? Is she back over at WI? Anyway, Stella couldn't be outside for more than a few minutes and I had to warm her paws in my hand when she came inside. Glad that's gone. Stella didn't mind too much putting the dress on, but she wasn't thrilled when I wouldn't let her eat the skirt part. That look on her face is because I made her hold still while I got a few pics. She then got some major yummy treats and a new toy, so it was worth it. 🙂

   Good Morning All !
   Happy Monday and Presidents Day !
   Beginning of another new week … Heading out to get phase 2 of dental implant.. Ordered Mega dose of antibiotic… will place the “post” today and then must wait another 3 months for “tooth”… It has been a long and drawn out process….Hope to have lunch with a friend today…
   April… mom seems a bit better.. frequent cough but temp is gone.. waiting results of influenza culture… ( not even sent out yet !) but at least they are treating her with appropriate meds until culture results….

    gaga—Very happy to hear fever is gone, as moms said, hopefully that means she’s on the mend. Hope all went well at the dentist today and you enjoyed a nice lunch with your friend.

    dee—We tried the bootie things. Not official iditarod ones, but it takes 10 minutes just to get them on her and then she spends all her time trying to chew them off, so it just isn’t worth it for a 2 minute potty break. Thankfully we only had a couple of days of that brutal cold. Some pups are pretty funny trying to walk in them.

    a dear friend ordered some kind of real grass patch for her pooch
    she lived in dc at the time and that dog would not produce otherwise…..i guess it comes in some kind of cardboard box type thing……..she kept hers in the garage………..
    but i feel stellas pain………..no fun squatting over ice

    new season started last wednesday……..kind of neat (from a survivor geek standpoint)……….ALL of the contestants are previous winners.

    Good Morning All !
    Implant was not as bad as I was thinking it might be…when the or al surgeon was drilling the post in it felt like the tip might come out of the top of my head !
    Only took about 1/2 hour and I was finished… Now must wait three months before the “crown” can be placed…Had a really nice visit with my friend and a great lunch despite the effects of the novacaine…Surgeon called last night to check up on me.. which I thought was nice… This morning all is well…
    dee.. hope your dh progress without complications with his implant… and I have never seen Survivor…
    April… When I had a pup .. I tried the boots for her … and she wasn’t havin it She was an Old English Sheepdog and during the spring she would go out of her way to walk through puddles… she loved the water… Thanks for the info on the flooring in the florist shop !
    moms.. thanks for well wishes… should get results of my mom’s influenza swab… maybe today… Working on getting her PT approved… and still resolving her phone issues.. or lack of….
    Back to work today… but I guess I am ready…

    Hy there, all!! Happy (almost) spring? 🙂 It’s springy down here in the South- although it’s RAINY! Kiddo and I have been busting our behinds in the garden, planting our usual peas, potatoes, and onions. I ordered the wrong batch of onion- I wanted one bunch of 75-150 plants. Instead, I got a HUGE box of *3* bunches of 70-150 plants- over 300 onions! THEN 3 days later, a second box arrived- they accidentally sent me another box with *3 more bunches of 75-150 onions*. O.O ANYONE WANT ONIONS? I have way too many. I asked to return the box, but they said “Whoops, our bad, share with your neighbors?” So We’re drowning in onions, and it makes me sick to think that I’ll have to waste them because I physically do not have room for an onion farm.

    Kiddo got his cast off last month, and is all checked out with his recovery- he’s 100% back to normal, and the first thing he did was climb to the top of the playground where he fell off in the first place. Glad there’s no lasting trauma 😉

    The new Northern Trails Otter has certainly caught my interest- I love my otters. I’ll have to build them their own room if I get any more. =)

    Also, is anyone having a heck of a time accessing Webkinz in the past few days (perhaps, after the update?)? Desktop app, Chrome, OR Firefox, I am unable to log in at all. The Desktop app says “Webkinz is currently undergoing maintenance” all the time, and the browser versions let me log in, and just sit there with a green background screen forever! I’ve cleared my cache, and even uninstalled/reinstalled the desktop app- nothing. 🙁

    puma – i can’t imagine what could be causing your problem if you tried all of those things – are you logged in on the mobile app? i wonder if that is interfering? if not, this seems worthy of an email to support . . .

    so glad kiddo has healed & not been traumatized! all of those onions sound pretty traumatic though LOL i wonder if there is a community garden somewhere local to you where you could donate the plants??? maybe somewhere like foodwellalliance.org or lilburncommunitygarden.org could help??? there are community gardens all over if you search under a city or county – a lot of schools have them, too

    PumaPardis – I have been able to log in ok, but the system is extremely slow, and some parts of the system only work intermittently (like Curio Shop won’t work right now, and Club House seems to stop working every night at 11pm Pacific).

    Moms, we figured it out- we have a wifi router that connects everything, but we also have the ATT box too. I just bypassed the router (it’s been fritzy lately), and connected to the ATT box- VIOLA! And not only does it WORK, it’s smoother, faster, and better than before! This new computer I got last spring has always made Webkinz hitchy, bogged down, and slow. It’s WAY better now! I’m so relieved. The slow draggy game was part of why I slowed my playing in the first place- I’m glad I can enjoy it again.

    I contacted a friend of mine who teaches gardening classes about the onions (she already has too many), and contacted the Lilburn Community Garden too. I hope they get back to me soon. There are a few Montessori schools around who might have gardens who need onions, Otherwise, I guess I can just poke holes and stuff onions into them all over my property- I don’t need to really have them bulb up nice, because the flowers are delicious treats for bees. I can just let them go to seed as they wish. #feedthebees Kiddo just learned how to use my seed-hole-punching tool (called a “dibbler”- HA let’s see if the censor net likes THAT word XD) so I can just have him wander and poke holed here and there, and I’ll follow plopping onions in.
