Halloween Costumes
The 2016 Halloween Costumes are in the Kinzstyle Outlet. From September 21st – November 1st, look for 2 new costumes at the KinzStyle Outlet: The Knight’s costume and Pink Cowgirl costume. You’ll also find that the Aztec Queen and Football Pro costumes have returned to the outlet this year. They can all be found in the NEW section of the outlet:
These costumes are also available from the W-Shop on the Webkinz Mobile App however, one costume can ONLY be found on the app. Look in the Mobile Zone section of the W-Shop on the Webkinz Mobile App for the Red Football Pro costume:
Look for the floating Jack-O-Lantern in Webkinz World from October 20 – 31 and click on it to win more costumes, including the never before released Dragon costume and Haunted Hotel Staff costumes.

I can into WW for a little while and then I get messages and everything freezes. I am very disappointed with the prizes from the leaves, I keep getting the same thing over and over, never getting anything new.

Idk why but, to me, it just seems so “obvious” that the outdoor theme is the best one. I think it’s because I like decorating natural/realistic rooms. We’ve also had plenty of candy related themes in the past.

I also voted for the Countryside (outdoor) Christmas theme because the said, “part of this theme include a Snow Covered Lamp Post, Snow Covered Shrubs and Trees, Fencing and a Toboggan Hill.” I’m especially interested in the snow covered shrubs and trees and toboggan hill as it sounds like there’s lots of possibilities there for rooms even after Christmas.

I feel like we have already had so many of the elements offered in these three new Christmas Themes. I already have a lot of Gingerbread items; The Christmas Carol Theme has a snow-covered lightpost, shrubs and fence pieces. Also, I have something similar to a Santakinz display, and I have a gift wrapping station…
I would like to see something like a North Pole Theme or a Holidays Aound the World Theme.

they know that is how we heat the house in the winter….supposed to be a snowy cold winter for east of the Mississippi according to farmers almanac…sis in law in MI, said locals there say lots of lake effect snow due to water temp??

I lost my trust with the farmers almanac this year… my region was supposed to have a hot and wet summer; got the hot but I think it rained five times the entire season.

Hi Dee
I love corn chowder. It is a main staple in our house in the fall and winter. I don’t use a recipe and just kinda wing it. But generally one cup of liquid per person. I start by frying celery, onion, and carrot then I add either chicken stock or veg stock then I add two cans of peaches and cream niblet’s corn and one can of cream corn more if you want it thicker. I let this simmer for about 1/2 hour then I add heavy cream and spices(as hot as you like)we are bland so we only add salt and pepper. I let it cook until it thickens or bring to a quick boil and add a little corn starch to thicken it quicker. When you get to this point I add chopped red pepper and crumbled bacon or chopped cooked chicken. Hope you find this interesting.

I know the chefs do the real corn on the cob, but we are too late for that here..
I was thinking crusty bread?? or just pass out as it sounds so rich and good.
dh has a dh soup recipe that I will post as we get into the season…..ground beef, spinach, carrots, garlic etc…….it is mighty fine and freezes well

I knew I forgot something in the telling of the corn chowder, potatoes of course they are what make it rich and chunky and ham is fantastic. My dh doesn’t like ham so I started using chicken instead.
I would love to see the recipe for the ground beef soup.

JUST POPPED IN TO SAY HELLO..
I broke down and bought points.. then I bought a bunch of the clothing bags..
lets just say. I’m not happy.
I love love love anything wiz of oz.. so broke down to buy the room stuff and bags for the outfits.
I have lots of extras to trade of flying monkey.. that was the most common for me.
I also have glinda gown, scare crow hats, and bottoms, cave person outfit, and some other pieces.
out of almost 30 bags.. don’t ask…. I didn get even one ruby slippers or the mummy dress.. or the munchkin wig ..or the cave person wig.. not a one..
I do have a panda cap or two to trade. munchkin outfits, glinda gown and I think a crown. multiple flying monkey outfits, cave sweet heart outfits,scare crow outfit and hat, and a candy torque.. all for trade..
I am hoping to get the red slippers, cave sweetheart wig or munchin wig, mummy wrap dress, and the pink panda cap..
if anyone is interested in trading. please let me know you can get my email from moms..might be fastest way to get ahold of me as I am so darn busy in real life right now I’m not on here much..
