what happened to all the excitement about the WCare stuff? Do you still do the spin or try to get the webbies? Everytime with try the spins we get food or very little kinz cash. After several codes we have yet to see the so famous Grand prize 🙁

You definetely can’t beat the price of the LIl kinz pets at Walgreens, especially if you use the coupons on some Fridays (spend $20 get $5 off your purchase) .

One lucky person will win a WCARE CODE by simply commenting under this post. Only One rule: have fun.

Those of us that missed the neat dancing butterfly tree because it looked boring get a second chance today.  Thinking of doing a butterfly yard, Zingoz tree, butterfly tree and floral fox psi.  Now if they just sell the butterfly tree tomorrow. 🙂 tmt5

    The WCares codes have been a big disappointment.
    I never get anything but food and a very, very little KC on spins.

    The thing I like most about the WCares program is the price, Webbies are cheaper and there is a chance for an extra prize. All in all it is a fun program.
    Imagine, Ganz made something cheaper!!!!! Amazing!

    Has anyone here won the big Giveway prize from WCares?
    I wonder how many big prizes were actually distributed?
    Could the big prize code be in one of the duplicate Webbies sitting at Walgreens that you already have?
    I saw alot of bears there on Monday night and it was hard not to buy another one.

    So I went searching for Answers and this is what I found out.

    You know right away if you have the magically retriever the ticket is GOLD on both sides. (My ticket is not gold)

    Some of the pets that have been adopted from TC3 Mystery Pets are:
    Collie, Pinto, Panda, Whimsy Dragon, Rhino, Kangaroo, Toucan, Crocodile, Samoyed, Husky, Gecko, Raccoon, Himalayan, Tie Die Frog, Tiger Snake, Pink Googles, Chicken, Spotted Frog, Lemon Line Gecko, and Koala.

    Costco has Webbies and some retired ones. So check out your local Costco.
    They sell 2 packaged Webbies for $19.95.
    Sounds like a great deal!

    I’ve logged in about 30 Webkinz Cares Codes and it all depends on the code and which gift you choose. It is very rare if you select or get the gift that has the dinning table, chairs and/or the place setting. Those, I believe, are what they call the grand prize items as they are very very rare and almost impossible to get. I could be wrong, but after receiving webkinz cares balloon after balloon, bear after bear, jacket and hat after jacket and hat, I got tired of wasting my money on the tags. The only thing I liked about the codes after a while, is the webkinz cares game once per week. After about 6 to 7 pushes, it would give me a piece of clothing. 50% of the time, it was a kinzstyle piece that maybe I didn’t have yet as I don’t buy Webkinz clothes, so never have the codes to get them for my animals. What I have, I’ve traded for or won on the Webkinz cares game. I heard someone got a lava lamp, but I’ve never yielded anything that great….just clothes, food and kinzcash. Personally, I think for the price, Ganz could have made the activity much better. I felt very let down by the repeat prizes. Even my friends pout when those Sunrise Sandwiches or small amounts of randomn kinzcash pop up for the daily webkinz cares game. With only so many tries, I’ve been out of pushes for quite a long time now. I doubt I’ll get any more.

    Marie, I agree, I am very disappointed.

    In the beginning, I heard of people getting better gifts. I think Ganz changed the changes of getting better prizes.
    Just like the Fall Festival, in the beginning, lots of leaves, then hardly any.

    I still like the price, where can you get a Lil’ Kinz for $6.99 plus ?.

    Good morning everyone! I have only adopted 2 Wcares pets and have gotten exactly what momskinz said… kinzstyle clothes, food, 20-something KC, nothing TOO exciting. Oh well, I thoroughly enjoy the cow and st. bernard. I just try to remind myself that I’m getting two webbies for $13 where as I could have only gotten one big one for that same price. 🙂

    Definitely a decline in interest in the WCares….part of it may be the prizes, but I think people are cutting back on buying things like that, too.

    kkh – this should be a really fun time! and NONE of the children know about the favors or prizes including my own! We even put temporary tattoos in the pinata that are toucans, pigs, cows, horses, ducks, chickens, etc. that look like webkinz 🙂 should be a blast

    The main account belongs to my little, but we all help her and decorate. The other accounts are really extra accounts, but she still decorates and plays on them.
    It takes awhile to get everything done.

