Good Morning All !
Finally Friday !
Looking forward to upcoming berry fest ! Nice to have some new prizes…. finally !
For the past 3 nights a ?? raccoon has climbed the tree where I have my Oriole feeder hung and knocked if over ! Getting very annoying… Have tried hanging it on a branch away from the trunk of the tree….Once it becomes daylight will see if it is on the ground… any suggestions… May have to give up … not worth feeding the raccoon every night ! It has even knocked off the thistle feeder but I guess they either don’t like thistle seed or it is too difficult to access…
Hope you all have a great day !

Good morning! Happy Friday!
Thanks for the PSF collection tips, although now it sounds slightly intimidating to accomplish if Boper only made it through “e” … I’ll have to total up how much it will cost (extra rooms, coolers) and start on a spreadsheet to see how many items I’m actually getting myself into (looks like about 1100 PSFs … yikes!). And now I totally want info on your organizational spreadsheet, Boper. I was thinking about starting one just to keep track of where I put everything, but even that sounds intimidating.
I can’t imagine why anyone would part with their PSIs. How in the world do you get people to trade for them?
Thank you for the bowls of goo berries, gaga! Love them! Have just the place for them!
Raccoons are not nice animals … at least if you want to have anything fragile in your yard … like tomato plants, strawberries, or even baby bluebird eggs. Mine just got knocked down and smashed a few nights ago by a *probably* raccoon. It is nature’s way, but sadness ….
Enjoying summer … &;hearts *love*

This is the spreadsheet for PSFs: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1gtFDq2GbMel3YilyXWO1vKWyONzcZ-TkEBFCasq1pgk/edit?usp=sharing
(note: not updated since 2018)
I luckily have the WW account called “foods” which is where I stored all of them. I had to send over a LOT of movie screens to get enough money for fridges.
Dee, is that recipe a joke? I don’t think I could ever eat a raccoon knowing that they eat out of our trash. But then again, it’s still a mystery what they feed our cows so there’s probably not much of a difference!
Gaga, you should set up a camera. Maybe it’s not a raccoon! I don’t know where you live but we get bears eating from our bird feeders (and we have the video to prove it!).
Miracle, I had a completed PSI collection basically from when I started playing. I joined in January 2007 and I just got the new PSIs whenever new pets came out (to be fair, they didn’t have very many pets back then and I usually purchased all the new pets anyway). Then in 2009, Webkinz went on a rampage of making new pets, so I couldn’t afford to get EVERY new pet, but could pretty easily get PSI’s in the trading room. I would usually have to trade two old PSIs for one new one, or a mixture of exclusive and POTMs. I did that through 2012, and then stopped playing for two years until 2014. So I spent a lot of summer 2015 catching up on PSIs again. And then I’ve been playing relatively frequently since then and have had no problem getting them all, especially since I joined facebook, which has made it a lot easier to trade for new items. I am behind on all of 2019’s new pets, but thankfully(!?) Ganz has slowed down with new pets and I should be able to get the newest ones within the next few weeks. Recently, the hardest PSIs to get are the ones that come with plush pets, because there are only a limited amount of plush pets sold. The eStore pets are no problem because lots of people buy those, myself included.

I just took inventory of all my PSF and although I have quite a few I’m missing lots. I don’t know if I want to try collecting them all it’s going to be a lot of work organizing them, but it would be good to get them out of my dock.

Good Evening All !
dee…. I am still chuckling about your coon recipe !!! I was awakened at 1245am by my feeder crashing to the ground… Tried to see what or who was causing all the commotion but it is pitch dark and could not see anything …. Decided to take the feeder down at night ….. back up in the morning….Kind of a hassle but
tired of feeding 2 cups of jelly a night to the raccoon !
Boper…. Never heard anything about a bear in the neighborhood…have seen coyote..deer.. hawks..so I am pretty sure it is a raccoon… did you see a black bear ?? Have been seen in Ohio but close to border of Pennsylvania….
Not that you have a little more time…. maybe you could update your wishlist !
Hope all are well !
Your spread sheet is amazing.. What a lot of work !

