Cinnamon the hamster returns to the Kinzville Park in February! Get a preview starting on February 1st.  You can collect a whole new set of chocolates from her from February 7th until February 14th. Once you collect all 6 chocolates, you’ll win a Sweetheart Bookshelf! If you miss out on any chocolates, you’ll still be able to pick them up for eStore Points until February 28th.

    Let’s get started with some clothes. None of these have names yet, sorry! The hard hat with the hamster on it is just making me really mad. It’s like they’re saying “Ha ha! Look what we unceremoniously yanked away from you!”

    Up next is more clothing. No names on most of it, but I can tell you the names of the last two items: Quilted Snow Pants and Pink Pouffy Coat.

    And now, how about more clothing? :mrgreen: The valentine race outfit seems verrrrry familiar, and so does the matching go-kart. Didn’t they give us those things just last year? Don’t ask me why they’re showing up again with new numbers, because I haven’t a clue.

    While we’re talking about holiday stuff, here’s some for you! The coins appear to be this year’s floaty clicky coins, no idea where the sweetheart whale plush and love poster are coming from, and what appears to be this year’s Easter basket, and the food that goes in it. Not sure how the table and wallpaper will be released.

    Speaking of holidays, here’s this year’s chocolate eggs, and what I suspect to be egg prizes. Sorry, no names yet! I NEEEEEEEEED those rose bushes! And the egg object is able to be rotated for different looks, so you can make a whole yard full of Easter eggs.

    More Easter stuff. No names yet. The first five items appear to be more chocolate egg prizes. Not sure about the last three. And those daffodils look just like the daffodils from the first Amazing World Egg Drop a few years back, which is making me cry. 😥

    Up next is what appears to be March’s ?? Box theme. No names yet. This trend of holding back the names on most of the stuff is really ticking me off!

    Up next is the unique WKN peek-a-newz prizes for the next three months. We finally have names on the February items I showed you last month. The painting is called the Raspberry Twist Painting, and the mysterious gem object is the Amethyst Mosaic Tile. As I suspected, the painting goes with a recolored Upscale Condo theme, because the end table and coffee table are also recolored items from that theme. No names yet on them, sorry. And no names on the other tiles, but they are obviously an aquamarine tile and a diamond tile. The last two items are the Amazing World Gift Boxes that will be sent to our accounts at the end of the month. One will hold a large gift for membership players, and the other will hold a small gift for free players.

    Up next is pets. First are the images for the Lil Spring Kittens I mentioned before. I showed you the PSFs and PSIs last time, but now we have names for them! The PSFs are the Blue Spring Candy Bark, Pink Spring Candy Bark, and Purple Spring Candy Bark. The PSIs are the Blue Spring Egg Cottage, the Pink Spring Egg Cottage, and the Purple Spring Egg Cottage.

    Up next are some unnamed pet items. The top row obviously coordinates, you can tell from the flowers that decorate all three items. The middle row are three pet boxes that appear to be for a trio of bunnies. The bottom row appears to be three PSFs. I do not know which PSF goes with which gift box yet, and there’s no PSIs yet, sorry!

    Up next is some estore goodness. No names on any of it yet…grrr! The first three items appear to be the Room with a View items for March, and it looks like cherry blossoms. Next is a horse pet lamp, and I bet that will be the exact name of it, lol. Bottom row is a sofa and chair that coordinate with the Cool Slumber stuff that’s already been released, what looks to be a Denim & Lace Wardrobe (and it’s time for THAT question again: when are they releasing this theme?!?!?!), and a wheelchair, to which I say it is about time! Disabled people are really underrepresented in this game.

    Up next is more estore. We FINALLY have an image for those orange tree seeds I told you about so many months ago. We still do not have an image of the food, lol. The rest of the stuff is not yet named, of course. 🙄 First we have what appears to be March’s Candy Tree, which looks like a Shamrock Lollipop tree and the coordinating lollipop. Next is some foil-wrapped eggs, no idea if this is a food or an object, and how it will be released is a mystery. The bottom row is a Saint Patrick’s Day rainbow item, possibly a divider?, a Valentine window, and what appears to be the beginnings of a new sweets-type theme. I am loving the absolute heck out of that cookie rug!

    Moms, I wish I could add Webkinz to my resume! Maybe I could sneak it into my “Interests” category.. :mrgreen:

    Here is another combined room I just finished. Again, it’s made with 4 separate rooms that I stitched together. I called it “Cozy Cottage” but open to other name suggestions! There’s a bit more photoshop done in this one than the last combined room I made. I wanted to extend the garden on the west side so I used two different floors. I also didn’t have multiples of a lot of the items (e.g. columns, floor tiles/carpets, some chairs) so I had to photoshop it to make it look like I had more LOL.

    I’m thinking about replacing the TV on the east side with a fireplace. yea or nay?

    Another beautiful room, boper! dee is the wizard with naming but maybe Country Manor? I like the fireplace idea in that tv you picked is a bit more modern than the space it occupies but the tv does match the other browns in the room.

    Thanks for all the spoilers, TLL! The hedgehog slippers are so adorable!

    Finally got my laptop back and Apple replaced the keyboard and battery for free, woot! It was a little nerve-wracking for a bit because of the weather. Fedex had it in standby for days when should have been delivered to the store last Saturday and I was getting worried it got lost in transit. I was so relieved when I got a call today that it was finally available for pickup. I did buy a keyboard protector from amazon so hopefully I won’t ever have issues with spills again.

