U.S.A. Labor Day
The Labor Day Holiday in the US is Monday. Here is some Labor Day History:
“Rosie the Riveter” is one of the more readily recognizable icons of labor. She is the World War II-era woman who rolled up her sleeves and flexed her arm muscles, but the original “Rosie the Riveter” is not the one we often recognize. The original is on the left, but the more recognizable image is on the right.
Labor Day, the first Monday in September, is a creation of the labor movement and is dedicated to the social and economic achievements of American workers. It constitutes a yearly national tribute to the contributions workers have made to the strength, prosperity, and well-being of our country.

GOOD GOLLY GOSH!!!!! those Elf Shoes I have are from 2005!! someone(thinking maybe crazy) either gifted me with them, or they were a countdown to Christmas prize at some time after 2009(when I first started webkinz with a gray squirrel my sweet dgd gave me). My goodness!!

zingy, don’t be humbled, for goodness sake! ๐ The clothes I’m looking for seem to be nonexistent in the trading rooms, so I’m eternally grateful that the ladies of Gymbo are giving me so much help. That couch was sitting in my dock to be traded for two years. Those who could afford it didn’t want it because they already had it, and those who wanted it couldn’t afford it, so I said to myself, “Self? That couch would have a very happy home with zingy!” I’m just happy it’s one less thing cluttering up my overflowing dock.

gramma, DON’T give away those shoes! Those were only available in the WShop for Christmas of 2005!!! Guard those puppies with your life, lol. You would not believe the hoops I had to jump through to get a pair. It literally took me three years of constantly trading up. The elf shoes from the countdown are red, silver, and green. I would post a picture for you, but whenever I do that, my comment disappears into the spam folder. ๐