Boper.. I did look !
Can’t imagine having bears eating out of your birdfeeders.. Pretty scary !
Took feeders down last night… a bit inconvenient but at least raccoons may think about going elsewhere for their snacks !
Busy day today … but weather is supposed to be beautiful… Going to “cousins party”…. looking forward to seeing those who I haven’t seen for a while..
At this stage of our lives… only at funerals…. So should be fun.. BBQ…cousin lives on the lake… so all is good !!
Hope all is well… Have a good day !

Happy Saturday, everyone!
Thank to SL for the awesome upcoming items! Looking for ward to that berry fest (though I have to miss the first couple of days) Flower collecting event looks like it might be adding to the previous theme. I must say, they do know how to stretch out a good thing.
Speaking of good things WOW, that vault! Whoever is on the design team really kicked it up a notch! That’s a really nice item, the details are phenomenal!
Speaking of designs, I have some pets in the companion pet contest, if some of you can find the time to toddle on over and vote (though I’m not sure it’s really critical) I’d really appreciate the support.
Boper, are you in Canada? My DH said the bears are really numerous this year. He told me about a trip northward where he saw no less than 38 bears and they weren’t just Sow/cub pairs, there were triplets and even a set of quads! The one set of triplets had a cinnamon coloured cub in it. I wish I had pictures, but he was too far away and driving when he saw them. By the time he was on his return trip they’d already headed toward the water and were long gone.

i am trying to create a new floorplan for my house
the problem is that i have too many rooms, so i’m trying to think of a logical way to group them in clusters with a little “hallway” of sorts between the groups
i tried buying a lot of small rooms & naming them all x to be the “hallways” between themes, but then i was thinking this could take forever . . . and do i want all of the yards & rooms of the same theme mixed – right now my room is mostly all indoor together & all outdoor together . . .
so I made a long hall with holidays to try – it took a LONG time to move all of the holiday yards & a bunch of the rooms
i can’t figure out if this makes any sense . . . do i want to have “clusters” instead of just columns? I can’t decide the best way to organize them or what happens as I try to add more rooms
does anyone have a great floorplan for your webkinz house that you recommend????

I have had the pleasure on more than one occasion, but my DH sees them regularly. One of the girls at camp wouldn’t make dinner (this was about 12 years ago when I was cooking in an oilfield camp) because there was a bear perched on the roof of the kitchen of the camp. It climbed on the back patio and pulled itself up using the railing for a foothold. She figured it smelled the bacon from breakfast the meal before. I never experienced this, but I sure was careful the entire time I was out there, let me tell you.

Good Morning All !
Had a really nice time at the “cousins reunion”…. Felt like the Beverly Hillibilies as my sisters and I drove up the long…..manicured driveway…to a house that could be featured on HGTV’s mansion…. Never been in a house like that…
Had to be 10,000 square feet newly built house on Lake Erie… professionally decorated… wine cellar bigger than my townhome.. media room..lost track of number of bedrooms and bathrooms….My cousin who was hosting the party…not there… spends 2 weeks out of the year in this home !!! I guess he has 3 other homes in different states…. Can’t imagine…. Never personally knew a millionaire …. The rest of my family are everyday people who go to work each day and struggle with everyday life…. Interesting where life takes each one of us….. Although I had a great day visiting with my cousins… glad to go home and be thankful that I have a home… my health…my family… my job … and my friends….Was fun to see how the other half lives !!
Today is Deluxe Day… have a couple extra Deluxe prizes for those who would like one… Just let me know…
Sunday gathering today… but I am not cooking…. My mom gave me the day off !!! We decided on Olive Garden which I will go and pick up and bring for whoever shows up….
moms… I am terrible at organizing my rooms… sorry I can’t offer an suggestions…. Have lots of “storage rooms” with all of my “treasures”.. many of which the people here have generously sent !!
Almost forgot… he had super sized laundry room… with two sets of washers and dryers ! What would someone who spends 2 weeks a year there need double the number… ( they have no kids ) ….
Hope you all have a great day with family and friends !!

