Trick or Treat Street Theme
On October 1st, a brand new Halloween room theme will be available at the W Shop. You’ll be able to buy the Trick or Treat Street room theme for KinzCash but, it will be removed from the shop at the end of the month!
The bench looks very similar to the original concept drawing. The only real difference is that the pumpkins were made smaller and moved to the back of the bench so 2 pets could easily sit comfortably while taking a break from trick-or-treating:
Here’s a look at those three Halloween homes. Several changes were made based on your feedback. The homes now have a slightly more modern look and the cobwebs were removed. There are also slight design differences to each home, like the position of the windows and doors. We also added different decorations to each house. How do you think they turned out?
Finally, here’s a look at the costume shop. I think it matches the styles of the homes nicely. The best part about this building is that it will work as storage so you can keep your favorite Halloween costumes here!
The Trick or Treat Street Tree has 4 different designs that you can use to decorate. One of the designs features a beautiful fall tree without any decorations but the other designs feature the tree covered in spiders, orange lights and bats.:
This fence is decorated with carved pumpkins and you will be able to place it anywhere in room.
Now we will finally have sidewalk tiles to match the street tiles that are available in the DECORATIONS section of the W Shop, under OUTDOORS. These are the only items that will stay in the W Shop after Halloween. The others will be retired until next October:

Here’s a look at the hedge that will be included in this theme. You can choose to add a spider decoration to it or leave it plain (rotate the item in room to add the spider):
Finally, here’s a look at the gravestone decoration. This item has 2 different designs to choose from. These will make perfect decorations for Trick or Treat Street.

dee – i use chicken breasts because that’s what i like – if you are doing uncooked chicken in a crock pot, i would go for 8 hours on low. if using cooked chicken, 4 hours is probably enough
it’s one of those things that I can let simmer all day, & it just gets more delicious
& i would guess you & dh could get a few meals out of one batch – or freeze it in individual portions

Hello everyone! RL caught up with me for awhile so it’s been a verrry long time since I’ve been on here.
I like this new Halloween theme – the items look more versatile for a variety of rooms as they’re not super spooky-looking. Also, the costume shop storage unit is a great idea. How does everyone store their costumes? I would usually decorate a new room, for example “Fall 2019”, and put new Fall fest/ Thanksgiving clothing in a themed storage unit in the room. But right now most of my clothing is in my dock or in a storage room labelled “Costumes”.
Just finished part 3 of the Elk challenge on one account. Yay! Tip for the Jumbleberry games: any attempt to play the game counts towards the total. After I played a full game, I exited the game, went back to the arcade and clicked to play it again. I didn’t have any free plays left but I clicked off the pop-up box that suggests buying bonus plays and exited the game, and it still counted as a game played.

gaga—Miss Stella is doing great! A little mad I’m working so much, being a little more naughty than usual, but I try and make it up to her with lots of play time in the evenings. I think this might be our last 80 degree week. Congrats on the Browns win!

In addition to the information about the Jumbleberry Fields for the elk challenge, you can also feed your pet to get the hunger level to 100% then give it the chocolate wish token or berries. The pet will tell you it is full but it still counts. So you can actually do all the chocolate wish tokens with just one.

Real life be getting me down. It’s BUSY here. Parks with Kiddo in the morning- WHYYYY IS IT STILL 97 DEGREES OUTSIDE!? Homeschool in the afternoon- today we read Blueberries for Sal, played with mommy and baby animal figures (matching), made animal tracks in blue playdoh, rolled playdoh blueberries, and made the letter B with playdogh. And made sock puppet bears. Yee.
We’re playing outside more, and the neighborhood kids are wandering by- problem is, they’re all older (8, 9, 10, 11), and Kiddo is 3. Some of them play too rough, too big, and like to hang out, and I don’t really want to become the Elementary School Hangout house. I also don’t know where many of these kids even LIVE, much less who their parents are, and I think that having several random unsupervised older kids on my property is a bit reckless and dangerous in this day and age, so I made a rule that they need to have a mom or dad come with them the first several times they play over here. It’s making for some awkward encounters- nobody has brought a parent by yet, BUT there’s also a much more manageable number of Elementary Schoolers in the yard- 0. I feel like a downer mom, since these kids all play together, go to school together, and run around the neighborhood together, but my Kid is little, doesn’t roam the neighborhood, go to school with these kids, or know anybody else. *shrug*
Heard from 3 Cheese- they sent me a fall gift in WKW. <3 Is it weird that I love fall, but am indifferent to Halloween?

