I caught a few leaves, it took a very long time until the first leaf floated by and it did take a long time until all 7 leaves came.
My computer isn’t allowing me to shrink screen to see several accounts at one time.
I need some computer lessons.

So far I have gotten: belle of the ball gown, creepy crawly slippers; cursed beast suit and cactus costume. But my Cursed Beast Suit looks like a re-colored King Suit. So disappointed. The one above looks so much better.

I submitted several new room designs this morning to the letsbuild@ganz Creative Team. When I get time, I’ll start a thread here to share some of my room designs. I would love to see others too! Maybe we can do a big long post where we all display our favorite rooms. I get so much inspiration from looking at other people’s designs. In fact, one of the rooms I submitted today was inspired by a room Boper posted here a while back.

kinzgram I think it took a several hours over all, but I worked on it inconsistently over a couple days. If I were to make one out of normal beads it would probably be a lot faster.

Been super busy today and have a hectic weekend planned. Went to a friend’s house to watch a movie tonight – Into the Wild. It’s an older movie. I’ve seen it before and liked it. We have a movie group that watches movies together and then discusses them, so we had a nice discussion about it afterward. The discussion was at least as good as the movie, which was based upon a true story. I can’t help but think that if this guy was aware that his story generated this much discussion 25 years later, he might just be okay with the way his life turned out. Oh, I just won a mouse from the leaf prize on my other computer!… Sorry, that was random. I have a birthday party tomorrow and another birthday party on Sunday (people really need to spread their birthdays out a little more). Way too many kids born in September… which probably means way too much partying during the holiday season!
Amy – Thank you for posting the code! You saved me from clicking a bunch of email ads, and for that, you’re my hero.
KinzGram – I had a look at your wish list and saw that you need trophies. I have quite a few extras and don’t mind sharing them. However, I don’t want to send duplicates of ones you might already have. There are also some that I can win pretty easily if I don’t have extras, but I don’t necessarily want to play the games if you already have them. Additionally, others may have extra trophies they can send too. Do you mind listing which trophies you need and marking them off as you receive them?
I should probably get to bed because it’s after 3AM. My husband’s birthday was last weekend (like I said… way to many September birthdays in my world). For the past several years, he has been wanting to take up archery. This is one of those things that I totally don’t get, but he doesn’t quite like Webkinz as much as I do, so I can respect that. I bought him a gift certificate for introductory archery lessons. From there, he can decide if he wants to buy a bow and arrow and run with more advanced lessons or target practice on his own. We have his first lesson scheduled for tomorrow morning, and I told him I’d go with him, so I have to get up early (for a Saturday) to go listen to him learn about bows and arrows. I may need a nap before the birthday party. And my kid is out of clean clothes. Normally, she does her own laundry, but she has been so ridiculously busy this week with school, exams, and robotics, so I volunteered to help her. So I need to work laundry in at some point.
Oh, and one more thing… I know I’m rambling. I’ve posted stuff in the past about selling Webkinz on Ebay. A little tip I just figured out… If you remember, I posted a month or so ago about how I bought 52 Webkinz Frogs for a little less than $30. My thought was that, if I could make just $1.00 on each one, I could sell 30 of them and have 22 for free. It turns out that super old, cheap Webkinz pets like that may not even sell for enough to clear $1.00 per pet once you include Ebay fees and shipping. However! Codes by themselves will! I sold one plush frog with the code, and only made about $0.70 on it after fees and shipping. I was like… not worth it!
But then I looked at the price of unused code tags for all pets, and the going price was close to $4.00. I listed 20 of them at $3.79 each for just the unused code tag without the plush. I have sold 9 code tags at $3.79 each. And the thing about code tags, most people want them emailed instead of mailed, so out of 9 codes, I’ve only mailed 2. When you add the $0.70 since I made on the first plush with the other 9 code tags, subtract fees and shipping, I’ve already made back my $30 off of 10 frogs, which means I have 42 new frogs with unused tags (plus 9 plush frogs in new condition without tags that I can throw into unused lots and possibly make a little more on). So… the point is, if you can find plush Webkinz in bulk for less than $1.00 each with unused codes, even if they are old and common, consider selling just their tags. You will pay very little (if any) in shipping, and can potentially triple or quadruple your money OR make back what you paid and use the rest as helper pets. This especially works out well for Ebay sales between Canada and the U.S. I hardly ever buy Webkinz from Canadian sellers and vise versa because of the high international shipping charges. But I’ve had several Canadian buyers buy codes from me and request them be messaged, and neither of us pay shipping fees.
Technically, whether or not sending codes through Ebay messages is “legal”, I don’t know. I have read in the descriptions of some sellers who sell Webkinz codes that it is against Ebay policy to send codes via message, and therefore, they won’t. Some sellers will only mail the physical codes. However, I once bought a physical code from a seller, who did not ship it and decided to message it to me, but the code he messaged me was invalid. Long story short… I had to open a complaint against him and contact Ebay customer service. I thought he was in violation of Ebay policy for messaging it to me, and they said he wasn’t. In the end, Ebay sided in my favor and I received a full refund (which was only $4.00… but still… it’s the principle). But that left me completely confused on whether or not it’s ok to message Ebay codes through their monitored messaging system. The impression I got from the Ebay rep was that it is not necessarily a violation of their policy, but may be in some cases, which was not helpful at all. So, I sell codes and leave it up to my buyers. I can message them to you or mail them to you or both. Your choice. And so far, I’ve been able to pay for my frogs and 42 left. So… just a tip for anyone that might be thinking about this. This is the first time I’ve bought a large bulk of cheap Webkinz, and it has definitely paid off.

General question My deluxe account is not getting any floating leaves and I know I have not changed any settings for floaties and I cleared my cache. I’m using chrome and it works for all my other accounts just not my deluxe. What should I do?

Littlefish, you will most likely need to send an email to webkinzsupport@ganz.com about the problem. They will probably ask you for a petcode associated with the account. I am glad that you are feeling better now. Good luck on getting your problem fixed.

littlefish, not sure if this will work for you but you can try checking to see if you’ve enabled 3rd party ads on your deluxe account (when you sign up for deluxe, this gets turned off).

sometimes this affects floaties, not sure if that’s what’s going on this time but it can’t hurt to try. if this doesn’t work you can try emailing support like shorty said but since the floaties are over in a few days, you might want to try contacting sally ganz on fb to get a more timely response.

Ruby that is great you made your money back on the frogs. I talked my hubby into doing an archery class with OD years ago. She was interested because one of her friends belonged to an archery team. Anyway he ended up really liking it. They took a couple level of classes and he bought his own target bow. Only used it for a few years, I think he mostly stopped because it was an out door range thus seasonal and the time of year it was the best weather wise to be at the range it was too busy with those getting ready for hunting season. He took our YD once when she was old enough so she could earn a girl scout badge. We have an indoor range not that far from the house now. I wouldn’t be surprised if he takes it back up when he isn’t so busy with the robotics. Hope your hubby enjoyed himself.
