Hello everyone, Happy Wednesday. How is everyone doing, It is very hot here in my part of Canada. made these…..walmart had these adorable 1.5lb bags of teeny taters. I bought a red and a Yukon……so I adjusted recipe to 3lbs taters and 1 and a half cup salt……….YUM
gonna fry up the leftovers with some onions in the morning……..
and my way is not crazy salty………I was afraid it might be..

dryer made a funny noise, fixed that……….dd could not get stove fan to turn off, so he just fixed that and got it back together………ha ha ha
I have a list for him still too……….
we went to ruby Tuesdays as we have seen those 12.99 three course deals
good grief it is so much food…….I was full after salad bar, ate two bites of steak and he finished my plate and then dessert…..he got the fruit tart thingy which was awesome and I got the chocolate cake ice cream thing and ate three bites of that……..it was a monster……..he went into his food coma nap when we got home……….too much food……
but I need to google that fruit tart recipe…..

dee – i had not had ruby tuesday’s in years, so i talked dh into it a few weeks ago – we were not impressed, i was reminded why i had not been in so long
it was a bummer because their salad bar used to be the best! we like Sweet Tomatoes salad bar SO MUCH – yum, i would totally eat that right now if it was close lol
that’s the thing, we would eat it A LOT if we had one closer

we are limited in salad bars……….as in ruby Tuesdays or nothing
weird as our grocerys in AK had salad bars!………..always fresh, never cheap in winter……..but sometimes you just have to pay five dollars for a cantelope!

I am a total salad bar girl if it is clean…………as we drove thru the Yukon or even up in upper Michigan…….farings get sad……….head lettuce, cheese and a couple dressings……….and this is in summer!
