    Good morning! Happy Monday!

You’re right, Dee … Momz IS the best! She always has something nice to say to everyone! Hang in there with your teen, stress, etc. It is definitely hard to handle teens … I had a tough time this weekend myself, but hoping to get back into a good routine this week. And there is Thanksgiving coming up, so hoping that will give everyone some time to catch up.

I need to make a suggestion to Ganz that they add a search feature on our accounts. I am 95% sure that I have a certain item, but I’ve been walking through my entire, continually growing house looking for it, and can’t remember where I put it. How about a little search bar at the top that takes you to the room where you put the item? And while they’re at it, how about being able to color our rooms or add “stickers” to them on the map to be able to find them easier? And one final one … please let us keep the cute gift baskets after we open them! I want to add some of those halloween and Thanksgiving baskets to my rooms.

Okay, rant over … I did add a couple of growing seeds mystery seed wishes to my wish list. I don’t really want any of the mystery items, but would love a couple of seeds if anyone has any extra. 🙂

And even tho it’s been a little while, I’m not sure I ever thanked Chant and Lovey publicly for sending me items! So, thank you! They were much appreciated! 🙂

It’s a cleaning day today, so I’d better get to work. I’ve put it off for far too long.

    Have a great day, everyone!

Dee, Your Apple Cranberry crisp might just have saved me from my delimma of “What To Bring To Family Christmas”! It sounds divine! I might have to practice a few times, you know FOR PRACTICE before I make it for real 😉

HEY it’s a year anniversary of When Our House Blew Up last year, and we had the pipe leak and the kitchen was destroyed and the carpet was ripped up and didn’t get fixed until March!

Does anyone else here watch The Toys That Made Us on Netflix? The new season just released with My Little Pony, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and Power Rangers. Power Rangers was one thing I was into that husband wasn’t (the rest of the things, it’s usually husband who was into them- Transformers, He-Man, TMNT), so it’s fun to finally be on THAT side of the experience.

    Good morning! Happy Tuesday!

Yes, house is clean, finally! At least for a little while. Our contractor is back this month helping to install stone surrounding our fireplace. It’s something I’ve wanted to do for ages, and thought it would be the perfect fall project. It just always takes longer than I thought it would.

Thank you, Gaga and April, for the seeds! And thank you Gaga for the Aztec piece! That was my last piece to complete that collection, so I was so happy to put that in place. 🙂 You all are the best!

I got to push the Big Button of Little Kinzcash this morning … one of my favorite Momz comments. I smile every time I think about it.

I just wrote down “The Toys that Made Us” so I don’t forget to look it up tonight. I love nostalgia and am looking forward to a quiet night to check it out. 🙂

Those little things are the best, Gaga. How cool that you took the time to stop and pet them.

Off to work … hope you all have a great day!

Miracle, it heaps on the nostalgia by SPADES. I squealed and lunged and pointed through the Power Rangers one, and I’m totally going to ask my dad if I can dig through my brother’s old toy bins in his basement when we go for Christmas! There’s Power Rangers in there, I just KNOW it!

Tho, watch with caution. I was never into Transformers until I watched the Transformers episode and LO the Transformers fandom is alive and well today, and I GUESS I HAVE A NEW HOBBY. Transformers- who knew!?

They have “The Movies That Made Us” too- Dirty Dancing, Ghostbusters, Home Alone are some the best ones I remember from the list. I never liked Home Alone- to violent and stressful for an empath like me! And maybe they should do one for Neverending Story, for all the kids who were traumatized when Artax died in the swamp! *spoiler alert*

Puma – I watched the first two seasons of it a while ago. I noticed that added more episodes so it’s on my watchlist right now. I wasn’t aware they had a movie one as well, I’ll have to look into that. I’ve been to busy with disney plus to catch up on anything else. Someone asked a post or two back (littleleaf maybe?) if I was every into hsm. I loved the first two movies but just couldn’t get into the third. I plan to watch the new series they have for it, but there’s so much on disney plus I want to watch, so I’m not sure when I’ll get around to that one.
And can I just complain about the lack of a ‘continue watching’ feature on disney plus? That is so ANNOYING when you’re trying to watch a series! I started adding the shows I’m watching to the watch list so I don’t have to search for them each time, but then you still have to remember the episode you were on because it doesn’t hold your place. Hopefully they fix that soon.
Dee – comment 9 and 10 – so is it supposed to be 1 tbs of bs? Or 1tbs margarine? big difference.

Went to whole foods yesterday in search of one of those gardein turkey roast thingys and they were sold out. Might try again next week or i’ll just stick to mashed potatoes, stuffing, veggies, and pie. That’s more than enough food for me anyways.
Anyone doing black friday shopping? I want a nintendo switch and i’ll probably get it from gamestop since they give you a giftcard with it. They open 3pm on thanksgiving, which is a no go for me, so I might try to get it online.

