I buy all my books from Amazon, they are mostly kindle books, unless the grandchildren need a special book.

Good Morning to all of my Friends at Gymbos
Spent last 6 days in hospital with ruptured appendix… surgery…and THANKFULLY
I am now home and can rest and get back on my feet !! I have missed all of you on the blog… and can now catch up on all that has been happening.
I was wondering if I missed the release of the blue lightening bug?? Did not see

moms.. have you been following USA basketball team at the Olympics?
I have been able to see much of the events and have enjoyed hearing some of the personal stories of the athletes… Makes it a little more interesting.

Can anyone tell me what was on the wheel of wishes so I can feel bad about missing something great?
Today was the first day all summer that I only had to drive one person at 5am and I was able to come home and sleep for a few extra hours.

and my dd is still around….she had ordered these vegan winter boots on Monday and they showed up today….they are adorable!
I probably should say peta approved/non animal boots…..pretty sure she is not going to eat them…
they are called native jimmy boots if anyone wants to google them…..and get this. the color she wanted was marked down to 30 bucks….(.versus full price )