Dixie, nope not Canada. That’s a crazy story! Too bad there’s no pics.
Moms, I don’t have true organizational scheme (in terms of themed rooms being near each other), but basically once the moving feature came out, I spent an entire day rearranging my rooms so that they are in these long rows, and rooms that I don’t want doors in go on top of those rows, like this pic:
(I wish I could zoom out on my map so you could see how many rows there are hahaha)
Most of the hallway rooms are empty in this pic, but in other rows they are used for storage, sorted by event/estore/promo/mystery/trading cards/etc so I know where to find things. Although most of my storage is in my dock LOL. Not pictured: An enormous cluster of medium/small rooms that are all completely empty and awaiting the “delete room” feature.

Good Sunday Morning
I love the safe that is the prize today. I can’t wait for Berry Fest, last year I was in the hospital for it.
My DD and I went to a Summer Vintage Fair yesterday. There are four fairs per year and we have been going to them for the last 9 years but missed last year because I was so sick. We have so much fun when we go. My DD got a fabulous 80’s striped shirt dress, a pair of dark green cowboy boots and a lovely burgundy dress from the Netherlands. She usually enters the fashion show and usually wins. The organizers love her because she is so enthusiastic and tells everyone about the fairs. We have become regulars and have gotten to know other Mother/Daughter pairs over the years. Everyone is so friendly and encouraging. It was great to make fresh good memories.

So I have many bear stories. I grew up on the edge of a forest and spent my early childhood in the forest. I always had a dog with me and was protected.
When I was a teenager I went to work for my Aunt and Uncle in their campground. I had a little rustic cabin I slept and had meals in. No bathroom, just an outhouse. I learned very quickly not to drink anything after 6pm. So many times I would wake up to the dog barking and find a bear on the little porch of the cabin. The worst was when a bear decided to hang out by the campground showers and I was trapped inside for a couple hours. My Aunty had to come down with the truck and chase it away.
When I was in my 20’s I was working for a Heli-Ski lodge. In the summer they offered heli-hiking. I working in the formal dining room and one very hot afternoon we had the doors open to catch a breeze. I was busy setting up tables and looked up to see a big black bear sitting in the near the door to the kitchen. Too close for comfort. We all had to leave the building very carefully and the rangers had to come get the bear.
I have other stories, but these are the most note worthy.
I hope everyone is enjoying the day and I send wishes for Peace in our thoughts, Love in our hearts and Joy in our being.

Yes, Littleleaf, I DO, wish to trade for those items. The Terrific Toadstool Dresser is a current item available in the W shop, so I would be happy to trade you one of the New Dreamy Gazebo Beds for that. (I can use a coupon to make that cheaper) and the Yinyang blossoms, those are retired, so you are going to have to tell me what you would like for those. I have quite a few retired items of equal value, if you are interested.
Oh the Bear stories 🙂 it seems some of us had fairly close encounters. As I said, they closest I ever came was off the highway and I saw a big old grizzly boar and he was standing on a berm. It made him look that much more intimidating. Was so glad we were ‘moving along’ after the curiosity was sated. I had no intention of being the Fastest runner.
Reminds me of the old joke about the Missionary who came to the Americas to save the people of the new lands. He decided on a lovely spot in the woods and he set about to start chopping down trees. He had been warned about the presence of bears, but he told everyone he had divine protection and that he would be safe.
Well, as it happened, while he was removing bark from some freshly cut trees, a rather large bear loomed into his presence.
He dropped down on his knees and he began to pray ‘Oh Lord, please let this be a christian bear.’
Too his surprise the bear mimicked his actions and clasped his own paws in prayer, bowed his head and prayed, ‘Oh Lord, for these thy bounty, we thank thee …..

Dixie- Sounds fair with the dresser for the bed. I’m not really sure what’s retired and what’s not. If you wanted to name a few retired items of equal value you have, I’m sure I’ll find one I like. Or I’m also looking for a number of PSI (really any pet released 2012 and newer).

Lol, Dixie.
Moms, the scary part of the bear on the porch was that the two windows on the cabin were just clear plastic sheets. The door had glass though.
Dee, the pasta salad sounds yummy. We usually have a lantern festival here in July. It is very pretty and interactive.
Gaga, I love Olive Garden, but we don’t have any in my city.
We are having kale/spinach, cheese stuffed spaghetti squash tonight.