    Re ‘Pls wait…’ Betty Butter Ganz has this to say:
    “We recently upgraded one of our servers that keeps track of all your friends. Due to it being a new server, your friend lists need to be synced which is what is causing these “Please waits…”. If you are still experiencing these delays, please go to the arcade and stay there (without loading any games) until the ‘Please waits’ have gone away. This could take a few minutes, however once the sync is complete you will not experience this again.”

    Thank you April for the gifts! I didn’t think I would ever get those deluxe items. I have a room for just those things, so I’ve been shifting it around finding a good spot for them. (Fun problem to have!)

    Sending over some chalet windows, Patsie. I actually did quite well this Winterfest (because I did so poorly last year, I had to make up for it!) so I had a lot to share. I was trying to complete a large skating rink and needed all of those ice tiles. Mission accomplished. 🙂 Wish I was a diligent with the Spree rolls, because I need a bunch of those items too … but getting there.

    Thanks for the spoilers, Lurker! Wow! I love all of the items they come up with. So sad about AW, but happy they are still putting effort into WW.

    Gorgeous room, Boper! Maybe in one of their next updates they can add a choice above large room, to “double room” or “quad room” … wouldn’t that be fun to decorate!

I’m excited to get my laptop back and it looks practically new 🙂 Apple actually was fast AND they tried to ship it out next day delivery on a Saturday (I dropped off the laptop on Thursday morning here in California, it went to Apple tech in Houston TX Friday where it got fixed & shipped out the same day. Tracking said it was supposed to be originally delivered to the store Saturday by noon). Unfortunately shipping hit a snag with Fedex (may be weather-related). I’ll have to remember if there’s any fix that has to be sent out it’s best to do it in the spring/summer/fall when shipping is more predictable.

    Over the last few months we have been making numerous changes behind the scenes to improve service performance and reliability. We’ve already seen the benefits of this when over the holidays a major outage hit Ganz, but didn’t affect Webkinz.com.

    A change last week resulted in players seeing a cycle of the message “Please Wait” appearing and disappearing for an extended length of time. It would pass, but could often take a long time.

    What was happening is your Friends List was being converted to our new system. For players with only a few friends, it might not even have been noticed. But if you had a full 500 friends, you were in for a wait.

    The good news is that this will only ever happen once. Once converted, your account is good to go.

    That said, we were not properly prepared for the impact of this change and apologize for the delays this caused.

    As a token of our appreciation for your patience, we’ve created a community feature code for all of you. This code awards the S’More Sweater and Scarf and can be redeemed once per account until March 31, 2018.

    hey everyone! younger warthog & i went way across the city to a specialty store then saw a nature preserve on the way back & spontaneously stopped to check it out … we took a hike along one of the trails and visited some animals – met a giant turtle, you know, stuff like that hahaha – random day!

    can’t wait to see boper’s giant playground!

    and zingy – i love what they did with your macbook! that’s the kind of service i want with their high end pricing – i would like a macbook, but i don’t think just having it for webkinz & mom-ing justifies the price in my case :mrgreen: … yet!

    boper – that rescue center is fantastic! many of the designs are great – i like them all – so fun! it is interesting no yards at all – the wallpapers have gotten so great, it’s bringing the outdoors in – i like it

    boper, there are 2 that caught my eye. one was by gappytoo. does anyone know how they did the flooring for that one? it looks like grass (rugs, maybe?) but i know it’s not. i love all the details like the pawprints for the crosswalk. 🙂

    the castle room is the other one. it’s done by a friend, Laura/acoolaunt. i thought it was a good use of that wallpaper (it’s soo hard to find something that this particular wallpaper doesn’t overpower) and the castle superbed as the courtyard was very clever.

    oh, i missed mom’s comment – i like that room too! sounds like you’re having a great day. on weekends, we try to do that – visit a nearby town with nothing specific planned. look up what’s around (or use a local guide called 7×7 because the city is 7 miles across), pick out a place for lunch on yelp, then head back home. it must be warm enough that the giant turtle is out. did you take pics?

    apple usually takes good care of its customers. i think it’s just luck of the draw who one gets when walking up to customer service. the first one i got was nice and she did attempt to clean the keyboard but was adhering to that the spill was accidental and not covered by applecare. the 2nd one i asked to look at it just typed in “stuck key” on the repair form after trying to clean it. she didn’t mention anything about the spill and the new keyboard/battery was done for free. i usually keep electronics far longer than most people so i figured it’s worth having something that’s suitable (i can carry this laptop around for hours without it hurting my back).

    dee – i love going to movies, so i just recently ordered myself “movie pass” from Costco – i’ll let you know how it is when i actually get to start using it – it takes 2 weeks to arrive, but you pay like $90 if you aren’t a Costco member, then you can use to see a movie daily at certain theaters (my closest fav theaters are included) … so, if i use it once a month, i’ve more than made my money back …

    if you’re interested, i can email you my referral link, i don’t remember what i get for a referral, but they sent some link that i clearly haven’t read the details yet LOL

    Good Morning All !
    Today promises to be a sunny “warm” day here in the 40’s ! Spring has sprung!
    dee.. Movie tickets are pricey but you need to splurge every so often… nice
    birthday celebration for your dh !
    All is fairly quiet in WW… New trophy prize starts Monday …The challenge of a new trophy is always fun… sometimes it is only way to win a trophy !
    Looking forward to the football playoffs.. then the Superbowl.. season is winding down…
    moms..Sounds like you had a nice one on one day with your younger warthog..
    I am sure it appreciated time with his mom !!