Puma, there are so many fandoms that are alive and well … some to the insane extreme stage. I went through a crazy nostalgia phase when I first discovered eBay. I loved those little Dawn dolls from the 70s, and I bought sooo many. Now I need to sell them all back because my kids obviously don’t want to deal with them. But it was terrific fun for a while.

Oh, and Neverending Story was my fav, too! Although I was the most scared at the lady sphinx statutes that zapped people with their eyes. **shiver**

**and now writing down, “Peanut Butter Falcon” movie** and am starting to keep a notebook by the computer …

DUDE Y’ALL! Blues Clues rebooted on Nick Jr, and Kiddo LOVES it. I loved the original as a kid (I’m not THAT young, but I always liked children’s television shows, even when I wasn’t in the age group). They SUPER heaped on the nostalgia in the first episode. It made me tear up watching Kiddo engage with the characters, and he’s besotted. <3

Miracle- a year and a half ago, I watched the Toys That Made Us about Transformers, and didn't know a thing about them. I read some of the comics, fell in love and NOW I'm writing Transformers fanfiction! Welcome to Transformers H-E-Double-Hockeysticks! 😀 I love it.

Kiddo loves anything husband and I loved as younger people, because not only are they things great (Fraggle Rock, 90s/2000s Disney movies, Transformers, etc), but Mommy and Daddy still have ALL THE TOYS to go with them! XD

    Good Morning All !
Sheeba… I always love going to amish… kind of a step back in time… horse and buggies..clothes hanging out to dry.. simple clothes.. I often wonder what they think about being invaded by the shoppers.. cars..and clothing styles…
Puma… I remember when the power rangers were the rage.. My mom and I would stand in a long .. long .. line waiting for the store to open… then at the strike of 10.. the doors open and a stampede to the power ranger isle !! I think eventually we were able to get all of them but it was definitely a challenge !!
My sister has saved them all !
For those who are interested… Deluxe Day seems very disappointing.. I thought they were releasing the Christmas bags.. but when I read what is inside… seems like items are all old Deluxe box clothing items.. Don’t think I will invest in any ! Waiting for those cute Christmas themed clothing !!
moms… thanks for posting the recipes ! I ventured out once on Black Friday but I really don’t like the traffic..trying to find a parking place and then there are the crowds of shoppers… I took Black Friday off this year but not sure if I will attempt the mall !
dee… Hope you are enjoying your alone time ! Sounds like you are busy !
Heard through the grapevine that himself is very homesick and is on countdown to Thanksgiving ! Can’t wait to spend some time with him and share a family meal with him…Sundays are just not the same without the kids
Hope you all have a great day !

I’m with you, gaga … I just can’t do Black Friday. I hate crowds. Now, Cyber Monday, on the other hand … 🙂

Wish I enjoyed cooking, dee. You make it look fun. I keep hoping one of these days that gene will kick in and I’ll get all into it like a hobby.

This is the first time I’ve had the chance to post on here in a while. I’m a part time student, I already had a part time job, and I just recently got hired on as full time at another job. I knew what I was getting into, but I can’t wait to be done with finals soon.

I was surprised the soup was a recipe we have to solve. It’s a fun little challenge, but I’m going to wait until someone has the recipe.

This is the first time in a long time that I’ve missed out on prizes from the Wheels that I didn’t already have! Oops, but with that being said does anyone have an extra pair of Fall Patterned Leggings, Candy Corn Cheesecake, and Toasted Pumpkin Seeds? gaga – amish country sounds fabulous right about now – do they have a good restaurant??? sorry himself is homesick, but i heard the same from my friend who’s dd just started college this year – she’s just gotten so homesick and can’t wait for thanksgiving either! it must be “that time” when reality finally sinks in that college isn’t all just fun & games & independence can be hard . . .

Hello, Cassie and all! I’ve also been busy. Not sure if I have the items you are looking for, but I will check when I log in today.

Not a fan of shopping on Black Friday, or anytime, to be honest.

I visited an Amish home one time, Gaga. It definitely was clutter free and absolutely beautiful. Gas lights along the walls. Beautiful quilts on each bed. In the “large room” similar to a garage but with lots of windows and enough room to hold 150-200 people for the Sunday meetings. (The families rotate meeting places). In that room were wooden toys (barn with carved animals). Also, the mom was into Stampin’ Up and had lots of paper supplies and stamps to make creatively designed cards. In the kitchen were several refrigerators and gas stoves. I think about three each. There was a huge island the length of the kitchen. In the living room, which was open to the kitchen was a hutch with a nice collection of depression era glass. Along with furniture to sit on was one bookcase with a set of encyclopedias and a Bible. On the wall, was an aerial view of their farm painted by a family member who had never been in an airplane. It was amazing. Yes, they live simply, but I felt like I was walking through a magazine featured home. They had an indoor bathroom and running water. No electricity, so things were powered by different means.

Dee, your typo was hilarious! I am not sure I will ever view Tbs. in the same way, again! Ha ha!
