I did not pay those prices, I went when it was 40% off because they have sales too often to justify going when stuff isn’t on sale. I’ll need to get more clothes, but for now that’s good enough.
I also got a diaper bag! At least that’s what amazon says it is, but I use it for all my teaching krap (does the filter like that word?) because my purse is way too small. It’s the perfect size to haul all my krap from school to school. Glad I bought it when I did because now it’s unavailable.

Puma, I know how you feel about the Tea st.
In going through all of the stuff that we no longer need at work, a tea set was sitting in the cabinet where we keep the platters for special occasions. I liked it from the word go, it is a Silver Greek Key tea set, 6 cups and saucers; painted underneath with a beautiful silver paint. with a sugar bowl and a creamer and a Lovely Tea pot.
The only original employees left who have any memory of the tea set are me, the girl from Merchandising and the girl in the cash office (we have had so many people quit since the takeover) I left a not on the white board requesting if anyone owned the set they were to come forward before April 20th. Needless to say, it came home with me on the 22nd. No one laid claim to it.
It’s my first REAL tea set.

I adore tea, and drink it all day every day. A lot of the herbs in my garden can be made into tea as well- lemon balm especially. I don’t have a real tea set of my own yet (Millennial, with no reason to have a whole one), but there’s a cute round white plain-ol’ one at Ikea I keep meaning to find the money for (Ikea tea set- ALSO how Millennial!).

Puma, you are funny. My dd (21) is a total tea granny. My ds (20) gave her a really cool antique silver tea set for Christmas. It has a really awesome stand it sits on and there is a small burner under it to keep the tea hot. Her friends love it and ask her to bring it get togethers.
Gaga I hope you are having a good week. So nice to have warmer temperatures. Sunny days always make me happy.

i have never seen yellow peonys! and that pick is not so good with my flowers…that is our woodpile behind the cat and dhs gravel patch where he parked the boat……….i need to cut back my hyacinths and tulips and will send a prettier pic…………dh is working on the front of the house because he is crazy! i told him years ago to just put grass seed, but last year he finally got interested in what perennials are and so on…………

Our Deluxe turned on AND they put the family membership back in the estore active orders! There are only three codes on there and I think there were four the other day so I have to get YD trying to adopt them so we know what those codes are. I am impressed they fixed it that quickly given everything. A big thank you to the customer support and the tech wizards.
Cats are like that Dee. We managed to get the right kitten to bond with the right person when we brought the three kitten’s home by only having their primary person give them treats for months. But I think we got lucky. After my Cassie passed, YD cat, Cinnamon started spending a lot more time with me. She sits at my computer for awhile most nights. Hubby’s cat also somewhat time shares between the four of us. But she likes to curl up with him on the couch to sleep which is good enough for him.

Do I want to sleep in on friday or teach elementary art? Two different schools need an art teacher
Loved the school I was at today. Everyone was so nice an welcoming, especially the teacher I was with. I was a 1:1 aid for a student with special needs so I wasn’t teaching, but it was a good day. I’m there again tomorrow, wouldn’t mind doing this until the end of the year, but her regular aid is back on friday.

April…. Hope you and Stella can enjoy some warm warm too ! Yesterday at work met a therapy dog.. Newfoundland !! She was so cute and docile…I guess that it part of being a therapy dog ! Most of them are like statues !

Good Morning All !
Finally Friday ! So looking forward to a couple of days off ! I am beginning to sound like a broken record … but I have not mastered the computer on wheels yet ! Really don’t like the direction things are headed… up until yesterday… I was the only person scheduled for today… Thankfully another nurse picked up today ! Should have one more nurse….