Making a batch of Puma's Pasta this week for dinner. For the past month I've been walking almost 2 miles every weekday, and cutting out most gluten and sugar, and have not lost a SINGLE POUND, so I'm giving it up and going back to eating like normal- YAY PASTA! Having company, Wednesday (today). Maybe I will make the tortilla soup. The temps won’t be in the 90’s tomorrow. I usually think of soup for colder weather. But I tell you, since my kiddo’s left the house, I feel like my ideas for cooking left with them. I can’t think of ANYTHING to make. My friend suggested yesterday that I should do tortilla soup. And I said, “nah…too hot”… but then I come here and there is a recipe for it, so now I’m thinking “why not?” LOL!
LOADS to do! How does my house get so messy! SO, I will be cleaning, too. Which makes the crock pot (or instant pot…depending on when i get around to it) that much more attractive. Will probably skip WW. I did four accounts after midnight, but then the clubhouse wasn’t working right to get token after 2 p.m. so I quit. Should be in bed….but I am wound up. Sigh.
Otterkinz – My thoughts and prayers are with you! I almost think I’m in the same place as you. Life is so crazy for me right now.
Gaga – My cat is doing okay for her old age, I guess. She is declining, and we suspect she has some hearing loss. Sorry to hear about the unnecessary loss of life due to drunk driver (Brown’s player’s girlfriend). Glad your nephew is enjoying college life.
Dee – My dh and I are going on double date with my oldest dd & her dh this weekend to see the Downtown Abbey movie. They invited us, so we are traveling to their state. They are taking us out to dinner, too. I am so excited.
April (I almost called you Stella…ha ha!) – I have never gone to a movie by myself. But maybe I should. Dh doesn’t usually like to spend the $$$.
Puma – Blueberries for Sal has always been one of my favorites! We had a cassette tape that went with it. I doubt I have a cassette player anymore, though. LOL!

QoS – i love my crockpots, but i’m not as good with the IP yet – i need more confirmed good & healthy recipes – i don’t trust it yet like i do myself with a crockpot. we had a lemon pepper trout – ds baked it, so idk what all seasonings he used – i think it had fresh thyme, but it was delicious. i think i am going to bake honey mustard chicken breasts tonight – good for eating with veggies, slicing for a salad or wrap, or whatever. i’ll mix some apple cider vinegar, mustard, deli mustard, honey, maybe some tumeric (if not already in deli mustard), pour it over the breast & bake – simple . . .

Oh goodness, Dee!
Decided to put Santa Fe soup into the crockpot. It is similar to taco/tortilla soup but with ground beef. I’m actually having the company for dinner tonight. It has been crazy here. I’ve been on the phone a lot because my cousin died on Sunday and there is some family drama. I haven’t even started to clean my house. I have a pile of stuff on dining room table that has been collecting there since vacation that has to do with my classes. I was hoping to put the stuff away in the right place, but now I’m going to “play” the re-shuffle game. I’ll put it all into a room and shut the door. I hope that I’m not shocking anyone! LOL!
I’m sorry that I can’t make my cousin’s memorial service tomorrow, but it is too far away and there is too much going on. Disappointed about that.
I don’t have much time for WW today, but I did get on to go to the clubhouse to get chocolate token. I think if we visit the clubhouse so many times we get a special cloak? Right? I really want that cloak!
I tried the movie theatre and it isn’t working on app or chrome. Is that a known problem? Anyway, I really wanted the cute poster that I saw someone post on WI for this week. Oh well! Maybe I missed it because of maintenance anyway, assuming that happened today.

I’d like to start off by saying a BIG thank you to whoever was so so kind as to send a tropical party wig my way! Checked my messages to send the daily acorns to friends and saw the notification – made my day! So thank you again to this “secret santa” of mine! 🙂
Also, Wow! I absolutely love the soon to be here trick or treat theme! I usually don’t collect that much halloween stuff (I’m more of a fall and chisrtmas sort of person), but I do admit that costume shop is adorable! On that note, I was also very impressed by this years fall fest click-to-win prizes, especially that framed picture, the gorgeous window, and cucumber seeds which are all non-estore! woo-hoo! 🙂
While doing the Noble Elk challenge, I also heard of a way where you can fulfill the feeding your pet however many chocolate wish tokens even if you only have one. What you do is feed your pet a bunch of “regular” food until their hunger meter is full and then attempt to feed them the chocolate wish tokens. Even though your pet will insist that he/she’s full and not end up eating the token, you’ll still get credit for feeding it to your pet! So that’s a fun little shortcut that might be helpful! 😉

Have we seen the fall fest items for this year yet? I don’t remember seeing them but maybe I missed something? I haven’t been paying that much attention so I probably missed it.
My guinea pig died the other day. Poor fluffy potato. It was probably old age, we have no idea how old she was, but she was at least 4-5 years old, but probably older. My boyfriend is talking about getting another pair of pigs soon.