    I have an account for one of the daycare kids but we don’t go on it much she will grow into it. I try and remember to do holidays and other special’s for her like the token darts. Too bad most of the cool stuff is on the weekends when she doesn’t have access to a computer. I also occasionally help one of the neighbor kids with her account.

    I am so sorry Kinz kid. Hope his surgery goes well. My friend had a long hard two year fight with brain cancer but she is OK now. I know she was eating bananas and avocados. Don’t remember what else she could have.

    I try and stay away from them. But really Kinz kid for a healthy person it is like anything else moderation is the key to safety with any food. The only people I know of that had problems with artificial sweeteners were way over consuming diet pop. I don’t know what their effects are on cancer patients.

    If he is careful to not drink it when it is past it’s expiration date that will help with the safety for the diet pop. I find it unlikely it gave him cancer but there are other health issues you can develop from drinking it past the expiration date.

    We have a small problem with scouts next year. Right now she can just ride the bus to the meetings at the neighbor hood school but next year the kids in her age group moved to a different building and a earlier meeting time while she will still be at the same school she is now (it goes to a higher grade) and will get home from school too late. I am hoping to transfer her to her school’s troop instead of the neighborhood troop but the meetings get over too early for us to pick her up. Hoping a fellow scout’s parent can help or grandma.

    Wow no one even said anything about something as serious as cancer. Giving your doctor your family health history doesn’t help much if you don’t know anything. I drink caffine free pop from cans most of the time. Juice is almost always in plastic though and milk but most of those are kept cold or they will spoil. Drink some bottled water. Really nice about the baby bottles :-(. Every time we turn around they find something else wrong with something. Fortunately my girls rarely used bottles and I heated the milk with tap water not a micro wave or bottle warmer so the plastic wasn’t getting very warm.

    It stinks not being able to run. I know what you mean. I was always a really slow runner and didn’t know why. I found out in my mid twenties. I had been suffering from asthma since I was around 10. It was kind of a relief to find out why I couldn’t keep up with the other kids. Now I have a preschooler who stared running at 9 months and rarely stops. I have a difficult time keeping up with her. Just save the running for the good spells and enjoy it when you can.

    Janel – the purpose of some of the exercises is to strengthen your back muscles.
    If you lay on the floor, bring one leg at a time to your chest, bending it at the knee. Hold it for 25 seconds and do the other leg.

    Anyone can do these two stretches. The first one is even OK for pregnant women. I remember doing the superman one in gym at school. That one you just lay on your stomach and then stretch your arms and legs out lifting them a little off the floor. You should get a exercise ball that is what they had me use at physical therapy when I got inflammation of the sacroiliac. Sitting on the ball helps strengthen the back muscles. You would just need to have someone stay with you when you used it to help make sure you didn’t roll off and ask the chiropractor what size would be right for your height.

    Tips: Lie face down on the floor with your arm stretched out directly overhead (like Superman flying, hence the name). Raise your arms, chest and legs off the floor and hold it there for 2 seconds and squeeze. Lower back to the ground and repeat. You can also do these one arm and leg at a time as follows: Raise your left arm and right leg into the air at the same time, also raising your chest slightly off the floor. Hold there for a second and squeeze the muscles of your lower back. Lower your limbs back to the ground then raise your right arm and left leg and hold for a second. You can push down with the hand that is on the ground to help raise your other arm and chest higher off the ground. This exercise, even though it only uses your limbs as resistance, provides an excellent way to strengthen the lower back muscles.

    The Cat: back stretching exercise

    Begin on all fours, hands directly under your shoulders and knees directly under your hips.
    Inhale as you drop tummy towards the floor and look up over your head.
    Exhale as you bring your tummy back up, rounding your back as you tuck your chin in and tuck your tailbone in.
    Move slowly back and forth between these two positions pausing on each pose.
    Repeat about 5 times.

    Her current troop leader’s daughter transferred to school this year so I am hoping she will be able to drive either to the new neighborhood building for meetings or bring her home from the school meetings depending on what she does with her daughter. was so excited when her friend got in the gifted program she is in. They are even in the same class. Nice drive for you and a good meeting time. Can even get dinner in before the meeting.
