   oh man, someone hand me a cupcake stat!

   dh and I went to tour the Hermitage outside Nashville. I have always wanted to go there. It is a pretty neat place and very informative if you like history, politics, gardens etc……..then had lunch at a place I found online, which was very good…..home for now….I received lots of garden stuff which was wonderful as our last big windstorm killed a lot of my wind chimes!
   gonna do bday breakfast tomorrow (for those not in the know, since our family is so small, we usually do bday weeks here) and then whatever I want for dinner tomorrow nite……..fun fun fun……….poor dd is freezing there in boston………..ha ha ha ha ha………thanks for all the kind wishes
   oh and hit an estate sale on Saturday………….and dh made a cheesecake for a bday cake………as in really made………..like cream cheese, eggs etc…..no stinkin jello pudding kit for him!

    Valentine’s Day is tough around here. Neither of us really want for anything, but we try to surprise each other with something small. We usually go to a high-end classy restaurant downtown, but I think we will save our money this year instead. We are leaving for Vegas/California for 2 weeks on the 23rd.

    we don’t really do valentines here, but i usually get some little treat of some sort for the warthogs – might get them a special cookie this year …

    last year, youngest got the beef jerky valentine heart dee told me about – walmart didn’t have it when i looked this year, but walgreens did

    just gonna say I saw them at a local martish store moms
    but dh just made homemade jerky……….

    cheesecake was mighty fine…….thinking for bfast tomorrow, but my bday bfast is tomorrow and I have pre ordered pancakes and bacon……

    so sad to be just a twofer……………

    i’d like breakfast, too, but i can count on that from a warthog on the weekends 🙂
