Deluxe Day
Saturday is Deluxe Day in Webkinz World – Saturday, August 11th. Deluxe Members will be able to log in and visit Today’s Activities to receive a special prize: a Wacky Slippy Slide! Also on the Today’s Activity schedule, there will be an entire day of fun and activities for Deluxe Members to enjoy!
SAVE THE DATE for these two events:
Monday August 13 begins the Super School Giveaway – I will create a separate post for that after Deluxe Day.

finally got all of my popsicles…………..sheesh, that was work!
hope all are well, wound up taking dd to an urgent care and got a big bag of meds! between all of her flights and their cooties……….not surprised…waiting to see if she still needs to go in for a steroid shot ??? both of us non med girls thought it was a bit over the top for ear pain, cold…………any nursies want to chime in? and thanks in advance to our gymbo medical pros………you are the best and thanks for what you do……….i have the personality for med health, but am quite squeamish with the blood and vomit and what not……….for some reason can handle the cats tho……..just the people stuff freaks me out…….so sad as i would love to do an emt class just for family………….

dee.. sorry to hear that your dd is ill for her visit home … when I guess when you are sick… THERE IS NO PLACE LIKE HOME !!! .. with people who love you and care for you…bag of meds?… Antibiotics… decongestant.. inhaler ??
Steroids usually given to settle down inflammatory response to an illness..whether it be respiratory..viral .. acute flare up of an auto immune disease… many docs use short coarse of oral steroids..( 5 days) dose pack..
probably waiting to see if dd improves with present therapy… Hope medication helps her feel better !!!
You should take an EMT class if you are interested ! You you probably love it then who knows where it may take you !!
Feel same way about men and woman who serve our Country !! Sacrificing so much for us and their families !! Heartfelt salute to you and your dh !

Gagagee- thank you so much for gifting the wacky slippy slide!!! Just put it in my wacky room and placed the wacky foods in my wacky themed fridge! I can’t thank you enough because if it wasn’t for you, I would be that one person in the trading room obsessing over getting that slide 🙂 . If you need anything at all, just let me know and I’d be happy to help in any way I can!
Also, yay!! Looking forward to tawny cat shorts! Hopefully it will be sendable because the last two tawny cat pieces were not sadly.

crowded and none of us are really shoppers except at flea markets!

Sunday gathering today for my nephew’s birthday.. He requested a spaghetti dinner and a chocolate sprinkle cake ! My niece is coming home from college for the day to join us….My brother is flying up from GA but not sure he will arrive in time for dinner… Looking forward to celebrate with family !
moms.. I doubt there would be any really hard to find items in the mystery boxes but there is something intriguing when they put “mystery” on the box!!

we took a group of teens out to dinner the other night, and everyone was ordering a different dessert. i had no idea what one of the cakes was, but i ordered it anyway because it was called “cookie monster cake” … well …
it was a layered: peanut butter cookie, yellow cake, oatmeal raisin cookie, chocolate cake, chocolate chip cookie bottom with some kind of buttercream icing – maybe a brown sugar or caramel, but it was very subtle

Good Morning All !
moms… the Cookie Monster Cake sounds delicious.. Love buttercream frosting !
Could probably eat a whole bowl of just the frosting…. our birthday cake was really good too ! Our family gathering yesterday was a lot of fun and we had so many good laughs… which doesn’t happen all that often…Biggest hit was the DT pen……you clicked on his hair and in his voice…. would say 8 different messages…Still laughing !!
New challenges today in WW… sorry to see the floating wacky pops leave !
