Finally Friday and tomorrow starts the Fall Fest !
Our CLE Browns finally WON a game… First win since Dec. 2016 !!
Was only able to stay awake until end of 3d quarter though…
Email and then spoke with a representative from e store yesterday…. Asked about the Jack O Lantern Pumpkin seeds… suggested they be made available this year…. was told my suggestion would be given to a different “department”
I guess we will have to wait and see ! Not holding out any hope though…

Hooray, it’s almost Fall Fest, and the 22nd is also my 6th Wedding Anniversary with Husband! We’ve been together 14 years, been married 6, with a Toddlerriffic Toddler! Fall is my favorite!

I’m not that big on fall, it might as well be pre-winter, here 🙄 We have had snow, now, for almost two weeks. I used to watch the leaves turn color and hear them crunch under my feet, back home, but here … it’s a good bet you get snow for the first week of school, nevermind first week of fall.
We just got over it. In June we still had very cold weather and had to bring in tomato plants so they wouldn’t freeze. Suddenly it became hot and then came the wildfires. No one wants to camp when there are strict fire bans, or heavy smoke. So, the first rain came, the first clear day with no smoke and then 2 days later? SNOW. I was cheated of my summer 🙁

Gaga .. I saw the trailers for A Star is Born and I can think of no one else who could play that part better than Lady Gaga! I do hope I get the chance to see it, too! I think Barbra Streisand will love it!
Today, I am at home sick with a cold/flu … not sure what it is, but it’s behaving like both right now. I had been playing on one of my tertiary accounts and I got the spend all your money at the mall card. So, just on a lark I bought the Dogbeard Arcade unit.
Lo and Behold, you do not have to be Deluxe to play it if you have the unit!

dee, thanks for the heads up on Charmed!! I still watch the reruns for the millionth time. there is also another reboot coming…I want to say ‘Magnum PI’, but wouldn’t swear to it. I’ve been watching all the NCIS versions over the summer for lack of anything else holding my interest. :-/

Good morning! Happy Saturday! Was hoping to wake up this morning to sunshine, but alas! Cloudy again. I feel the same way you do, Dixie, about being cheated out of summer, but for the opposite reason. It was 95 and humid for pretty much 2 months straight, and no one wanted to go outside for anything (unless you just wanted to get attacked by mosquitos). The heat wave has finally broken, and the nights are cooler now (60s) so that’s a nice change. The flowers and yard have really suffered because I haven’t wanted to touch anything. I think I’ve mowed the back yard twice all year. Just too hot!
Congrats on the win, gaga! It actually even made big news over here on the east coast, so I know the whole fan base must have been pumped! That’s a looonnng time to go win-less.
Thank you, Cheese, for the academy food the other day! Those were my last pieces to collect, so got to take the whole line off the list! *happy dance*
I love when I click on a floating pet medallion, it says something like, “congratulations! You have earned a pet medallion!” As a teacher, I have to question to word “earned.” Seriously? I just clicked it. How about “you have *received* a pet medallion!” There, I feel better after having ranted.
Loving fall fest! It is usually my favorite (although winterfest is close behind). I like the prizes this year, and am thrilled to finally have more seeds for the garden. The peach trees are beautiful … hoping I get a bunch!
I feel badly only posting on the weekends, but RL has gotten super busy. We have several early mornings (which is when I usually get to play for 30 minutes). I think it’s just going to be that way for at least a year, so we do what we can. I do pop in and try to catch up on reading every few days, and so much enjoy keeping up with you all. Definitely, many LOL moments right when I need them!

Hope everyone has been well. A lot going on here. My DS started college & just turned 18. He’s doing well. 😀 Going to go to the local State for Associates, so I have hime for at least a year & half before he moves away to get Bachelors. My sis has been sick for awhile, so she has moved in with me. Haven’t been able to do much in WW except login(too much real world) & that’s just been this month. Missed alot before that. Popped in here just to read every so often but I missed a lot here too. 🙁 I see there are new peeps (((((waves hello))))))).

Ohhh speaking of recipes I made a Publix one for Caramel Hickory Chicken it was soooo good spicy due to the crushed red peppers. Ds LOVED it. so I will definitely make it again. Had an Asian coleslaw recipe to go with it but called for way to much yogurt if you cut it down to a quarter of what calls for way better. 🙂

Hi all. I love the fall mystery clothes this year. I collect them all. I have about half of them so far. It’s weird to have a non-tradeable pet as part of the new mystery line. I normally don’t buy the bags. I trade for the clothes, so that’s just like putting an estore item in the bags. I have no interest in it.
Dixie – I hope you’re feeling better today. You got hit early this year with winter! My friend, Kangaroo, in the Webkinz trading room, is from Alberta. She has been telling me about the crazy weather up there for the past couple weeks. You all really didn’t get much of a summer, and no fall at all! I hope the weather clears up soon!
Gwenda – Congrats on your son starting college! I hope he is enjoying the transition from high school to college. My daughter just started college this semester. She loves the schedule, but the work load is definitely more challenging. Engineering is a great field to enter!
April – Poor Diesel! I hope he’s feeling better. Has the move been difficult for him? How are you and your husband adjusting?
Miracle – Good to see you! As a teacher, I bet your schedule is very busy right now. Enjoy your Webkinz time and fall fest on the weekends and whenever you can!
Gaga – My second urologist was much better than the first, although I sense that it’s only because I have an insurance plan that will cover the surgery in a couple weeks. He is putting me on the schedule for early October. It will actually be a three part surgery. One surgery to place a stint to open the tube. A second surgery a week later to remove stint and stone and then replace stint. A third surgery a week later to remove stint. I’ll be glad to have this over with!
I’m not into football, but I think it’s fun to watch how excited people get over their favorite sports teams. Congrats on the Cleveland’s win!
