moms, i guess you can say we have a decent amount of eevee’s at home (i have 6 in the 500 to 700 range saved for the pokemon 2 coming next year and 3 of each vaporeon/jolteon/flareon). i didn’t even think that they were relatively uncommon until we went south of us an hour away and i don’t remember seeing a single eevee while we were there. in comparison, they were awash in growlithes in silicon valley so we picked up enough in a single afternoon to evolve several arcanines when we visited.
also, i’m not sure if tauros is considered uncommon elsewhere. never saw one prior to the most recent update a few days ago but after that, we’ve been seeing it everywhere, even twice in our living room!

Hello everyone!
I’m finally back to work after have 9 weeks off. Not sure how i feel about being back, i kind of miss my time off. My first day back was also my first day of school, so i went from having nothing to do, to not having time for anything.
Eevee is quite common here as well. I have quite a few powerful jolteons, flareons, and vaporeons out of them. I have enough candies to evolve more, but lately i’ve been catching every ‘useless’ pokemon i see (weedles, pidgeys, etc.) and holding off on all other evolutions until i use a lucky egg and evolve them all at once. You get lots of xp that way.
Tauros is a north american exclusive. I’ve seen a good amount of them around here.
Jealous of all the growlithes, zingy. I’ve only gotten one so far and that was from an egg.

choco & zingy – definitely seeing a ton of the tauros since the big update – we have different areas around our big city kind of known for different things, i’ve only gotten a couple of growlithes so far, but i know where to find a ton of them when i get a chance … it’s funny how much people work together to get things, i took one of the warthogs last night, and a bunch of other people were out, and we were teaming up to locate a charmelon that was nearby 🙂
