Painted Glass Concepts
WKN posted two sets of concept drawings for the new upcoming Painted Glass Room Theme. The wall divider will have two different heights: Two rotations will be 1 tile high, and the remaining two rotations will be 2 tiles high so, we can use it as a divider or a counter and will be able to place items on the surface in all 4 rotations. What do you think?

Some of them are kind of nice…ish
I like the stove because it looks like an ice cube. I think it would look better if more (or all) of the items were blue.
Slowly getting through the crystal seas game. Unlike the arcade games, you can still collect medallions while playing crystal seas, so that makes it a little better. Haven’t started the dogbeard battles yet. Isn’t that the battleship type game? I kind of like that one.
One big project down, one more big project (that I haven’t started yet) to go. Classes end next monday (the 15th) then we have the remainder of the week off to study and finals are the following week. I signed up for a summer class earlier this week. It’s online and doesn’t start until june.

I know this will probably make people question my sanity; but this whole theme sets my teeth on edge. There’s something about it that reminds me of something uncomfortable and I just can’t put my finger on it. If they called it balloon furniture I might warm to it, more.
I am not saying it isn’t a nice set, but chances are, it will never be in any of my accounts. I just am not feeling it this time.
Choco, at least you have a bit of time to recover before your test. Soon it will all be done and you’ll be able to breathe, again. Good for you taking summer classes! Stay in the groove, it’ll keep your mind sharp. I think you have enough self-discipline to finish an online course and the smarts to accompany.

this theme is kind of boring/generic to me – i like the walls, dividers, & bed, so i guess i like that multicolor color scheme on those pieces?

Well .. I want RED counters or white counters with red accents. I want them to go with the Spree Diner themed items. I haven’t found anything that matches and all it has to be is a re-color version of Daisy’s stuff. I’d be quite happy with that. And while I’m wishing? I think I’d like a Play Place where pets could peek-a-boo, hide and slide.

REMEMBER the Color Storm Trophy Challenge begins tomorrow for those who missed it the first time. I’m not sure what extra clothing prize will also be included, but that might interest some of us who already have the trophy!!!

Good Morning All !
The day just kind of got away from me yesterday !! Not sleeping too well… so when I eventually fell asleep…………woke up late !! Threw my whole day off..
moms… family day was a dine and dash ! Served spaghetti and made some s’mores for dessert… Nephew and my sister were headed out to shop his tux for the upcoming prom…. which is in 2 weeks… I guess they opted for a suit and tie.. and not a tux…not taking a date… no interest in driving… not sure how he plans on getting there…………….we’ll see.
Choco.. thanks for the tip on being able to play Crystal Treasures and still being able to catch the Kiwi Medallions !! did not realize it was possible… Good Luck with your upcoming finals !

Not at all a fan of the new Glass Theme… Voted for the Painted Pony Theme.. not sure if I will be getting any of the new pieces…

gaga – i voted for the painted pony, too – something different … maybe they’ll use it another time … a lot of the kids that came to the prom after party here were ubering – it’s a bizarre world, but for them it is not unusual
