Webkinz Turtle Dove
The eStore Webkinz Turtle Dove will only be available the weekend after Thanksgiving – beginning Black Friday. The Spoiler Lurker shared the image of the Turtle Dove gift box, PSI, & PSF previously, but now there is a Gold Sparkle room in the Webkinz Clubhouse where you can see the theme and the Turtle Dove.
The Turtle Dove PSI is the Gold Sparkle Wardrobe, and the PSF is the Gold Wrapped Truffles.

You play it on your phone. You buy the app however it is you buy apps. Ours is through Apple for Pokemon go. Then you log into the app, while it is running you see the street maps and the pokemon objects on them. Some of the items are around random like the pokemon animals you catch others are attached to objects like a park sign or landmark, others to buildings or a specific item in the building. One of ours is a church bell tower another is a piece of artwork in the library. I assume the Harry Potter will be similar. The libraries are going to go ape over this. They were excited about Pokemon. They gave out gym badges pins the first summer.
You can play on a tablet but you’d likely need a internet plan so you could carry it around.

Here is the Thanksgiving room I was working on that was interrupted by the quickly fixed estore glitch. The friend from England once commented that as far as they were concerned everyone in the US wore cowboy hats so figured he’d be amused they were all dressed in western wear for a US Thanksgiving. All the pet care elements are in there. If anyone wants food from any of the dispensers let me know. The vegetable stand and the pumpkin tree are new.

well that paper I wrote has a new, later deadline for the peer review. I wish I could know that kind of thing ahead of time since I could’ve rearranged my time differently. I got an A on the 2 of 3 papers that have been returned, but since I have been playing with genres in my writing I wonder how my 3rd paper will be received since it’s far more comical than the previous 2. However, my 4th paper does return to a more serious heart-string tugging style, so I have something to fall back on. The prompt was cause and effect, so I wrote about my older sisters mental instability about 5 years ago and how its effects still show up in my family now. Probably only two people will ever read it, but thems the breaks.
Anyone else listening to songs from The Greatest Showman yet? I have probably listened to This Is Me 10 times since I found it on spotify. :p I quite like it.

and i blatantly pointed out something i wanted for christmas and he ran back there this afternoon………..so cross your fingers that i get what i want without me actually having to buy it and hand it over for wrapping! it was a yeti cup on sale cheap cheap cheap……………

i have 2 that i rotate between all the time – i always have a yeti full of water close at hand. luckily several companies gave them to dh as gifts, so i took a couple, added my monogram, and made them mine!!!

Paper sounds interesting Bepsy congrats on the two A’s. Older hasn’t had to write any papers for college yet just lab reports. She has a social science class next semester not sure if she will for that or not as it is a giant lecture hall and no TA section. Never heard of a yeti cup, had to google it. They look nice.

Dee I haven’t taken any pictures of the inside of my purse but I have managed a few screen capture pictures which is a neat trick as I have no idea how to do it on purpose. My phone has lots of apps but that is because it was hubby’s first a long time ago. I took a bunch off and still don’ t use what is left much. I think I have put maybe six on there and three are games.

I finally put my garden to bed today, gonna stay cold now brrrr!
Washed and dried and packed away all my fairy garden houses and accessories….pulled up the fairy sized plants that can’t survive the winter..sending them to my mother’s till warm enough to put them back…those little things,are 4 to 6 dollars each…you can bet I’m saving them they can’t stay here as they are poisionous to my cats..
Anyone else here fairy garden??
Mine is in a fenced in tiny front garden..right near the sidewalk..I
People in neighborhood actually seem to enjoy it…it lights up at night…people like to stop and look at it..and no one bothers it..and I’m happy they enjoy it…
Some of you here know all about my security cameras and the stuff I’ve seen! Lol….it’s amazing how quite the last couple years have been…people are so much better behaved when they think they are being watched..lol
I will say I still get some nose and butt pickers…but overalll…not much entertainment anymore…but thats,a good thing..
I still occasionally have the police stop by and ask to see the street on certain days…thinking of letting them have access to see cams on an app… problem with that is they might see me picking my pants while gardening hey sometimes you just got to relieve that wedgie! Lol
Oh well off to let calgon take me away…yes showing my age…lol

never thought of that.. I have a small fairy garden in a container which I put on my front porch… don’t have a real yard.. live in a town home…I do have a large fairy themed mural painted on the privacy wall on my deck..gnomes flying kites.. kind of a forest looking area…

Just stopped by to say hi! I am buying the new Webkinz Fairykinz Tiger Cub virtual pet for a friend today and plan on surprising her with it later. I was hoping I could get 10% off like with the Sugar and Spice Fawn earlier this month, and was so excited when I came here and found the code that worked for the fawn, but was disappointed when I put it in and didn’t work on the tiger cub. I think I am going to wait a few more hours just to see if Ganz/Webkinz will offer the 10% off, but I doubt it. Regardless, I’m still going to get it… And then I’ll be broke, lol. π
I hope all of you are doing well and enjoying all the events in Webkinz World this month! I can’t wait to see what pets/items are going to be offered on Black Friday and Cyber Monday! So long as the Turtle Dove is only 10,000 eStore Points like it is listed on the eStore, I will probably get it. congrats on the A’s bepsy! writing papers is one of the things i’ve never gotten comfortable with. it’s about as fun to me as getting a cavity filled, lol, so i’m glad i’m well past having to write them. props to you for putting a creative spin on yours!
it’s been a tiring, not so fun, kinda pricey week getting the new tires then getting the brakes done but at least there’s the weekend to look forward to now. just keeping my fingers crossed neither of us get a cold as we can’t afford to have it, energy or time-wise. honey’s knee seems to feel better. i’m looking forward to the first physical therapy appointment next week to see what we can do about getting him ready to be able to start bending his knee again.

they started with some kind of cooler that stays cold forever….dh got a yeti cup at a local closeout place so it was cheap……….then he got dd one and then they complained about how i leave a bottle of water in my car and it gets warm…..so we did a family yeti test of what stays cold etc………..so i said i want one….plus they always need to find me a christmas present and the one i pointed out to dh was on sale and current ten percent off for veterans day……so less than twenty bucks………

zingy – i use the adhesive vinyl monograms – people cut them with silhouette or cricut machines. i have a silhouette & have used it mostly for adhesive vinyl and heat transfer vinyl for decorating t-shirts

I feel like a meme tonight. Dee the plan is elementary education which of course comes with special ed too. I like kids, and thats really just more or less what I just came up with when I was trying to figure out what to do, and it just stuck I guess.

Happy Saturday! Happy Veterans Day! So thankful for the men and women who fight for our freedom. It’s beyond understanding, and I am so grateful for them.
Whew! I am tired of painting! Painted seven walls at the school and hand lettered two of them… didn’t quite get to the third one. I now have the giant word “LIBRARY” painted outside the room, so I love the new visibility. The teachers got back from the convention last night, so we’ll see what the reaction is. You never know … π
DH and I went antique shopping yesterday, and I bought an old typewriter that needs to be cleaned up and restored. I’ve always kind of wanted one, but didn’t want to pay $200 for a cleaned up one. Got it for a song, so I think it might end up as a present for my “writer daughter.” We’ll see if I can part with it …

Ahh, Moms, future planning! Such a fun discussion to have. My dh seems to work money management and planning into every other conversation with them, so by the time they graduate they will be brainwashed into saving and won’t know any other way. π So far, it’s working …
